My impressions of the hotel are good, but it seemed a little old to us, judging by the furniture, carpets in the corridors, cracked walls and a toilet bowl supported by a wooden block (in our room). Cleaning is daily, all accessories are there, the mini bar was always replenished. Regarding food and drinks: everything is excellent , varied and delicious. Yes, the territory is large, but a lot of things were not working at the time of our vacation (the end of May), a water park, a playground (it was fenced with a ribbon), a Chinese-style cafe and a stage (where the mask is)which seemed abandoned on the street…The first few days there didn't seem to be any performances, the last three days dancers and stunt people came, it was great) There was a children's room in the hotel where there was something new every day (but for some reason our children were not interested) and daily children's discos. For ourselves, we concluded that in the future we still need a small hotel in the city so that we can go out and see the local attractions, because we visited this large hotel on the very first day.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. It is unique in its own way with its 2.5km beach! Staff, animation, children's animation, territory, food, rooms, cleaning... everything is 5+. Yes, it is far from the city, from the airport, but: a gorgeous huge green area, rich infrastructure, active animation (both adult and children's), a wide selection of various food and snacks. And another big plus of this hotel is a wide sandy beach strip stretching for kilometers. If the tourist is lucky, he will see turtles on the beach (yes, turtles hide eggs on this beach). A huge hotel with a magnificent green area. Mostly for the amateur. It went in for me, but not for my husband. There are many pools on the territory, many different locations.

Nice hotel, large territory. It was the second time. The first time in 23, the second in 24, in October.
In the 24th there was a terrible dirty sea, as a river flows nearby, carrying muddy cold water.
The child got sick with rotovirus, and then we did. It was the first time in Turkey that such a thing was captured.
There were problems with the check-in, they did not give the room for a long time, then they gave it with mold on the ground floor, they changed it for $ 100.
There was almost no cleaning, the rooms were dirty.
When we left, an hour before the scheduled time, the cleaner was sitting in front of the door on the terrace. And 20 minutes before 12, they called and asked when we would move out. At the same time, the terrace has not been cleaned once in 12 days.

They were in June 2024. The hotel is for golf lovers. We had a family vacation . Not 5 stars. The room was large, family-run, but old. The windows in it did not open, they even caught a cold. You can say one large swimming pool for the entire hotel. The sea is shallow, muddy because of the sand.The water slides are dangerous, the guys kicked their heels. The food is not very good. A day is a choice, a day is not. A small selection of meat. There were fishing days. But ice cream all day and even in the evening.The alcohol is local, not very much. Room cleaning is like everywhere else for a C grade.Children played table tennis, billiards -for a fee.There was not a bad animation during the day, water polo, so-so in the evening.It's a bit boring in the evenings. The territory is large, but there are many unlit areas, you can't walk. Very far from civilization.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024, and I do not recommend the hotel to visit.
1) a huge distance from the entire infrastructure - there are no pharmacies, restaurants, or shops. The place is located on a vacant lot, the cost of a taxi is 120 euros
2) dirty beach. There is a lot of debris in the water and on the sand itself. The hotel administration explains this by taking care of the turtles. Seriously? is it impossible to clean up at least the coastal area from floating bags and bottles?
3) there is no cleaning in the rooms - they will just put water on you. I took out the garbage from the room myself, and this was the first time in my life with hotels of any class. I took a picture of what the urns look like after the ‘room service’
4) One day we discovered that someone had used our mini bar. Apparently, this is how we were shown that we have to pay tips, probably for unloaded garbage and for not changing the bed

With my family, two adults and two children (6 and 17 years old), stayed at this hotel for 2 consecutive years (2022 and 2023). We really liked this hotel for its infrastructure, service staff, who always meet their guests halfway. In 2022, instead of a 2-room room, we were offered a 2-storey room in the main building, with its own access to the pool, actually for this reason in 2023 our choice fell on this hotel and the same room. Actually, upon arrival there, we were given the same number. All the family members were very happy about it.
The pools and rooms are always clean. The beach on the sea is clean and very pleasant to go to the sea, especially with young children.
In 2023, the service and cuisine at this hotel have greatly improved. In addition to soda and water, juice and beer appeared in the refrigerator in the rooms, which could not but please. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and all sorts of goodies.
Actually, I think if everything is good, then this year, 2024, the choice will probably fall on this hotel. The animation itself is also at a decent level.

Now you have the opportunity to go there at an average price tag) it's strange to expect from him the level of max royal and Rixos) the experience, in any case, is interesting! Privacy, super green area with large trees, including tropical ones, cool design of buildings and rooms. The polarity of the reviews here most likely depends on the housing of the settlement and luck) we lived closer to the hotel lobby in an adjacent building to the main building. A huge spacious room, there were no problems with cleaning, cleaned every day, towels were changed, cockroaches were not seen. Mosquitoes were and this is a problem, our fumitox and so on do not really help. At night, either open the window and suffer, or sleep with an air conditioner/fan. Flies are also bothering. Especially in the shade on the beach. Infections bite.
The food is standard for hotels of this price level. There is little variety, but dorado and sea bass were given several times in two weeks. As they wrote in the reviews here, there were mussels and shrimps once, but not juicy (they managed to stuff some rice in the mussels in the sashes (it's not clear why at all.
The beach is gorgeous and wide. Yes, there are a lot of stones and it is not cleaned, but these are trifles. The approach to the sea is good, with a small strip of stones. There are a lot of people, so it's better to occupy sun beds in the shade until 10 am.
I highly recommend trying golf! Considering that the hotel has its own huge golf course! Take lessons with Gökhan Yamaç- a professional golfer and an excellent instructor! I really liked it!
Summarizing, the hotel is excellent for this price, you just need to understand what you want from a vacation so as not to be disappointed by unjustified expectations. If you want privacy, peace, walks through a huge green area and a good beach without a bunch of neighboring hotels and with a minimum of units of floating equipment (boats, hydrics, etc.), then you will like it here. We had a rest in May 2024, we were lucky with the weather. The hotel is already tired, but not bad. Great food, lots of variety, fresher, never had any problems))) The rooms are poorly cleaned (not all of us got the boy), stimulating him with money did not help. Lots of pools. Your own water park. The length of the beach is quite long. There is nothing nearby near the hotel, so you can always find a place where you will be alone in the water. I liked to go into the sea a little to the side, because there are strips of pebbles near the water and in places in the sea. Because turtles lay eggs in the sand, the sun beds are at a decent distance from the water. But in the morning, on the sand, we saw the tracks of a turtle that searched the sea at night. And several times we saw how a special team helped the turtles to get out into the light.
The animation team is trying their best. Constant entertainment for both children and adults.

There are reviews and vacationers say that the rooms are tired. Personally, we had N2227 with beautiful beds and good furniture, but it looked tired only in the bathroom and toilet. The stone finish of the countertop with a white coating and all the stainless steel plumbing looks dirty and stained. My advice: 1- the stone is porous . He can't stand the chemicals that are sprayed on him. It has a whitish coating. Stainless steel should be wiped with a cloth with chemicals, but not splashed on it. 1. It is far from civilization. Many sightseeing tours simply refused to transfer us (like get yourself by taxi).
2. In the lobby bar at night, the bartenders make cocktails with a lot of alcohol (especially so that you get drunk faster and go to bed).
3. The entertainment program of the hotel itself just sucks. In the daytime: darts, beach volleyball, shooting with an air rifle and archery - five and three shots each, throwing metal balls on the sand - all this is very fast and not interesting. In the evening hours - children's games with music (the same type and quickly gets bored). There was karaoke once. And so, basically, the disco near the Istanbul bar (nizhny) - the music is hammering from 20:00 to midnight. Poor guests whose room windows overlook the side of the disco - it is impossible to sleep, especially for those with young children.
4. Hookah - paid separately ($ 25) and is not included in the price of the tour.

A lot has been written about the location of the hotel. That he is in the distance, that there is nowhere to get out of him. This is all true and it was acceptable to me. But what I wasn't ready for was the road to it from the airport. For the last 20 minutes you have been driving along a winding road with no lighting and poor asphalting. I was already driving at night with the headlights on, the driver of the Pegasus was driving, there was not a soul around, you can feel all the potholes of the road.
If you have the opportunity, call a taxi. It's expensive $60 one way. But quickly - 40 minutes to the airport. The tour operator takes the ticket back 5.5 hours before departure.
Rooms.
Spacious, nice. The furniture, as it is written everywhere, is tired, but not critical at all. A very hard mattress, if anyone cares. There is liquid soap, shampoo, hair rinse and shower gel in the room. There is no lump soap. Therefore, take powder or soap from home with you to wash swimsuits)
By the way, the rooms have a spacious bathroom. It is a room, because there is a separate room with a sink, a toilet separately behind the glass door, a shower room separately behind the glass door. (Depending on the room, or just a shower or a shower + the bathroom itself). Many people write about cleaning. I didn't notice that she was bad. Garbage is thrown out, the floor is washed, towels are changed.

A smile works wonders) and knowledge of English, of course. But in general, there are always Russian speakers at the reception. And there is a separate guest relay.
The main restaurant.
It is big with a lot of places. If you want to be inside with a condom (there are even options for zones without children), you want to be outside. Yes, sometimes when you come in late, there are no cutlery on the tables anymore. Well, guys, ask and they'll bring it to you. There are no dirty dishes here. Well, maybe 1 time I saw a plate with a stain. I've been to more expensive hotels before and there were also stained mugs and plates sometimes. Therefore, everything there is decent in terms of dishes. Who put up pictures with a mountain of dirty dishes - they took pictures of the table where the waiters throw dirty dishes.
Meal.
I will write something important for me, maybe it will be useful to someone. The food is normal.
In the morning there is porridge - hercules, rice and some other kind. All with milk. Not sweet.
The omelet (scramble) is all liquid. But the scrambled eggs are normal.
Lunch and dinner always have some kind of fish (grilled and stewed). There was mostly tuna on the grill. Sea bass a couple of times. Sometimes mackerel or bony river trout. Stewed is some kind of white fish like cod. There was a fish day once. There were shrimp. But they're like porridge inside. And there was a red fish.
I can't say anything about meat, I ate fish. But there was always turkey, chicken, beef in some variants.
Vegetables like eggplant or zucchini were delicious, but always fried with lots of oil. Why, if you are on a more or less proper diet, it is hardly possible to eat.
There is a small diet table.
Lots of greens, lots of fresh vegetables, cheeses, olives.
There were always 2 soup options. Very often there was borscht and chicken soup.
They make pastas, but again, all this pasta is covered with a greasy sauce. Like all side dishes (spaghetti, rice), everything is flavored with butter.
A lot of sweets, but I'm not an expert here at all.
There was sushi at dinner a couple of times a week. Well, it's a complete mess) They are super salty, with heavily salted salmon or canned tuna or crab sticks inside :) Well, and some more from such an opera. By the way, the hotel has a free sushi bar that is open every day. But you've already figured out what kind of sushi there is :)
The beach bar is modest in food.
Again, about food. People's tastes are so different. Someone likes French fries and fried everything. And someone has a dietary diet. But the main thing here is that the choice is large and generally for every taste.
Territory.
Big, beautiful, lots of greenery. In the evening, it is poorly lit if you want to walk deeper.
Swimming pool.
The water in the pool is warm. But the sun beds by the pool are with a metal frame, on top of the weave. It is not possible to lie down. People are lying somehow, which is a big question for me.
The sea and the beach.
The first line. The road to the beach is through the pool and an alley of palm trees. Very beautiful.
The beach is big. There are many sun beds. Here they are ordinary plastic ones with a soft mattress on top.
The sea was constantly contrasting in September. Because there is a river nearby, it gives a cold current to the sea. As a result, you swim and you get cold and warm. In the morning, for some reason, more evenly, and after lunch, as I wrote.
The entrance to the sea is a little pebble. About 2 medium steps. The rest is sand. The beach is not cleaned, there are dried small sticks lying on it, thrown out of the sea onto the shore. Not critical, but also not perfectly smooth sand, as happens in some hotels.
Entertainments.
I've never gone to a show, because I don't like all these Turkish performances. At 22-30 the disco starts, it is on the side of the beach in an equipped space. The music is cool (world hits, club-mixed). A Dj is playing.
But since the hotel is very family-run, there are 10 people dancing there, 5 of them are animators :)

In general, the pros greatly outweigh the small cons. A good hotel among its price category. Good food, beautiful territory, its own beach, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and even a good disco. It's a pity that people don't go to it)

The best hotel in Turkey for 20 years of family trips. Apart from other hotels in a secluded village 17 km from the motorway. And another 17km to Antalya airport. No planes in the sky. No foreign tourists or local vendors on the beach. The territory is surrounded by greenery: pines, Dprk, thuja, chameleons, iguanas, cute cats and dogs. This is a very budget 5*. We were ready for the remoteness of the hotel . We read about the old rooms , but still so shabby walls (photo attached ) , old furniture and interior , knee- high weeds .In general, the feeling is dirty and not well-groomed, although the staff who monitors cleanliness, constantly in front of our eyes, may not be enough for such areas. But the biggest disappointment is the SEA!!! Maybe we were unlucky , but the sea is very dirty , even swimming to the buoys the water is muddy . So what if there is sand , we were in other hotels in Belek and Side , there is also sand , but the water is clean , transparent . Another negative is the maid, who, by mistake, " changing the bed, stole her favorite pajamas, no one returned. In a restaurant with a very large amount of food, there are 1-2 delicious dishes. But the baklava is real , the figs are delicious and there are a lot of fruits in general ! We walked around the territory after dinner, it is really poorly lit. A small snake crawled out under his feet, the desire to walk and enjoy a large area no longer arose. Animation is like everywhere else . But the guys are very friendly , they try their best for every guest.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024. The hotel grounds are very large. There are a lot of plants on the territory. Delicious food. New dishes every day. The rooms are cleaned every day. The only downside is that there are dirty plates in restaurants. Apparently they don't wash well. We really liked it. All questions are kindly answered at the Reception.

The territory is large, but not very effectively used. The time to get to the sea and restaurants depends on which part of the hotel your room is located in. And if you're far away, you'll get tired of walking. The food is varied. Gorgeous sea. The descent is smooth. Lots of pools. There are slides.

We visited this hotel in July. I really liked everything. A huge variety of food, everything is fresh (no terrible salads). The staff is helpful. Great beach, you can walk along the sea 2.5 km. The beach is clean.The only drawback (but it didn't bother us, we lived in a villa with a swimming pool) these are the towel-filled sunbeds by the pool. At the same time, it is fashionable for them and no one to lie down…There is such a practice in other hotels, if the sunbed is empty for an hour, then they simply take the towel and release it for others.

The trip from the airport took about 45-50 minutes.check-in was at 8 a.m., we left our suitcases in the lobby and went to breakfast. There were still a few people in the hotel, as it turned out later - there were about 30% Russians. And it made me very happy.
After breakfast, we were approached at the reception, a Russian-speaking employee immediately settled us in our room, with a partial view of the sea. That's an understatement, of course, the sea was barely visible somewhere behind the green garden. The room is on the second floor in the 7th building. To walk to the room only along the corridor, about 8-9 minutes at a calm pace, honestly-it was not very convenient, stuffy and corridors, turns and an elevator. But it didn't "bother" us.There were 2 adults and 2 children (12 years and 3 years old) on vacation. That's what the room was called with a "view of the garden and the golf course."
Instead of a double bed and 2 separate beds, there were 2 single beds (which we moved into one), a sofa that was not comfortable and a cot. Glass transparent door to the shower and toilet. This is the only drawback.
The mini bar was replenished every day with water and soda. The cleaning was so-so, the bed was cleanly locked and paper was given.
There are a variety of dishes in the dining room, they cooked very tasty, we were always well-fed. Lots of desserts, juices, fruits, buns.children's menu. Ice cream is only 2 hours a day, at other times you always had to buy ice cream at the on-site store for 1-2 dollars. There was a quest every time to find free tables to eat.
The bar is round the clock. Sushi bar an hour a day, (not tasty).
Also at the beach at lunchtime, you could have a snack with French fries, nuggets, vegetables, drink tea and coffee. They also made tortillas directly with the hands of a woman on the fire, but we did not try them.
The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, there are a lot of greenery, palm trees, trees with flowers, cats and kittens. It takes no more than 4-5 minutes to walk to the beach, along the paths. Shower racks, rinse off after the sea. There are enough sun beds on the beach under canopies. The sun was scorching, hot, and the temperature was up to +40 during the day. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, after a couple of meters there is sand. The sea is clean, sooo warm, big waves. After 5 meters from the sand, the depth began, but if you swim 10 meters, Then you can walk again 30 meters to the waist. the width of the beach is huge, there was enough space for everyone. Outside the hotel, you can walk along the shore a couple of km to the right and see how the river flows into the sea, a beautiful sight. But a wild coast with garbage from the sea.
In the evenings, children's trampolines and quadric cars were opened on the territory of the hotel, for $ 5 per rental.
There are also children's attractions, such as air hockey, motorcycles and various vending machines.
An adult water park with a sufficient number of slides, without queues. Children's pools with slides. Adult pools are 140 cm deep. Beautiful decoration and lighting in the evening. Children's animations and various shows and adult discos.
It was also possible to send children to the nursery, they were well studied, painted and entertained. There is a shop with groceries, souvenirs, and clothes on site.
Very expensive. Since there are no other shops or markets near the hotel at all.
We were offered one free trip to Antalya from Anex tour, to afimolcity in Antalya, but on the way we had to stop at an advertising brand store. We wasted half a day, we didn't have to go, we were given only an hour and a half to walk around afimol.
We also sailed on a pirate ship with children's animation, we and the children really liked it, we also sailed in the open sea at Side, we recommend this trip for the whole day.It takes about 30 minutes to get to the ship from the hotel.
Russian Russian is spoken by young people, all the staff are friendly, all the waiters understand the Russian bar language.🤣
The territory was cleaned constantly , everything was clean and tidy .
The rooms themselves are tired, old repairs but decent.there were no problems with water and the Internet. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms and lobi on the pool and beach!
In general, we definitely recommend this Lycia hotel for families and a relaxing holiday!

Normal 5. + Large territory, the garden is well maintained for this size. It is located far from populated areas. Food 5, the beach is long but not very well maintained (stick stones) 3, territory 4, service 4. There were 3 adults and a child of 12 years old, took 2 rooms. The rooms are not bad. I recommend staying in different hotels in Turkey more than 15 times.
