We went with the whole family in July 2023. I liked everything very much. There are no complaints. The territory and the beach are just huge))), plenty of space for walking. There is a lot of greenery.

We are currently staying at the hotel with 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Check-in was on 29.04 today it is already 4.05. I have never written a review, but there is no limit to disappointment.
Minuses:
1. Animation is the main point of frustration. I see animators regularly in the dining room and sitting on a smoke break! Vacationers gather to play volleyball on their own. Many people don't even know that there is a place to play. No one offers anything, does not inform, the information board is empty (see photo). You may like it with kids, as the minidiscoe animation works perfectly (30 minutes a day). And then the music is playing in an open bar, under the windows of the central building, despite the absence of people. Everyone is leaving, people are bored.
2. The bar is also a nightmare. There are no decent drinks in the bar, we tried champagne and white wine, tasteless, cheap, local. They even managed to ruin a used mojito by pouring mineral water instead of sprite. The beer is more or less acceptable.
3. The dishes in the restaurant are chipped!!!
4. The rooms are very tired, the plumbing is all leaking. In our room, you need to drain the water for 10 minutes to make it warm. Linen, towels and bathrobes raise doubts about boiling. Everything is gray, with holes and coils (see photo). Ugh, I'm sorry!
P.S. There is no ironing room, they did not give an iron to the room. They offered to use dry cleaning (for a fee).
There are no dryers on the balcony. I wonder where the representatives of the hotel offer to dry bathing suits?
Of the advantages:
1. A very large, good territory, with huge potential, but it is ideal for kids who can be wheeled in a stroller under the pines.
2.The beach is smooth, clean (thanks to the cleaner)
3. The food is excellent, varied, delicious.
There's nothing to do with teenagers in this hotel!!! The price / quality at the moment (29.04 -04.05) does not match!
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars for its territory and food alone!

We were in June at the end, the weather was gorgeous.The hotel is very far from the airport, we drove 90 minutes, so it took 3 hours to get back, we picked up five hotels.The territory is very large, but we could not go through it all, since a lot of big dogs walk around the territory, and in the evening their poop is constantly around the pool.The staff do not pay attention to this, they say that they are friends, It is not very pleasant, and the children were afraid.The food is great, everything is very tasty.The staff is polite.The animation is very weak, the DJ only includes Turkish songs.The rooms are old.It's not even worth paying for them.

The hotel needs urgent repairs! This is a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. The biggest disadvantage is dirt! Dirt is everywhere, dirty mattresses, floors, dishes in the dining room are terrible. Dirty dishes and or not washed from the ferry, just a layer of some kind of white plaque on the plates. Traces of Ada and dirt on the plates. The cleaning is disgusting. One day we were walking down the corridor and the manager told the cleaners - "today we are only fixing the bed, we do not touch anything, we need to do everything faster." They usually don't wash normally, and I guess they don't wash at all. When checking in, the floors were dirty, creepy, as if greasy, there was 2 cm of dust under the bed ... I will attach a photo of the bed that was given to the child. They probably took it out of the trash. At the reception, managers extort money from everyone for a good room. 100 dollars per minute, put it in the tip box and you will have a more or less undisturbed number. Managers are not afraid of anything at all, they just say that, if you want to spend a normal vacation, you need to pay.
But some kind of woman got an upgrade for free, we heard her talking, and they gave us a disgusting room with a disabled person and for money!
The furniture is dirty everywhere, the mattresses in the chairs in public places are such that it is dangerous to sit down, they stink of dirt. Of the advantages, there are many fruits, a variety is simple, meat, fish are of very poor quality. It feels like some kind of deep-frozen old meat and fish. There are a lot of pastries, but everything is on margarine or palm oil, croissants and other puffs are impossible to eat, millet teeth stick together in a layer.... The staff are waiters, in the dining room almost all are very, very nice and simple guys. Only one guy was extremely unhappy with everything, and that we often ask him to bring tea. Everyone asks for alcohol, but he messes with us and with tea.
Our comrade, a compatriot, reacted only to the Turks, he did not willingly work with the rest.
In general, for those who are willing to pay extra for a room, who are willing to see dirt every day, this hotel. It was recommended to us as the best five-star hotel not from the premium segment. But a solid top five and the best value for money. But this is a lie of the tour operator and the hotel, not five stars, three maximum. the pools are even dirty, I have never seen them cleaned, people swam there at night with food, towels in durkas, with stains on the beach and in the rooms. On the beach in general, it seems to me that towels have not been changed for 15 years. In order for you to get a normal cocktail, any alcoholic or ordinary for a child, you need to be a Turk or defiantly put 5-10 euros in a box so that the waiter sees. If you do not pay and you are not a local Turk, a cocktail such as milk or other will simply be a non-whipped milk mash.Stir it in a cup, pour three drops of syrup and please. Ice is 70% of the drink and sometimes 90%.
There are queues everywhere, but the waiters are not in a hurry at all, where should they hurry. There were 20 people in line in the lobby bar, but the waiter wholeheartedly made cocktails for the Turks, according to the rules, he tried to whip them up. The truth was shocking that I squeezed Lemons into a glass with my hands without gloves, took all the fruits and cut them, squeezed them without gloves!!! Then I corrected myself that I was in the pahai area and continued to take fruits with my hands and squeeze Lemons. At the same time, he wiped the floor with a rag, where he dropped a piece of watermelon and continued the service without washing his hands. Like that. The Germans started yelling there, faster… In short, if there is good service in bars, only money. I saw they put two euros in coins, the waiter made a face full of contempt and the cocktail was made a blunder. No whipping, no proper ingrid raccoons. There is terrible mud on the beach, a lot of garbage, sun beds are not wiped or put in order. There is a lot of garbage on the sand and all over the beach! In short, this hotel has only two advantages - the territory is green, a variety of fruits and vegetables and even more at dinner and that's it. The hotel is planning to renovate, but we will never choose it again, and we will not advise our friends either.
It is better to overpay or go for fewer days than to get hepatitis and spend a vacation in the mud. And I was also surprised that there was no security at all. Maybe they are without uniforms, but in such a huge hotel where there are abandoned buildings and huge spaces, golf courses, stray dogs all over the hotel, it is very strange.

I have come to Lycia 4 times in the last three years for the sake of the sea and the incredible five-kilometer beach! There are always a lot of people in the hotel during the season, but you go out to the sea and stay one-on-one with nature. It's a pity that last year at the beginning of summer the coastline was very dirty: plastic, garbage along the entire beach and in the water. I really hope that the owners have managed to restore order in a year. I would love to go again.

A double opinion. On the plus side, the area is green and well-groomed, the beach is not crowded and quite clean. Of the cons, the hotel is clearly empty, the view of the abandoned indoor pool is depressing, it is not lowered and the bottom is dirty, it is very sad to realize that such a once chic hotel is fading away. Air conditioning - it doesn't cool down enough, central air conditioning suffers. The snack bar is absolutely not tasty, besides, my husband poisoned himself after the first snack there. You can see that the tiles around the pool are cracked, these wooden bridges are all old, the paint is peeling. The arch out of the water has never been turned on. I was sorry to see him grow old, and the price is clear. Bar. Well, nothing unusual is poured and fine, but try cocktails right away, alcohol is not always poured. Overall, a good vacation, but will I come back? No. 5 * I would give it a stretch, but ultra is definitely exaggerated, the mini bar is filled with water, 2 b pepsi 0.25 and fanta. There is no kettle. Even if there are three of you, they only put soft drinks for two. The bar was not filled before my visit to the reception. Sorry for the money spent! I will write this review everywhere!! Let people know! The hotel is not bad, but it is in the wilderness to leave Side and back for 70 dollars there and 70 back! For a 2 - month salary and a 3 - year -old child, 380 thousand were given for 14 days ! The child has nothing to eat from the word at all! Everything is either spicy or just tasteless, even pasta and those bullshit! My son does not eat boiled chicken and beans , if adults can somehow get by with food , then children have nothing to eat ! The advantages are the sea and the pools.. rooms for 3 people, a huge animation for 4+.. But where is the proper food?? Her sea and she 's disgusting ! What is milk soup with flour?? We've been to different hotels in Turkey in both 4 and 5 rooms, but it's not 4 or 5 stars in terms of food, it's 3 stars at best! The cooking is terrible, get ready for your children to be hungry! And yes, sand fleas are waiting for you on the beach.. Mosquitoes will destroy you all over the territory!!! In general, if you are a diabetic pensioner, you are here! We had a vacation together with my mother in early October 2022. We were accommodated in a standard room for two with access to a balcony on the ground floor, but in one of the distant buildings. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the dining room, 8 minutes to the sea. I was very impressed by the architecture and decor of the hotel. There are ten different routes to reach the room. The territory is very large, there are many different trees and plants. The beach is the best in the Antalya area. There are no hotels, jet skis, or piers on the left and right. Just you and the purest sea without algae and rocks. He's fishing on the beach for WiFi. The food in the dining room is very varied. Everything is delicious.
The only negative is the wasps, do not take food to the beach with you. I was bitten by a wasp there. Sign up for a la carte restaurants in advance. Groups of golfers can come and occupy everything.

The hotel is for 4, the rooms are old, but large, room cleaning: they don't want to work without tips, there are a lot of mosquitoes and ants. In general, the hotel needs renovation.
On food: everything is fine, but with small children it is necessary to try to find something. The territory is really beautiful and large. Beautiful view of the golf course.
About animation:I haven't seen much of their work, they arrange small shows in the evening.

STEALING STEALING AND STEALING AGAIN
I'll write right away. Dear vacationers, do not leave expensive headphones and equipment and money outside the safe. They steal everything. In our case, this is $ 100 left outside the safe, which did not work, and which was repaired almost a day. When I turn up at the reception, I meet a woman with the same problem, only expensive headphones were stolen from the bedside table. To figure it out is to pretend that employees are being interrogated and an offer to call the police (the woman leaves today, and we leave a day later) .
Check-in is fast. We took the villa. First they rolled out a check for 1100, then for 300. We were tired, so we didn't bargain much anymore. The villas require renovation. The furniture is dead, the boards around the pool are rotten due to improperly installed lawn watering. The child almost steamed his leg. Replenishment of the bar without complaints. Cleaning is more difficult to assess because of theft.
The hotel is very tired. I think the idea was good and it shone in its time. But something went wrong. Everything is old. Repairs and renovation are required everywhere.
The restaurant is a little dirty, the dishes are long and tedious. A couple of the waiters were good. The rest are on the brakes. Plates are a constant problem. Everyone is divorced. Sofas are not wiped after visitors, splashed with something. It's hard to find a place.
The food is without complaints, delicious, delicious and delicious again.
Drinks- coffee-......, There is no good tea for breakfast and lunch. Alcoholic drinks - no comments. I tried it a couple of times and didn't do it anymore. More or less in the lobby bar. In other places.....
Beach- stones, pebbles. I've seen that it's a little difficult for older people to get out. Or buy slippers. And they are $25 in the hotel. There are no sun beds near the sea. This is a turtle habitat. Therefore, on mats near the sea))) Our vacationers were straining, who turned on all the music on the beach. And what is playing on the drum for them- a cord with a mat, or an electronic that hits their ears. You guys have confused the rented house in Anapa and the beach with it and the beach in the hotel! Or drunken men who yell at the whole beach that they need to be photographed doing things at sea. Oh Yekaterinburg. I had a better opinion of you.
The best thing about the hotel is the nature (it's amazing and gorgeous) and the food (thanks to the chef).
Everything else, of course, was very disappointing.
I have been to many hotels in Turkey and not only. I only encountered theft in this hotel.
If you are not bothered by theft and you are not fixated on a newer interior, then in principle you can relax.
Please note that music is very audible in the central buildings.
Shopping- you can buy sweets, prices are like in Belek. Suitcases and soap, etc. are only on the second floor. It's very expensive from below and they don't really give discounts.

Yesterday 09/13/13 we returned from this hotel. Yes, the hotel itself needs renovation, the rooms are large, we were given for the newlyweds, a huge room with a bathroom overlooking the sea. The sea is great, the food is delicious, a lot of seals, the animation is so-so of course) the territory is huge, it's cool to walk there.

Despite the fact that the hotel is located VERY far from shopping centers, and a taxi ride may seem like the "last time" to you, because they can take you by the road leading through the FOREST, but that's not about it now, relaxing by the pool, we were given the opportunity to go to Belek for free there and back, while visiting the store for 30 minutes, we made an appointment for tomorrow at the appointed time, even gave the phone and contacts to write if there was a problem, and what do you think? No one came to pick us up, they sat in the lobby for an hour, they even wrote, but here's the problem, the messages don't come, that's right, isn't it?
We also signed up through a guide, but the problem is the same, no, the car arrived, only not at the appointed time, but after 1.5 hours, in other words, there was no desired competence and the days for the desired rest disappeared. As for the taxi, it is better not to take this hotel, because $ 50 one way, $ 100 / euro is there and back, they can take it more expensive, they took it for 75 through the reception, but there is also a problem with taxis, you can wait at least until the whole day.
The next minus is the HUGE savings of the hotel on everything, starting with a cheap tea company, ending with food, of course, we understand that there is a CRISIS in the country, but then the counter question is, what are the prices for rooms, isn't it better to close and make repairs at least? By the way, I will continue about food, everything is cold, the soup is hot at most, everything else seemed to be in the refrigerator for 3 days, and it was not very tasty, only the soup saved, which any child can cook- boiling water and seasoning. I will keep silent about the secondary life of food in the dining room, as they practically do in all hotels. They don't know how to cook French fries and potatoes in a rustic way, it turns out that they are dry, then raw, as if they were cooked in water-based oil, disgusting in other words, if they already need it that way, then I advise you to go to the bar, it is on the way to the sea, there it is already normal, everything is sad for cakes, too, different cream, and the filling is the same - banana, zero variety, I can't believe that "everything is included".
The next minus is again due to the work of the staff, water began to drip from the ceiling in the room, the problem was "fixed" for 4 days and 4 nights, the lobby was called not once or twice, but 3-5 times, they came, twisted something there and left, the floor was all in water, they even managed to fall and to break through the wall in the toilet, that's how they lived.
At night, the hotel almost does not play with colors, it is dark and creepy, unlike other hotels that sparkle at night, as if in a fairy tale, but here they just stupidly put up lamps that do not burn for beauty, and walk as you want in the dark throughout the territory. By the way, the room can be given so far away that you will have to leave in 10-20 minutes to make it to the opening of the restaurant.
And so in general, the hotel is old, requires restoration, because there were spiders in the room, and the dumbest thing is, there is a glass door in the shower, look who wants, in other words, the bathroom is visible to everyone who is in the room, not a lock, nothing, I don't know why they build rooms like that.
One of the advantages is that in the morning it is quite beautiful and there are a lot of different vegetation, although do not expect that if coniferous trees grow near the pools, they do not smell of anything, but they create good shadows where you can swim at least in the peak of the sun.
I seem to have said everything, in other words, I didn't really like the hotel, I don't advise it.

We stayed at the hotel with my sister from 08/20/29/21. The hotel is certainly very old and of course requires renovation. This is a minus, but not critical. The territory is huge, the hotel is very interesting, consists of different buildings that connect to each other. There are separate villas with private pools. There were separate pools near some buildings. The communal pool is large enough, so much so that you can find a sunbed at any time. There are a lot of children! For anyone, this is a minus for us. At least no one was bothering on the beach. Due to the huge beach, people are smeared on it and it feels like there is no one there. You can find long-awaited peace on the beach and in the sea!)) A lot of greenery. Beer and cocktails are great! We've tried everything! There was also wine and champagne. The bar in the room was replenished daily, even if we didn't drink everything, we were still replenished as expected. The room was cleaned, the linen was changed. The bed linen is boiling white, not washed. Towels were changed every day. In the restaurant, the food was served by the staff. A place can always be found. The waiters clean the tables very quickly, bring the appliances quickly, and pour both wine and water. The food is delicious and varied. We hardly went to lunch, it was not convenient. We usually had lunch at the beach bar, ate shawarma and vegetables. The staff wears masks, vacationers are allowed not to wear masks. We went to the evening performances, each time different. There is a disco on the street, also different every day. Sometimes neon, sometimes Hawaiian. There were live music evenings where a girl and a man sang. They sang Turkish, Russian and foreign songs. There were karaoke nights where both Russians and Turks sang. It was a lot of fun! The hotel is mostly occupied by Russian vacationers, with Turks in second place. Well, a little French, Germans, Ukraine, Belarus. I think if the hotel is renovated, the price will rise very much. I liked everything very much! We came home black as Negroes and happy!

The disadvantages are the old room stock and a lot of insects. Snakes have been seen on the territory a couple of times (maybe a year like this). The food is good, there was not enough fresh bread for breakfast and generally juices (there was only one from the jupi vending machine). Animation for 5, beach for 5, very large, sun beds have always been there. Ice cream from 11 to 5 as much as you want. Alcohol is good only in the lobby.

The plumbing is in terrible condition, towels need urgent replacement. The food is not bad, there are few offers from the chef. There was no queue at the restaurant. Good evening. Feedback from the bottom of my heart, without any bias. We have been to many hotels in Turkey. This has never been seen before. In particular:
1. The service is at zero
2. Room cleaning - you can say there is no cleaning at all
3. The hotel territory is not cleaned
4. There are not enough mattresses for sun beds on the beach
5. Queues in lobby bars in the evenings
6. Animation can be said not at all (there is only for children)
7. A la carte restaurants are generally a separate story. If you don't want to ruin your evening, it's better not to go
It seems that the management is saving on staff.
I do not recommend it.

We rested from 19.08 to 2.09.2021. At first I didn't like it, somehow I wasn't impressed at first. But after walking around the territory, and it is huge, going to the sea, the mood changed. The sea is clean, sandy, but there is a strip of small stones at sunset. Turtles lay eggs on the beach during the summer. Volunteers are watching the population, in the morning at 6-6:30 they appear and dig up the clutches, help the turtles get to the water. There are many pools on the territory, there are places to relax and swim. The animators are great, they will not let you get bored, darts, aqua aerobics, table tennis, air rifle, bow, barrel. You can also play basketball and lawn tennis. Well, if you're good at golf, please, the whole academy is at your service. A children's club is engaged with the children. From 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. The cuisine is wonderful, everything was very pleasant, varied and very tasty. There are wonderful performances and a disco in the evening.

To be honest, apart from the sea and volleyball, there is nothing positive here. Delicious ice cream only chocolate, vanilla and caramel! They don't clean the 5th building at all, they just change the mini-bar! Sushi corner: very small selection, size too

I want to thank the hotel for helping me with my injury. She fell down the stairs, a medical worker provided first aid, rolled her on a medical chair. On the trail. the day food was brought to the room, because I did not leave the room. And they helped with the check-out from the hotel. Thanks to the reception, I forgot her name. She was very helpful and supportive. I really needed it.

It's a great place. A lot has been written about him in the reviews. I will not repeat myself.
The only drawback in my opinion and needs is the lack of a good organization of active (sports recreation). This is despite the fact that there is an infrastructure for this. A little left to chance.
Overall, it's a great hotel.

A good hotel, upon arrival we were greeted as dear guests, checked in earlier, and even given a room to choose. At the reception, the receptionist Anna is just a super girl, all questions were solved at once! 👍
The only thing I didn't like about the room was the transparent doors in the shower, we were the whole family and it wasn't very comfortable. Cleaning is threefold, if you don't ask to change the linen and towels yourself, they won't change them, and they don't wash under the beds. 🤦♀️
The restaurant is huge, the food is varied.There were always empty seats-we rested in August 2022.
The territory is huge, all green, birds sing and owls hoot in the morning.The pools are stretched and there are enough sun beds for everyone.The beach is also huge, the sand, the entrance is pebbles, and then the sand.The snack bar is open almost simultaneously with the restaurant, which is not very convenient, but these are small things for me.The water slides are super, but a small basik and for such a large area could open a water park elsewhere.There are no retail outlets outside the territory, there are few in the hotel, but they take you to the center for free. In general, the hotel is good-I recommend it. 👍
