There are moments that are not negative, but rather controversial, there are unpleasant moments, but there are not many of them, the main disadvantage is that they are bottled under the guise of good alcohol (bad), or rather local) and the remoteness of the hotel from any infrastructure facilities. But it's all so-so, in particular, we were with the company and we were prepared, we took a close look at the dutik. Pros, this is of course the hotel itself, it is not new but very interesting in terms of architecture. We, like everyone who rests there, at the beginning, as children, we went around asking and looking for how to get where, then we saw people off ourselves. You can walk from point A to point B by 25 different routes))) and it is constantly pleasing. The food is for me for 4 minutes. The beach is on 4 because of the lack of sun beds. Entertainment is not particularly interesting to us, but it is not bad compared to others. Hotels. The general impression remained, we would have returned - rather yes, but with a good price tag.

The hotel is not bad, it is located far from infrastructure and settlements, a large coastline with a sandy beach, the sea is clean. We lived in a two-room room with a family for two weeks:grandfather, grandmother, daughter, grandson and granddaughter. A good water park, works by the hour, there are many pools on the territory for every taste and height. The food is not bad, the choice is huge. I liked the animation for children, something new every day. We lived from May 29 to June 13, the sea is +30, I don't want to get out of the water.

An honest review of the first vacation with a small child in this place. I'll start from the beginning, the airport is certainly not 30 minutes away, as they say, it takes 50 minutes to drive if there are no traffic jams. Our vacation was 08/24/24. We arrived at 7-8 in the morning with full confidence that they would make us wait until 14 o'clock and only then they would check in, but no, they settled us right away, it was very nice that they met us halfway, given a tired 2-year-old child. The room was two-room, huge, about 80 sq.m. Everything is clean, linen, bathrobes, bath accessories are available, but it is immediately clear that the hotel was built in 2008. Cleaning the room and replenishing the bar daily, we did not have to ask to clean and change towels. The territory is insanely large but tired in places, withered palm trees and grass, stripped benches were also found. At the same time, it did not leave a negative. Entertainment for every taste and even more, alcohol flows like a river in bars, ice cream, juices, an insanely large selection of buffet dishes, but there is one thing, the dishes are designed for older children, the youngest child of 2 years did not eat anything except apples, broth and bread, this is a minus, they saved themselves with porridges brought with them. I want to mention the snack bar on the way to the sea, it has a special charm)))) the stomach will burst, but it is impossible to pass by the sweets))). I was pleased with the car rental service for a day, the price is adequate $ 70, the car was taken on the machine, well-groomed, clean, we had a great walk in the old town of Antalya, various shopping centers and returned back. It only took the presence of WU . Entertainment for children was available daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., baby sister service is also available. A 24-hour bar with European alcohol, a late dinner for those who like to eat after strong alcohol). We rested for a week and it wasn't enough to get around all the entertainment that is offered, we just didn't have time to go to the spa complex. There is no desire to return. The rooms are very old, the territory is not very well maintained, the sun beds, to put it mildly, are not very cheap plastic, the mattress on top is like a yoga mat. The worst hotel, in a short time I have been to Turkey out of 5 times.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for a vacation. Let's take it in order:
1. The hotel is located on the outskirts, and we got to it for 2 hours (on the way we stopped at only 2 hotels for literally 5 minutes). Of these, 20 minutes were driving where the asphalt ended and drove along trails through the village.
2. The entrance group, the lobby is the most nondescript hotel and the entrance to it that I have seen. The lobby is the same way. There are sofas in the lobby with stains that no one has washed in 12 days of rest. One of the doors that leads from the lobby to several buildings creaked, and in 10 days no one could lubricate it! And people use it every minute.
3. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 12:00. We filled out a questionnaire, went to lunch, promised to prepare a room in an hour. Upon returning from lunch, the room was ready. That was the end of the positive aspects.
4. We were accommodated in a room that is located on the 1st floor relative to the ground, but on the 1st floor relative to the lobby, restaurant, etc. A room with a garden view. NEVER take it. These are terrible numbers. We came to rest with our one-year-old daughter, respectively, with a baby carriage. The bottom line is that there is no elevator. The descent is only by a spiral staircase. Or across the street, but there is no normal road from the room to the lobby, and accordingly there is no restaurant. And that's half the trouble. The whole room has tiles on the floor and they are icy. I don't know how to live in this room with a small child.
5. When booking and filling out the questionnaires, it was indicated that a cot for the baby would be needed. As a result, she wasn't there. After the repeated request, they brought it. It's as barely alive as the whole room.
6. I am sending all the photos and the claim to my agent, who sent me to "rest" here. He registers a claim for the tour. The operator. A day later, the hotel invites me to the guest service so that I can share with them what is wrong. I go, tell you everything, show you. I ask: "Well, how is it?" Answer: "I'm not deciding anything, I'll talk to the manager, I'll be back with the OS in a couple of hours." The only thing they said was, "what do you want, the hotel is 17 years old." By the way, I did not receive the OS from the guest service. NOTHING! to my question to them, what about the answer "they gave the answer to your tour agent". i.e., I am a client here, and they gave the answer to the agent, but they did not even say a word to me. By the way, they also just wrote an unsubscribe to the agent, and nothing sensible.
7. I demand to change the number. They change, give you a room, at the farthest point of the hotel, from which it takes 10 minutes to walk to the main restaurant, and 20 minutes to the sea (as if you live on the 2nd coast). The room is barely alive, how can I put clients in it at all - I have a huge question. I attached a photo of this number. You can't live in it at all. The sheet is all in coils, the shower is leaking, the closet with the mini bar has already leaked 100 times (the whole is swollen at the bottom). The socket is SEALED and held by self-tapping screws that are visible from the outside. Safe: we were afraid that it would not open, because it was screwed up with batteries. The wallpaper is moving away. All the floors are scratched, you can see how furniture was moved over them 10,000 times. And this is a 5 star hotel???
Somehow we spent the night in it, the next morning I go and demand to change the room, I am ready to pay extra, just to spend my vacation normally. As a result, with an additional payment of $ 150 for 10 nights, they move us to a room with a sea view (partially). This room is already much better, more pleasant. You can stay in it. The crib was also brought another one, much better than it was there. I.e., in order to live in a hotel more or less pleasantly, they had to pay + $ 150.
8. The room is large. That's the way it is. But it is extremely inconvenient. We are lucky - our child is still small, not so critical. What's the point - the room is a large rectangle that is simply divided by a wall with a huge opening without glass into a room and a bathroom. At the same time, the shower / bathroom itself also has glass partitions. That is, when someone takes a shower, all residents of the room see everything that happens in the shower! The toilet door is frosted, but it does not close. it was also inconvenient for us with a small child, because when the child is sleeping, you can't go to the bathroom / shower or to the toilet normally. Because there is no barrier in the form of a wall to light or sound. It seems that it is not always convenient to sit under a conder with a small child, and the room has a vent on the ceiling. But it didn't work... the floors in the room are already tired. Even right after cleaning the room, you had the impression that you were walking through the trash.
9. The door to the room was located exactly opposite the staff room, where the hotel staff gathered after cleaning. And this is just the time of the child's daytime sleep (15-16 hours). And they were perfectly audible in the room. The child's sleep was saved only by a speaker with white noise turned on. and even with her, the staff was perfectly audible. Again, through the guest service, they were asked to make a remark to the staff to be quiet and at least close the door to the corridor, but again they could not do anything. They asked for the second time, already the manager.. it helped for 1 day, then again the noise, hubbub, etc. This is the first hotel in my life where I get in the way! The staff who clean the rooms. You make a remark to them, ask them to close the door to themselves and be quiet - it helps for 20 minutes. The maintenance staff does not care deeply about you!
Once they asked me to bring dental kits at 10 a.m. Returning from the room by 8 p.m., nothing happened.
The do not disturb sign on the door means absolutely nothing in this hotel. Even if it's hanging - to replenish the mini-bar, that towels are brought - they just knock 2-3 times and come in! They locked themselves in once when we were changing in the room! The second time was when a child was sleeping in the room. If you want no one to come to you, close yourself from the inside, that's the only way. But the truth is that it won't save you from banging on the door.
The quality of the cleaning is disgusting. The floors were washed every other time and then not always. We're out of soap! For 11 days, the cleaner never thought about checking the amount of soap... On the call, it was replenished. The towel was also changed from time to time. If you're lucky.
10. The food is average, ordinary cuisine. There is practically no tasty meat. There is chicken in different types, turkey. There are many different types of pasta. Fish in different types.
11. Baby food - THERE IS NONE! What is written on the hotel's website, in the booklet, etc. It's all nonsense. There is a separate place where, like, children's food- but everything is the same there (90%) which is in the main restaurant. Absolutely. They just add baby plates and that's it. There is a separate place in the restaurant, allocated, where you can eat with children - the idea is cool, BUT - it seems that in 17 years of the hotel's existence, no one has ever washed the sofas that are standing there. They're dirty! therefore, no one is sitting there, everyone with children goes to the main hall.
12. The main restaurant itself - half of the chairs in the restaurant - are already badly worn and worn. Sometimes you get the impression that you are sitting on the toilet
13. The territory- yes, it's big, even without taking into account the golf course, it's still very big. And this is both a plus and a minus. Because the hotel does not have time to take care of her. The bridges on the main pool are all worn and scuffed. Needles from Christmas trees were constantly lying on the paths, which had already dried out, but for some reason they were not removed. There is a lot of burnt grass (by the sun), instead of a pleasant lawn. And it's all in the center of the hotel, near the main pool, without going into the depths. videos are attached to the review.
14. The beach is big. Stretched out. But since the hotel is large, it is still quite difficult to find free sun beds in the morning. After lunch, it's much freer. There is a short distance from the sunbeds to the sea, but the sand there is dirty (sticks, stones, etc.). It's not very pleasant to walk. The garbage at the sun beds is removed only from the trash cans. It was possible to find a cigarette butt quietly in the sand in the morning. The sand between the sunbeds and the hotel grounds is also all dirty, in sticks, etc. As a result, he cut his leg open near the playground.
15. Only the reception and the guest service speak Russian at the hotel (although it is stupid, they can't solve anything properly anyway). Not a single bartender speaks Russian. Even in the Lobby, the bartenders do not know Russian. But at the same time, there are no questions for the bar. They are friendly, they do everything they could ask for. I love the negroni cocktail, it is made easily, but it is not in the main map of the bar (it is ok), at my request and the recipe they made it. Imported alcohol is only available in the LOBBY. they pour it without any problems. Tequila is also available only in the lobby.
16. I will return to the work of the guest service once again. This is the most disgusting customer service that can be. They listen amiably, but they don't decide anything! I have already written about the fact that they could not convey comments about the silence to the hotel staff. so also - through the app at 10 am! (yes, the hotel has its own application) I make 3 requests. Clean the room, bring a pillow, replenish the mini bar (because for some reason they did not replenish it the previous day, this is the norm for them). I return to the room in 2 hours. It is cleaned (most likely a coincidence), the pillow was brought (HOORAY!), the mini bar is not replenished. After 40 minutes I go to lunch, the time is 12:40, I go to the guest service - I ask you to replenish the mini-bar within an hour, because from 14:00 a child will sleep in my room, and I will not let anyone in. at 13:50 I return to the room - the mini-bar is not replenished. I put the child down, at 14:15 an employee comes to my room and enters to replenish the mini-bar!!! At the same time, there is a do not disturb sign on the door!!! I don't let him in, I point at the sign, he shows me that he has a request for replenishment in the chat. ATTENTION - he received the application at 13:45 (an HOUR after I asked) and he came at 14:15 and was not confused that 30 minutes had already passed and the sign on the door might be relevant! in the end, I sent him and again I was left without water cups (YES! they are DISPOSABLE in the room!!!).
17. Playgrounds. one playground is installed on the beach, on the sand. it is under a canopy, but not always (depending on the sun). He's fine. There is a second playground inside the territory... BUT I got the impression that the hotel had forgotten about her... There's a nice town set up there, but it's all overgrown with grass. To climb the slide, the child needs to climb through the grass to his height! Therefore, no one uses this slide.

I am resting here from 22.10 - 02.11, so I will add more, but so far this is the worst hotel in all my travels:
- the rooms are dead, not tired, as it is written in the reviews (see photo)
- the ventilation grille was probably not removed from the opening (see photo)
- the condors work only in the evening, they were bombarded with applications through the application and calls to the reception as a result, they received an answer - everywhere works only in the evening and at night - changing the number will not save!
- the location is not good, there is nothing nearby! It is better not to comment on the price tag of stores on the territory!))
By the way, the photos were taken on arrival, this is how a 5-star hotel meets!
- there is no promised animation for children, disco at 20:30 for children with the same tracks in the same sequence is tin!
Now about the pros:
- the entrance to the sea is great for children (there are pebbles, but it does not interfere so much)
- water slides on site;
- a huge number of pools (the water is really cold);
- good cuisine (the choice at the end of the season is good)

I have been traveling to Turkey for 20 years. Each time to different 5* hotels, so I certainly have something to compare with. I have long wanted to come to this hotel, look at its scale and the endless beach. I read the reviews. Some were just sooo scary, but realizing that there were no friends for taste and color, they chose this hotel anyway. I was there with my daughter for 15 years and 2 weeks. Nothing that I've read is terrible is there!
It takes 50 minutes-an hour to drive from the airport. We were the first to be delivered, and the last to be picked up.
The hotel is very large, very beautiful and clean. It smells nice everywhere: at the reception, in the toilets, in the corridors (I read about the terrible stench).
The rooms are spacious and unusual, as is the hotel itself. We had a room in the main building on the 2nd floor with a huge balcony and access to the pool. The cleaning is good and every day, change of towels too. The bed linen was changed. The mini bar was replenished every day.
The territory and the beach are well maintained, there is no garbage lying around anywhere.
No hotel has such a beach, that's for sure! It's really endless. It's great to walk along the sea in the morning when it's not hot yet. We reached the river (it is on the right, if you look at the sea), which flows from the mountains and flows into the sea. The river is fresh and cold.
There are many traces of carriage-carriage turtles on the sand, but unfortunately we never saw them. We were told that they come out of the sea around 3-4 o'clock in the morning.
Cocktails in bars are delicious (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), especially in the lobby bar.
We always ate in the 16+ room: good waiters, always clean, served, not noisy. There is sooo much food (we haven't tried everything in 2 weeks) and everything is delicious! Several types of pasta, soups, pastries, grilled (fish, lamb, beef, chicken, vegetables), various side dishes, vegetables, herbs. Everything is fresh! All kinds of fruits, lots of desserts, awesome baklava!!! Near the beach, from 12 to 16 o'clock, they bake delicious gozleme and pizza, next to shawarma and burgers. Ice cream is served from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is also served at dinner. Delicious sushi in the sushi bar from 14.30 to 18 hours.
We were at the ala-carte Mexican restaurant. The food is just on the level of a good restaurant in Moscow! I advise you to go.
By the way, after 2 weeks of eating such a large amount of food, we did not get better)) because the hotel is big, there is a place to go and take off everything)))) plus the sea, plus slides, plus water aerobics 😊

Good time of the day! We had a family vacation with two children aged 7 and 12 from June 12 to 22, 2023. We have read a lot of reviews, a lot of negative ones, there are good ones - and I will say this: both have a place to be. I must say right away - we drove with a great mood and it was very difficult to upset us.Now in order:
The BEACH is beautiful to me! Endless, sandy, at the entrance to the sea there is a strip of pebbles, then sand. There is no depth, almost everywhere you can walk up to your chest for a long time, for children it's the best! A little algae and natural debris do not spoil the impression, the beach is cleaned. There are enough sun beds, mats on top of the sun beds, like tourist ones, are soft and comfortable.
The ROOM - we were lucky, the room was given in the main building. Only instead of a double bed, they moved 2 smaller beds to us, but not critically. The balcony is small, for 2 people. There was no clothes dryer, bathrobes and a mosquito fumigator - they asked us to bring everything to the room. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges, a fumigator is necessary. The linen has not been changed in 10 days, not once. There was no cleaning, the minibar and bathroom accessories were replenished regularly. In general, the room is normal, it is clear that everything is not new, but it works properly.
POOLS - there are several of them. For kids it is very shallow, for children a little older with slides - up to about 6 years old, for even older children the depth is greater (from 7 to 9 years old), and adult pools are 140 cm deep. It's very cool, for all ages, it's better to take sun beds by the pools early, we went at 7 in the morning, then maybe not enough. They don 't clean them very well either .
THE RESTAURANT is delicious, varied, no one will definitely stay hungry, BUT comparing with the other five I can say that it could have been better, there are not very clean dishes, the staff does not have time to clean the tables, they used to wait for a table to be available, the restaurant is large, but sometimes there are not enough places. The food is of high quality.
The water park has 5 slides, the opening hours are not very convenient for children. From 10 to 12 and from 14.00 to 16.00. The hottest. But the children liked the slides, they rolled.
THE territory is large, they take care of it as best they can, it's nice to walk.

The animation is excellent, unobtrusive, but of good quality. Personally, we used gymnastics, minidisko and a kids' club. There are a lot of animators in the children's club, but there is no interest in entertaining children. They suggest, then the child decides for himself whether he will glue, cut, draw or fool around)) Nature and vegetation in this place are above all praise, admire the golf courses, the endless beach, well-groomed plants on the territory just do not have enough eyes)) If you want to buy something, then this is not an option, the hotel is located a little far away, you need to take a taxi to the nearest town about 30 minutes. We were at this hotel from 06-18 September. I really liked the hotel. This hotel was once very noisy and it was impossible to get there. Those people who write negative reviews, I can say that they would not have had enough money for it 10 years ago. It was luxurious. But even now there are all the signs of "former luxury". It's just that the hotel is a little "tired". Of course, huge investments are required, which are difficult to find in such a difficult inflationary period for Turkey. But it affected our luxury vacation.
A huge territory. .Lots of greenery. golf courses, the whole territory and you can't go around for your vacation.
We swam a lot. The sea is the purest.. The entrance is beautiful. Lots of sun beds. For
me, swimming is the most important thing, so we chose it very carefully according to this criterion. we usually swim further than buoys in other countries. No one here expressed dissatisfaction about this. We were happy.
The beach is huge, and turtles lay eggs there. On the last day, together with the volunteers, I had a chance to see a hatched turtle.
The room was given in a distant building, but this was not a minus: every day 1200 steps to the beach was a good warm-up for us before swimming. We cleaned every day, for which many thanks to Ramadan and the bar waiter Murat. Everything was well cleaned at the time and the bar was replenished every day.
They ate their appetites and went to the hall 16+, where there were no children and they could sit in relative silence. And for this, many thanks to the hotel administration.
The food is varied. Seafood was also given . and the beef tongue and fresh figs, And even about sweets is a separate conversation. For lovers of sweets . this is paradise. We were very well served by the waiters - Betul, Murat and Divan.
The animation was also on the level. there were themed evenings, discos until 1 a.m. every day. We also shot with a rifle and a bow.

We don't really like swimming pools. But we swam there once. It's not bad.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We read a lot of positive reviews before the trip and eventually chose it for a vacation, but in fact everything turned out to be different.
The territory is huge and green. The food is standard, as in many hotels in Turkey. The pools are cold, but visually they seem clean. The beach is large, but dirty, especially closer to the entrance to the sea. Sand with rocks, the entrance to the sea is the same.
The hotel is on the outskirts, there is no civilization nearby at all. The restaurant clearly does not have enough staff who clean the tables. At dinner, you can walk around the restaurant for a long time with plates in your hands to find a place to sit down. The tables do not have time to clean and serve at all.
The hotel itself is sooo old and has been in need of major repairs for a long time, the furniture in the entire hotel also needs to be replaced.
The rooms are shabby, broken, old, damp, cold, stinking of mustiness and junk. Bed linen, towels, pillows, blankets, everything is wet and smelly.
During the night, all the things in the room also became damp from dampness and stank.
The reception and reception staff are completely unwilling to help, especially when it comes to changing rooms. When contacting about changing the number, everyone immediately stops smiling sweetly and starts being rude. "They feed you breakfast," they say come tomorrow or offer everyone a room in the farthest building, even worse, they say the hotel is 100% full and there are no available rooms at all. As a result, the issue is not resolved. We've been walking like clockwork at the reception for 3 days now. This is the first time I've encountered such a disgusting attitude!
In general, the impression is not very good, from the word at all, I would not advise coming to this hotel, there are hotels a hundred times better in terms of service, rooms and everything else!

We flew to Turkey with Corendon. Drinks (water, tea and coffee) were served on board, and a roll with cheese was given. If you are flying with children, then stock up on food :) We took an individual transfer, we got there in 40 minutes. The hotel is huge, settled in a small one (2222) with a sea view and noise from animation and disco. We paid for a room for three, and settled in a double room. I was vacationing with the children, so I asked to be moved to another room. They showed the room "in the middle of nowhere" and said that there were no more rooms. Europeans and Turks live in the main building, of course "in quiet rooms". Zulfiya, a representative of the Fun and Sun tour operator, helped with the room change. We checked into room 7104. - There are ants and high humidity in the room. + The room has a bathtub, a shower, a large terrace, and a dryer.
The minibar is replenished every day (free of charge). Soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel.
Of the advantages:
- swimming pools,
delicious food,
dryer in the room (not all!)
- the staff (waiters, cleaners and porters) are friendly and pleasant people.
- a large and beautiful territory, birds sing and owls hoot.
Of the cons:
- the hotel is so huge that it is difficult to navigate and find something.

I will not go to this hotel a second time and I will not recommend it to my friends.
If you decide, then my advice is to go to a fish restaurant. The kitchen is disgusting (how can you cook fish so badly?!), (the lettuce leaves were with maggots!, but the waiter wasn't even surprised when I showed them to him), but the view of the golf course, the sea and a beautiful order makes up for it in full!

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the insane animation with drug-satanic music, from which there is no escape – "Music", which has practically no melody, only frenzied blows like a hammer on the head – and it's okay in the afternoon, when you can go away to the beach, to the sea, where these blows are not so they are very audible, but this damn thing, that is, the "disco", where almost no one dances, but only sit and drink, starts again after 21.00 and usually does not stop until 24:00 - 00:40!!!
Neither Earplugs, headphones, nor a pillow on your head help you fall asleep or It's not possible to just relax! Complaints to the reception did not bring any effect – they say that you suffer – after all, someone needs a disco!!!... We are not against disco, but why is there no disco, reggae, etc... – normal music that you can dance to??? Why this unbearable, mind-destroying, bass noise, from which the whole hotel with children suffers? We all get tired and want to sleep after 22:00!!! Equip a playground for such a "disco" in such a way that 99% of your guests can sleep at the proper time for sleeping!!!
Or change the musical repertoire so that this music is not so audible in the hotel rooms! Do not forget that people have come to rest, including from the noise, they want to sleep! You can't put the rights of a few alcoholics above the rights of the vast majority of healthy vacationers with children!

We were vacationing with our family. For a small surcharge, the room was upgraded to swimup. It's just super, the room is big, my daughter slept in her room, and most importantly, access to a huge swimming pool and her own large terrace. The sea is clean, the beach is big, there is enough space for everyone, even turtles laid eggs there. We were very satisfied. The food is excellent, the alcohol in the hotel lobby is good. We stayed at the hotel from 07/23/2016 with my husband and son of 6 years.
Number: 3/5. Spacious, BUT: 1) Shabby; 2) Marble ice floors and 3) The most fatal thing is the lack of a bathroom door. With an adult son, you can't change clothes or swim in peace. Because of this, they asked the reception to change the room.
Reception: 2/5 - The room was offered to be changed with an additional fee of 50 euros / day. For our 2 weeks = 700 euros. We refused. There were friendly employees (girls) at the reception, and there were men who raised a sour face at us 40 seconds after our greeting. An unpleasant aftertaste also remained upon check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 8.30 and waited for the room until 14.00 (this is the norm when loading, there are no questions here). I asked them to connect us to the Internet for at least a couple of minutes so that we could inform our parents that we had flown. We were refused. In general, the reception does not want to work: it sends immediately to guest relations, which works for some reason until 16.00.
Cleaning. Here it is 0/5. They just didn't come to clean up. We ordered cleaning, it happened 2 times. We turned to guest relations, to a travel agent, to the manager as a result. It didn't help much. The linen was changed only 1 time in 2 weeks, when I categorically insisted on it.
Food. 5/5. A lot, tasty, varied, instantly replenished. There's almost always something on the grill. Delicious watermelons, melons, cherries. Ice cream. Of the cons: few fish and tasteless rolls. But the food is still 5/5.
The main restaurant is 2/5. There are not enough waiters. It's not even about bringing drinks. They didn't have time to clean the tables, or even make sure that there were cutlery and napkins. This is the first hotel in Turkey where we consistently had to clean the table after other vacationers at lunch before eating ourselves. There was more choice of places for dinner and breakfast, as it was possible to eat outside: it was not so hot. And more: flies. There are 15-20 of them hovering over the food at once. Why they don't fight this with the help of, for example, adhesive tapes is a mystery.
Entertainment: I don't rate it, because I haven't used it. But I would like to note that a lot of things were available: discos, a children's club, archery, football, volleyball, etc.
Internet: 2/5. He catches almost nowhere and is very weak.
Beach towels: 3/5. In about 50% of cases, the towel changing booth is closed during business hours.
Territory: 1/5. Too big. Everything is scattered over long distances on it. Standard room-restaurant-sea movements took at least 12,000 steps per day. And it's a 10-minute walk to the sea. Everything is very far away. The territory itself does not have any signs. It's very easy to get lost. And the saddest thing is that the territory is frankly neglected. Dirt, weeds, dead plants, lack of lighting is elementary.
Water Park: 4/5. I worked on time. But for a hotel of 4,000 people, it is strange to allocate only 1 circle for slides, to put it mildly. Daily fights were observed for him.
Sea: 3/5. Very dirty. The reason is unclear. As in Russia. It is clear that this is not the fault of the hotel, but I note it as a fact.
Bottom line: the hotel, of course, is not 5 stars. They need 3 times more staff and huge financial investments in buildings and territory.

There are pros and cons. We had a rest in 2019. We lived in a building where each room has its own staircase to the pool, very convenient. Before that, we were shown two rooms in another building, it was not possible to stay in them (the smell of dampness and mold). The sea is gorgeous, the water park is not bad. The food is on the level. Restaurants and a pastry shop too. The territory is very large and there is a beach. There's nothing behind the fence, only if you have to leave.

We went as a family in late August - early September. Thanks to Anna, the rest was great. Our room was a family room with 2 rooms with their own bathrooms. It is very convenient when there are 4 people.
The main thing for us was the beach and the sea. Everything is great! The territory is large, great for morning runs and for a walk after dinner.
Meals are for 4, but you will never be hungry. A one-year-old child has something to feed. Plus, we took baby porridge with us.
There is nothing nearby. We rented a car 2 times and went to neighboring regions. It is more profitable to rent a car than a taxi.
In general, the hotel is on a solid 4.

A wonderful place!!! If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city, then here you are!!! Silence, birdsong, the sound of the sea wave, the rustle of foliage - complete relaxation!!!
There is no temptation to go shopping, but if you really want to take it for free. For a little shopping there is a souvenir shop, a candy store, jewelry, textiles. The beach is huge, there are many pools, the aqua park is not big, but there is enough space for everyone, the sea is amazing. There is an aqua park and swimming pools for kids. The park for walking is magnificent, it is very large, when walking there was practically no one to meet. Unity with nature is guaranteed.The restaurant is large and has very good cuisine. Mutton, beef, turkey, chicken, different varieties of fish and all this in various versions. Vegetables, greens, salads, fruits are simply gorgeous. Separately, I would like to mention cheese, ayran, ice cream and bread - delicious!!! The pastries and sweets are good (we are not particularly fans of cakes), the choice is huge.
The staff is hospitable and very friendly!
We rested in the 7th building - it is the farthest (for golfers). The room is huge!!! The room is large, shower, toilet room - bathroom, toilet. And a spacious terrace with access to the garden to the golf courses and the sea. We walked 15,000- 20,000 steps a day! And that's great! We were moving, not lying like vegetables in the garden. The children only remembered about the phone before going to bed!!! Kitties, kittens, cute dogs are super!!!

Going to this hotel, I read a lot of mixed reviews and diametrically opposed ones. But nevertheless, we bought a tour to the Lykia World Hotel, given our extensive travel experience. So many negative reviews that were about this hotel are found everywhere and in most cases are not justified. For me, the main criteria for choosing a hotel is the beach, the sea, the hotel grounds, food and infrastructure.
We went as a family of 4 people, three adults and one child of 9 years old. We bought a Famely suite garden room. We were actually pleased with the two-room room of 70 sq.m. it has a small common hall and two separate large rooms. Each room is locked with a key and has a separate bathroom, toilet and two beds. In one of the rooms there is not yet a large sofa. Both rooms have a common exit to a large balcony and a descent down to the street. I am attaching a link to a video clip about the number. We live in the 5th building on the second floor. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the main places of the restaurant, the beach, etc. We are staying at the hotel for the second day and have only positive impressions. Therefore, you can safely go to the Lykia World hotel and not be afraid of hysterical tourist reviews about bad rooms, service, dirty dishes and so on. I will be ready to answer any questions.

ROOM CLEANING! The cleaning was disgusting, completely substandard. At the end of the rest, the smell in the room became disgusting - apparently the muzzle from the ventilation and air conditioning.
Also, the hotel is very old, barely breathing anymore. The plaster is falling off, there are many abandoned rooms and territories. Pools are not cleaned, as if you are always swimming in some kind of garbage, and if you look at the bottom, you will see a huge amount of dirt.
There are a lot of insects!!! You won't eat quietly in the restaurant, you will be covered with flies and will almost mate in your plate)
Those who are used to relaxing in good, expensive, chain hotels - not a foot! I'm not coming back here anymore

I warn you right away that I put a star exclusively for food. It's not really gorgeous here, but it's good, tasty, and varied. It looks nice and is appetizingly laid out. However, the smell of dampness can spoil the perception of dinner/ lunch. I would call it the smell of a pool in a cheap sauna. But even this could be tolerated if we were given a decent room.
The situation is like this, we are visiting with a child of 1 year old. They gave him a room on the ground floor in some kind of back building, it felt like somewhere in the basement, they had been walking along "long hospital corridors with poor lighting" for so long. There is no door between the bathroom and the bathroom, and the floor is tiled. While we were in the room (I note that no one has even taken a shower yet) my child fell 2 times!!! Of course, I wanted to solve this issue somehow, to change the room where there is other coverage, but they refused me at first because there are no rooms and everything is occupied (the hotel is half empty, this is a fact), then that the whole hotel has tiles and there are no doors from the bathroom. I want to move out of here right now! It's damp here, the room has stale air, it's slippery and the floor is cold too!!! I can't put the child down on the floor, he doesn't sit still on the bed, do they still understand what a one-year-old child is? The hotel has absolutely no interest in solving the problem, even just to exhaust the conflict, they could have offered a more interesting room, even with an additional fee, but I was met with complete indifference.
By the way, we are not spoiled guests, I sooo rarely find fault with something, but here I sincerely regret the money spent.
Only the lazy one did not write about the murder of the hotel, this is also a fact. In general, even being here is unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel for a week from October 12 to October 19, 2022.
The first thing I want to start with is the pros.
+ Territory.
It is really very big, which is only worth the golf courses. Delight! The territory is well cared for even in the month of October. Sometimes they even got lost there.
+ Food.
Despite the fact that it was October, there was a wide variety of food, everything was very tasty. You will definitely not stay hungry.
+ The beach.
Large, clean and well maintained. There were always enough sunbeds, the entrance to the sea is good, but there are jellyfish, however, this is not news for Belek.
+ The mini bar was replenished daily and there was a variety of drinks.
+ The animation is good for children.
+ Turtles. Turtles are born on the beach and this is one of these beaches in Turkey and it is located in this hotel. The turtles were not found, as they have already hatched, but in the season I think it will be very interesting to observe this process.
This is probably the end of the advantages. Minuses
- The hotel is very tired. In the hall, the chairs are doused with something, stained, in principle, the doors in the toilets on the territory of many places do not even close. There are a lot of joints in the repair, broken sun beds, tables in the restaurant and so on.
- In the grill bar, it was impossible to sit on the veranda because the wasps just sat on the table and it was impossible to eat!
- Numbers. We rested at this hotel on 04/26/23-05/6.23 with children, I chose the hotel for a very long time according to reviews and was disappointed in the end.
I will leave my review about the hotel: the hotel is very tired, in need of repair, it rained during our vacation, the roof of the hotel is leaking, baby baths and buckets for water that dripped from the roof were placed in the corridors and the restaurant, mold on the ceiling, a musty smell in closed rooms, we tried to spend all our time outside, in the room is unpleasant to be in.
I want to draw attention to the children's restaurant, it is very dirty, unsanitary, children can not eat there, old dirty furniture, musty smell, mold, during the rain it smelled like sewage. It is impossible to be in this room, not that there are children!!! In a restaurant, forks and knives are placed with their hands on reusable napkins, which are wiped every other time with a rag. We ate with disposable appliances and drank from disposable glasses. Despite this, my daughter caught an intestinal infection, had vomiting and a high fever. The hotel was half empty, I can't imagine what's going on there in the season.
We went to the playroom for children once to look and left, it's a terribly musty room, there's dirt on the floor in the corners, there are no toys for kids, basically everyone is watching cartoons there, it's unpleasant with children. From animation in April-May, only mini disco in the evenings. If it rains, then there is nothing to do there at all, only the sea saves.
The territory is large, but abandoned, the spa area is in terrible condition, we went in and out, it's a very sad sight, everything is abandoned, the hotel urgently needs to be closed and a global renovation is needed. They did not swim in the indoor pool, there was no such desire, there was a strong smell of chlorine. Alcohol is all local, chemical juices, sugar alone, it is impossible to drink, coffee from the machine, diluted, they drank only water and tea with lemon. There is no children's menu, there is nothing to feed the children, the food is all salty, spicy, if only pasta and rice.
Our room was large with a view of the golf course, the cleaning was very poor, the bed was made and towels were changed, and the cleaning was over. The children were bitten very badly by mosquitoes.The pools were all dirty, there was sand, earth, branches at the bottom of the pool, they did not swim in the pools. Playgrounds for children are in an abandoned state, do not work, there is dirt around, children will be bored there. I do not recommend the hotel and of course I will not return myself.
