A secluded hotel with a huge territory. There is golf, tennis, and attention to the sports component of recreation is evident. The room stock is a bit old, but not critical. At first, they were put in a room not quite with the agreed view, but the situation was corrected within an hour. I recommend it!

Hello, dear vacationers!
I am writing this review, already with cold feelings. It was impossible not to write, because there simply should not be such excursions, and for a lot of money tourists, even more so. Also, I do not want other tourists to repeat our feelings of humiliation and incompetence, the "work" of the guides (THESE employees of the Intourist company DO NOT KNOW SUCH A THING - WORK!!! THE NON-LITERARY EXPRESSION OF THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS TOURISTS IS APPROPRIATE HERE) and painful feelings for other vacationers.
I describe our tour - The Lion King, safari park, zoo, dolphinarium 07/31.24. from the Lykia World Antalya hotel.
We bought this tour from Intourist for the sake of the child, because there was a dolphinarium in the tour. There were three adults and one small child.
The organization of the tour was at the lowest level. When buying the tour, an Intourist employee did not even really know about the contents of this tour. I just said about the drinks, which are paid, and check out of the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning. She promised to send the full information program of the tour on the eve of 30.07.24. via WhatsApp. We received the SMS at 21:49. The check-out time was indicated 30 minutes earlier, at 7:30, and there was no content about this tour. To my question why the time has changed, the answer was given that the time of the tour changes every day. (The answer alerted me). The tour ends at 15:30, the arrival time at the hotel is at 17:30.
The journey from the hotel, with check-ins to other hotels, to the zoo took 2 hours and 35 minutes. We stood in one of the hotels for 20 minutes, waiting for people, but they did not appear, and we went without them. There were 9 people who wanted to see this tour, three of them kids. The guide Kimran (I may be mistaken), briefly told about the contents of the tour. What was the general surprise of tourists when the guide announced that after the dolphinarium, at 15:30, we would go to the shopping center. No one except the guide knew where the mall came from.
Upon arrival at the zoo at 10:05, the guide warned that our tour was busy and asked no one to be late. He gave us 1 hour and 10 minutes to inspect the animals. Unfortunately, we did not meet the allotted time, and approached the bus with a 10-minute delay. At 11:25 we left the zoo. I specifically specify the time, at the end of the review we summarize the time of the tour itself.
Having arrived at the Safari before the Anex group, for some reason we let it go ahead. The waiting time for the Anex group was 20 minutes + their excursion was 15 minutes.I asked the guide why we missed the other group, to which the guide remembered our lateness at the zoo, and said: "it's necessary."
The duration of the Safari tour is 15 minutes, including passing the security check. It is forbidden to take phones, cameras, etc. with you, so that you do not take your pictures.
The tour was conducted in a so-called "Safari", measuring 50x50 meters, in the presence of three lions, and consisted of feeding the lions for $ 5 (100 grams of meat), photographing all tourists ($10 - 1 photo) and filming ($30 for 20 seconds). No one asked for the tourist's consent. After the "Safari", it was offered to take a picture with a lion cub ($30) and make a video for the tourist ($30)
Naturally, when buying an excursion, this detail was kept silent about the ban on videos and photos, so tourists were at a loss why they were forbidden to shoot when it was written in an sms from the guide: "take a hat, a camera and a good mood"!
After lunch, we arrived at the dolphinarium at 14:05. Tickets for earlier were not purchased only from our group. The guide shouted to us, "stay here," and left us standing in the sun at the entrance to the dolphinarium for 15 minutes without explaining anything. During the absence of our guide, two large buses with tourists arrived, and two impressive groups passed into the dolphinarium.
The dolphin show started at 14:40 and ended at 15:10. For me, the show was not very good, but the child, who had not seen live animals, liked it.
Then came the climax. All the tourists vacated the dolphinarium, and our group stayed in a small room. Initially, the guide explained this delay by the fact that our bus could not reach the dolphinarium. After saying this information, the guide left for 30 minutes. The air conditioners were turned off because the dolphinarium had finished its work.
After 30 minutes, the guide reappeared with new information. The bus has broken down and the driver is trying to fix the problem. With complete discomfort, in a stuffy, small room where it was very hot, with young children (ages 4-6 years), questions were asked to the guide when the bus would arrive. He, no matter how banal it sounds, replied: "How do I know, this is not a human factor" and left again. When he returned 15 minutes later, he said that the bus could not be repaired, and that he called his agency, reporting a malfunction of the transport. To our question, after about what time the other bus would arrive, the guide said, "how do I know", and again went somewhere. Being in a stuffy room was difficult for both kids and adults. The tourists had run out of water, and the store in the waiting room was closed. The guide was absent. After seeing the staff of the dolphinarium, and explaining the situation, they asked if possible to turn on the air conditioner. The dolphinarium worker turned on the air conditioner, and called somewhere, explaining our problem.
After the guide returned, questions began to pour in. These questions were answered: "how do I know."There was also a claim that in the absence of a guide, we were isolated and abandoned. We ran out of water, and we had nothing to quench our thirst in a hot room (one working air conditioner could not cope). The guide went into the closed store, took two packages of water of 200 grams each out of the refrigerator without permission, passing them to the children. 2 packages (400 gr.) for 3 small children is a truly generous gesture of the Intourist company. After giving us the water, he left again. There were no limits to the indignation of tourists, from the behavior of the guide.
At 16:48, he returned with good news. A bus pulled up. But the incompetent organization of the excursion did not end there either.
When delivering tourists to hotels, we stopped at the hotel again, from where we did not pick up tourists. The guide named the hotel and asked the remaining tourists why no one was coming out. After a short pause, he exclaimed: "Oh, yes!!!!!" and we drove on. And we, the tourists, were outraged by the mediocre service.
At 19:20 we were brought to our hotel, Lykia World Antalya. The mood was terrible, there was fatigue and irritation.
And now let's summarize the useful time of the tour:
Zoo - 1 hour and 20 minutes
Safari - 15 minutes.
Lunch is about 1 hour.
The dolphin show is 30 minutes long.
It turns out to be 3 hours and 5 minutes.
The duration of the entire tour is 11 hours and 50 minutes. (07:30 - 19:20) + wasted nerves, humiliation, disregard, money spent ($ 235) and time (the whole day).
And now a little information.
Intourist company was founded in 1929, i.e. almost 100 years ago! But, I have not learned how to work in the excursion direction, and bring positive emotions to tourists.
I do not urge anyone to ignore Intourist excursions. I just want you to know IF SUCH AN EXCURSION AND A DAY SPENT ON VACATION ARE NECESSARY ????

I really liked the hotel. A large territory, there is a place to walk. There are no questions about food either, it's more delicious than the other way around. There is a desire to return back. Of the minuses, cleaning can be singled out, they have a limp, but in general everything is fine. There are always dishes in the dining room, there were no queues. Sunbeds in the middle of the day are difficult to find, but you can.
The hotel is alone on a large territory, there are no more hotels nearby, which can also be marked with a plus sign.

A huge territory! The beach is gorgeous, the sea is clean.Very responsive and friendly staff! The hotel is a little tired and in some places cosmetic repairs are already required. The food is good. I did not like the cleaning in the room-during the week of stay, the dust was not wiped and the floors were not washed. Animation suffers-girls rest more than they work.

We were in April of this year.
For the territory and food plus. Children's animation also worked well.
I liked the a la carte restaurant. We were at an Italian party. I remember the gorgeous salmon steak. In general, the food was good. Except for the children. Little children have absolutely nothing to eat. Fortunately, I took cans from home, ate them most of the time.
The rest is sad.
The rooms are average. It's a good idea, but a lot of things are dilapidated. The air conditioner was needed and crackled, it was of no use.
Room cleaning is at zero. A day later, they asked the reception to take out the garbage at least. The territory is large, but there is a lot of abandoned. Semi-dry greens. There are no benches if you walk around the territory, except for swimming pools and do not sit down (I was with a stroller).
The view of the buildings is depressing, everything is shabby.
The kids' club looks sad too. But the girls were great there, they carried the children away.
The hotel is designed for conferences, keep in mind. How does this bother vacationers? On conference days, there is a large flow of people in the restaurant, as they go to eat in a crowd. Plus they hang out at bars all the time. They're too noisy. It's more comfortable without them.
About the fact that some Slavs do not agree. There are a lot of Turks, I also heard both German and French.
It is far from civilization. If you are shopping, it makes sense to go on a "free" offer, putting the amount on purchases from them. Or book an excursion. Taxis are very expensive.
In general, we had a good rest. But for 3 trips to Turkey, this hotel is the worst. Although the trip cost 2.5 times more expensive than 2 years ago.

Good day to all!!!
We had a rest at this hotel in June 23 with a large company. We arrived early, they put on bracelets and sent us for breakfast. while waiting for the room, we got acquainted with the territory. It's just a fantastic beauty!, the beach, the golf course, everything is clean and well maintained! Thanks to the gardeners for the green and beautiful territory)
We settled in until 14 o'clock, thanks to the person at the reception) the rooms are clean, everything works, safe, mini bar, tea/coffee., replenished daily.
The food is great, we are not picky, we had enough of everything) meat, fish, lots of vegetables, fruits!
The sea is magical))
The animation team did not let you get bored, the super team did well and thank you))
Overall, I really liked the hotel!) We even think about coming back again) I recommend it)

OOOooooh this is a special hotel in Turkey, so in order:
- there has never been such a luxurious pillow menu in my life.

I love it! The hotel we've been to three times already, and twice for a month and a half. As you understand, in such a period, you can evaluate all the pros and cons.
And this is the best price/quality combination for a long vacation with a child that I have met in Turkey. A magnificent huge territory, a wonderful huge beach give a feeling of secluded relaxation, a wonderful variety of food. And most importantly - people! Who always come to the rescue, are attentive, kind and responsive. The children's club employs very responsible, serious and professional girls under the guidance of Nadezhda. I have the opportunity to go anywhere, but it is in this hotel that I feel literally at home with my child and get the opportunity to take a break from routine and improve my health, undermined by constant Moscow illnesses.

I want to share an honest review with those who are considering this hotel for a vacation. This is not the first time I have been on vacation in Turkey, I always take 5*, there is something to compare with within this country.
Upon check-in, I asked for the quietest room possible. I was accommodated in room 1307 in the main building. Opposite was the door of those staff rooms that scurry back and forth 24/7, slamming the door, rattling the cleaning cart and talking loudly (the audibility from the room is as if it was shouted in your ear). She asked to be relocated after suffering for 2 nights.
The cleaning of the room is even funnier story. During the 7 nights of stay at the hotel, the bed linen was never changed (although it is indicated that the linen is changed 2 times / week). I asked at the reception, an hour later the cleaner came with a duvet cover. I say the sheets need to be changed too. He pretended that he did not know English and left. I contacted the Guest Relation. They said, OK, let's go to the shift room. I came back from dinner, the bed was untouched. I call them - they say they reported to us a photo that the bed was redone. In all my years of traveling, I have never come across such an attitude towards guests, or lying to their face. It's disgusting. I did not pay attention to the fact that the hotel is very dilapidated, the shower head is rusty, the furniture has crumbled and the fasteners have come out of it. But this is the first time that linen has not been changed in a 5* hotel. The towels themselves are very old, cheap, washed, stained after washing.
The hotel has overestimated itself. It's not a 5*. Even 3* in the UAE is distinguished by excellent service and room facilities.
I will give 5 points to this hotel for the green area (golf course)- that's what they really look after here. Also for dinners in the restaurant (breakfasts and lunches are more delicious in taste, quality and choice).
It is worth considering that the transfer from Antalya airport is 1.5 hours minimum - guests are taken to this hotel last, taking everyone away, because it is on the outskirts.
The beach is long, you can get away from vacationers, but without an awning and a sunbed. But enjoy the sea in silence.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2019 before the pandemic. The ticket was snatched at a very great price. The hotel is located in Belek on the very edge of the district. There is nothing nearby, it is quiet and peaceful. The golf courses are gorgeous. We had a family vacation with 2 vz and 2 children. I was surprised by the animation. They entertained every day. There is always something new and large-scale in the evenings. These are not ordinary hotels. Because of this, the hotel is in my personal top. The food is diverse. Alcohol is imported. There are many pools, and the slides are interesting, but few. The concept of the hotel is not for children, but it is also aimed at children. The shows are good. The rooms are standard without any frills. The staff is responsive if you throw in a couple of green papers, then they will just be smart and wear whatever you want ..) but even without the paperwork, everything is decent. The beach is sandy and it is gorgeous. There are turtles. They go out at night. Very healthy.. At night, there is a whole hunt of tourists to see them. Will I return to this hotel? I don't even doubt it. I rarely recommend anything, but I recommend this hotel.

We have been to this hotel 3 times, we liked everything. 1.) Quiet, no city noise and no hotels in the neighborhood. 2.) delicious and a lot of food, it's impossible to try everything 3.) there is a lot of entertainment for children and favorite animators 4.) we rested in family rooms with access to the pool from the room and in the villa, this is of course paradise, the sea is warm. Starting with the reception in the reception area, I felt like a princess, to whom the staff gives care. The room is huge , comfortable , and cozy . The views , you can 't take your eyes off !!!! The endless expanse of the sea. The beach is a separate fairy tale, it is endless. The sea is warm and inviting. Food and drinks are varied. Everything is so delicious that it is difficult to restrain yourself. The territory is huge, I did not have time to explore everything in 10 days, unfortunately) I will return to the hotel with great pleasure. By the way, there are rooms with a swimming pool in the room, as well as a villa with its own cozy territory. And it's all 2 steps from the amazing sea.!

This is my best vacation ever!
I chose the hotel based on reviews, and I can confirm that all the good reviews are true!
Such a beautiful hotel with a good restaurant (there is a really large selection, even for vegetarians like me, I really liked this amazing cuisine, especially desserts), the staff is also very friendly and attentive, they really helped us have a good time. The people from the office (who work with the guests) also gave us pleasure!
The entertainment programs are fun and definitely won't make you bored.
I will definitely come to this hotel again and again in the future :)

From the pros:
We settled a little earlier for two hours (for an additional fee) 👍 all questions are easy to solve, very friendly, attentive staff.
Unreal, huge territory at the hotel, nature is everywhere, very beautiful, it is clear that the territory is being taken care of.
The beach is big, you can get away from everyone. There are pebbles and sand, the entrance to the sea is cool, there are places where a little bit of pebbles, pass it and fine sand begins.
Places on the sun beds can also always be found at any time, there are so many places around the pools, there are enough for everyone.
Food! A separate topic, you can talk about it endlessly! Everything is very tasty, yes, it happened that some food was over-salted, but in general everything is super, the choice of food is great. The most important thing is that there is always something to eat for young children. Every day there is some kind of theme at the restaurant: Italian, Turkish, etc. even sushi was (although it's hard to call them delicious and dry)), shrimp got once in 7 days. And what kind of pastries are there in the morning ❤️ puff pies are just a fairy tale 🫶
For kids in the morning there is a huge selection of porridge with milk, there are also their favorite French fries. Ice cream is constantly given, even if you eat all day.
Near the beach at lunch they baked tortillas and pizza.
Clean pools, even babies were bathed in them, thank God no one was sick afterwards, they were very afraid of catching rotovirus and thought that we would bypass the pools, then they saw that the children were all right and calmly bathed too.
There are quiet rooms, we asked to move us to a place where it's quiet and you can't hear all the parties, we were given such a room, for which we thank them very much, we slept in silence. By the way, in our room the walls were thick and we didn't hear the neighbors either, although everyone with children was nearby.
The rooms were cleaned well, there used to be some kind of shift, apparently, the floors were washed badly, in general everything is fine. The bed was changed twice, towels were clean every day, the bar was replenished every day.
A huge plus for those who have small children, the hotel provides a stroller for free. So as not to carry the child in your arms. But they are quickly disassembled, don't count on it too much.
Now about the cons:
Mosquitoes. If the remedy helped in the room, we plugged a thing into the mosquito outlet before going to bed, then in the restaurant, while you were sitting eating, they bit 😒you need to take the spray with you.
Flies, they have already been written about, bite on the beach! But we were ready for this, after all, nature is around.
In some buildings there is a terrible stench in the corridors, we need to do something about it, we were lucky, we lived in a normal building, we didn't smell like that and everything was clean.
And the biggest disadvantage is that everyone who has been to this hotel knows a toy shop near the restaurant, so they give the wrong change there. And it's not like they made a mistake, it was obvious that this was not the first time they were doing this, unfortunately we noticed it before leaving. Apparently they use it because people don't understand how much they have to give back with euros, but they give it in lira. This moment greatly spoiled the impression👎 it is clear that they are tenants, they have nothing to do with the hotel, but still unpleasant)
In general, we had a great rest, I recommend the hotel, especially with children 👍
The hotel may require renovation, but it did not interfere with our rest in any way, the main thing is clean and delicious ☺️

The hotel is not bad in appearance, there is nothing inside either, but the disgusting room spoiled the whole impression. The deluxe room, but I can't call it that, everything was shabby, it smelled damp, the tables were worn, the board was sticking out of the refrigerator and it was dirty, spiders and cockroaches were running around the room. We had a family vacation from 7 to 10/17/12. In general, we really liked the hotel, not for the discerning public, of course).
Transfer: the minibus for 2 families was pleased, however, another family was brought first, therefore they arrived at their hotel after 1h 20min. To our surprise, the room was ready, for which thank you very much! They gave me 2 key cards.
The room in the 7th building is huge, one-room on the 1st floor with a terrace and access to the territory of the green hills - very picturesque; with a huge bathroom and shower. The 2nd terrace from the bathroom is closed because the wooden flooring needs to be repaired. But we weren't interested in her. The room has a refreshing renovation (non-capital), all the necessary large-sized furniture, an old TV without USB, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers for linen! There was no drying for laundry, which was reported to guest relations and received after 3 hours. It's a pity they didn't take fumigators, there are mosquitoes, but I didn't want to sleep with air conditioning and a closed balcony door. All buildings are connected by corridors, it is easy to get confused, but there are signs. We walked down the street from our far building, about 5-7 minutes to the reception and then another 4 minutes. to the main restaurant (stairs on the way are only there, but there are elevators for those with strollers).
The beach and the sea are excellent, with sand and a slight strip of pebbles at the entrance to the sea. Of course, there were no more turtles and clutches, we should come in July. The beach chairs are plastic, without mattresses mostly, but someone found them too). There is always enough space. There is a playground for the little ones. There are 2 rescuers on duty all the time, a cleaner walks around. You can retire and swim alone, the beach strip allows.
The territory is large, well-groomed, with pine trees and beautiful plants, many birds, lizards and hungry cats. You can retire without problems, or you can be in the thick of things and participate in activities.
Pools- there are many of them, different, clean. There are few cheesecakes, and two extreme slides (yellow and green) with minimal water pressure, even for children who just crawl to the end on their own.
Activities: golf (for a fee), lawn or table tennis, aqua aerobics, volleyball, bocce, darts, zumba, crossbow, water polo, billiards (for a fee), gyms, board games were not interested. We enjoyed nature and relaxation. Once there was a bowling alley in the hotel (judging by the taped signs), it would be nice to restore it. In the evening, there were excellent shows (there were even children's shows a couple of times, in addition to a children's mini-disco) with invited artists and troupes, of course not every day, but often alternated with discos. Their location is also different - not far from the sea or in the amphitheater (from it to our building it is very close to walk down the street).
The food in the main restaurant is good, we were quite satisfied, we almost always found a free table, once we went outside for lunch. There were a lot of sweets, even strawberries with cream. Ice cream is served from 14 to 16h in the pastry shop and for dinner it is mandatory. The pastry shop (from the stairs to the right) is next to the tea and coffee bar, but it has minimal choice and is almost always deserted there. They did not go to Ala kart restaurants, although many praised the fish and Italian. Alcohol is different in bars, if you like it stronger, go to the bar next to the reception; alcoholic cocktails are not all good, but the choice is not bad; for children - milkshakes (chocolate, strawberry, melon), ice coffee.
The children's club is located next to the amphitheater on the upper level, quite spacious, interestingly filled, a large number of animator girls. Although my children are already big, they participated in his events a couple of times.
Staff. As for the cleaning of the room, it was daily, without tips, even the change of bed linen and towels was very often carried out, the bar was replenished on time, but the floors are of course a pain: they are not washed or swept. It's good that there were disposable slippers.
In the restaurant, the waiters are mostly friendly, come up, bring drinks, quickly clean the tables, of course there are avrals at dinner.

Just about the cons - the hotel is really "tired", furniture, bathrooms, but everything is clean and well maintained, it does not bother. The location of the hotel is far from all retail outlets, see the map. If you like to go shopping in the evening, it definitely won't suit you.

The territory on 5+++++ for any age, there are many shadow zones, very green. The room was taken with a sea view, very cool, for 3, 1 adult, children 19 years old,11 years old, a large loggia, comfortable armchairs, sun beds, spacious. We are happy with the food, for every taste, meat (chicken, beef, fish), a lot of salads, desserts, fruits. In general, the kitchen is a top. There is a swimming pool, there is enough space for everyone to swim and this is not a joke, there are many of them throughout the territory, water slides are suitable for visits by both adults and children. Beach: sand, large coastline, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to get up at 5 am))) smooth entry into the sea, and a wide line where you can swim not at depth. Rescuers are always on site. Animation: standard set - bocce, darts, water aerobics, etc. In the evening, the programs are very good (4ka), both for adults and children. There are many Russians, but the international dilutes them. In general, I liked the hotel, we will have the opportunity to come again. We rested at the end of August, beginning of September 2022.

A great hotel for families with children! A huge green area, which is impossible to get around for a rest, but the staff will be happy to take you on a golf cart and take pictures in beautiful places, and also conduct a small tour. Varied food, themed dinner every evening, once we went to dinner by the sea - it was very cool, live music, service like in the best restaurant, sunset, the sound of the sea. The beach strip is very wide, there are enough sun beds for everyone, fine sand, no hotels nearby, and a pleasant bonus is the turtle reserve nearby. In August 2019, the turtles hatched every day, the children were delighted. We had a nice room, clean, big.
