An amazing restaurant! A very pleasant place, beautiful interior, a lot of tables, but they are located in such a way that it is comfortable to be even with a full landing. The kitchen is on top - the dishes and snacks exceeded all expectations. The service is excellent - the dishes and drinks were served quickly and without distracting our company from the conversation, the glasses were always full, the sommelier's girlfriend was simply charming)
Cocktails are a separate love for me. It is very rare to find anywhere in Minsk that is both tasty, beautiful, and conceptually.
We tried classic desserts - I really liked tiramisu and handmade sweets.
In general, the place is great, I recommend it!

The wedding was celebrated in this beautiful place on 06/08/2024.
It is very atmospheric and cozy, very responsive staff, dishes are generally a separate kind of art.
Both the newlyweds and the guests liked everything very much. Special thanks to the administrator Natalia for her help in all organizational matters)

We visited this institution with friends.
On the plus side: a charming, talkative waitress who knows how to sell well)
Author's cocktails.. The classic aperol is excellent, but the author's.. We didn't get in.. One was bad, then another was ordered.. Well, it's impossible to be drunk, a friend almost didn't touch him, but they didn't offer an alternative, they didn't remove him from the bill, of course.. Although there were no problems with this in Moscow establishments of this price level.
The price tag is above average
Kitchen.. The mussels in gorgonzola sauce are bland, there is no saturation, the hummus is very thick, the salad with strachatella is also three-fold, the stroganina is too salty.
In general, the impression is so-so strong, especially after the kind of restaurant with food off the head!
We definitely won't come a second time. It turned out to be expensive and not impressive.

I have been here several times for various reasons and everything is fine here:
- meat dishes, especially steaks
- fish dishes
- cocktails of a very good level
- service and professionalism of the waiters
- one of the most delicious dessert cards (I've tried everything)
The prices are of the appropriate level, but not cosmic.

Wonderful cuisine! We tasted pate, duck, pasta with seafood, chicken with scallop and chanterelles. Everything is very tasty! Handmade candies are very decent! There are no Belarusian traditional dishes on the menu, but we did not regret it. The service is good. A bit pretentious place)

We ordered a salad with squid and shrimp - super fresh and delicious! Salad with pastors is a bit sweet in my opinion.
The pasta with steak is super and the dranik is just a masterpiece!

We were with friends at the restaurant, booked a table in advance, offered on the terrace by phone, agreed, but on the day of visiting the restaurant we were unlucky with the weather: it was windy and cool. There are tables with sofas and high chairs on the terrace, we were given a table with high chairs right at the entrance. In good weather, this would not have attracted attention in any way, but in windy weather there is a draft on which we are located.
Twice we turned to the staff and the manager to close the glass door behind us and not sit in the draft, and twice we were refused, citing the fact that the door cannot be closed, because guests are walking. 1. Are we not guests? 2. Can't the guests open the door? 3. During the time we were there, not so many people passed that the door was permanently open.
Having asked to solve this situation somehow, the staff and the manager did nothing, although they could either close the door or transfer us (again, the table was free in the second half of the terrace, where there was no draft), or at least show customer orientation and care for the guests by bringing a couple more blankets and, as a good gesture, hot tea.
This moment greatly influenced the decision of the next visit to this place.
The rest: the waiter was polite, the food was brought quickly, cocktails with a huge piece of ice (although this is very common now).
Neither I nor my company have any desire to visit Marbl again.

We were in Minsk for the first time. There have been several restaurants over the days. Heading to bulbashi, we found a full landing, and did not break off, as we found this wonderful place nearby Marble. The presentation, taste, and aftertaste are all at the highest level. The freshest oysters, excellent wine and signature cocktails are aerobatics. The price tag is below the Moscow Time. The qualifications of waiters and bartenders are at the highest level. They gave us a compliment in the form of author's candies. Special thanks to the waitress Alina and the bartender Egor for the high-class service and cool cocktails. The food was delicious, but I didn't really like the atmosphere because of it.
I went twice and the first time there was a nice waitress and everything was great, the second time - just no comments. It's very important to me in the restaurant, I won't come back. I almost never write bad reviews, but it ruined my day.

There is NO kitchen.
The order was delivered in 45 minutes and then not to everyone. And they also came over - wait a bit, like the kitchen is overloaded.
Only the exit from the kitchen was in front of us and in 40 minutes 1 dish came out from there.
As a result, we refused to prepare the dishes, so the manager, instead of apologizing, tried to make us wait for the dishes.
And this is despite the fact that the price tag is higher than the neighboring restaurants.
When we left , we looked at the visitors sadly waiting for their orders on the veranda.

when the bill was brought to us and a question was asked whether we liked everything , we replied that we would like to solve the situation with the hair, to which the waiter sharply and displeased replied "firstly, we were going to bring you a compliment and secondly to make a discount"
Honestly, judging by this attitude towards their guests, it is immediately clear that the institution has not encountered similar situations
The sediment is unpleasant both from the expectation and from the attitude of the staff

Отличное месторасположение и вид из окна, приятный персонал, хорошо знающий меню, современный интерьер. Приличная публика. Быстрая подача блюд. Из точек роста - нас посадили за столик справа от входа напротив аквариума с устрицами. В этой половине ресторана располагается уборная и ароматы средств для уборки, либо чего-то свойственно го данному назначению помещений не давали сосредо очиться первые 15 минут. Это субъективное, так как моим визави это ни сколь не мешало. Второй нюанс - я заказала куриный бульон. В нем была домашняя лапша. У меня было ощущение, как будто её сварил утром и она стояла в холодильнике, дожидаясь посетителей. Разбухшая, слипшаяся и без вкусная. За тем её разлепили и положили в горячий бульон. Опять же, друзья мне сказали, что я придираюсь и домашняя лапша слипается при варке. У меня дома ничего не слипается😂
Даю 5 звёзд, так как всем было в моей компании хорошо, кроме меня. И к самому ресторану претензий нет. Но в следующий приезд в Минск, я схожу в другие достойные места, коих на карте не счесть.

We decided to celebrate our birthday at this institution, we had never been there before. We booked a table in the morning, the receptionist warned that he would be on the terrace. In the evening of the same day, we arrived at the institution, we were seated at a table right on the aisle, where about 60 centimeters on both sides there are two more tables, and the waiters, in order to squeeze in, pass almost sideways. I would have to speak in whispers so as not to interrupt those sitting next to me. To put it mildly, we were discouraged by the fact that an institution of this level can, in principle, create such an uncomfortable environment for its customers. We asked the receptionist to transfer us to free tables, not on the aisle, to which we received in response arguments that maybe people had booked a birthday for them in a week, and so on. As a result, they left. The receptionist was obliged to warn that the table was on the aisle at the time of booking. Then we would have refused and chosen another place. Thanks to the institution for the spoiled mood, our foot will no longer be in it.

Прекрасное заведение! Были два раза с подругами на бранче, остались в восторге от всего! Стильный интерьер, невероятно вкусная кухня, обслуживание очень заботливое, внимательное, на высоком уровне. Средиземноморский завтрак и панкейки с тыквой надолго останутся в памяти, безумно вкусно!! Желаю заведению процветания, обязательно вернёмся, в это место действительно хочется вернуться! Рекомендую

It turned out that there were people sitting at our table and we were asked to just stand in the doorway. Don't go to the terrace, people will come there now too. The cherry on the cake: the restaurant was full of empty tables. What was the problem with putting us at an empty table and the next guests at ours? We stood, looked at the staff wandering past us, and left this institution.

В ресторане зреют стейки, есть аквариум с устрицами, кухня великолепная. На первый взгляд простые блюда, но приготовлены исключительно, подача красивая.
Любители вина особенно порадуются - винная карта великолепная, в позициях «по бокалам» есть несколько достойных предложений с иголкой coravin, для особого случая даже великое вино есть в наличии.
Из негативного - готовят хорошо, но долго. Хотелось бы быстрее. Холодные закуски ждали больше 40 минут. Но в итоге простили это ожидание, т.к. было очень вкусно. Оценку не стану сбавлять, но надеюсь, менеджмент примет к сведению.
