The hotel is not bad, clean, however, like the whole city of Minsk. Great location. If you take a room without breakfast, there are cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. I liked everything! Starting from the moment of check-in and ending with departure, respectively. The reception staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and smells nice, both in the lobby and in the room. Cleaning every day, there are all necessary hygiene products. A comfortable large bed to rest properly. The air conditioning system is also present. I really liked Ka and the whole of Minsk, it was clean, nothing superfluous. I will note the breakfast, there is everything for both children and adults, everything is delicious, I always pay special attention to cheesecakes and cottage cheese casseroles - "cannon" cheesecakes.

the windows overlook the courtyard, but something similar to a large stationary air conditioner is working there, on the fifth floor - you can't hear it at all, on the floors below - I'm not sure.
The overall impression is positive, if we visit Minsk again, this hotel is our clear favorite.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Always the price - quality standards. But for the last time you notice the disadvantages - maybe it will be useful for the hotel management. As a whole, the hotel has a history and is good.
The location is really beautiful. But there are objective disadvantages - no one greets you, you put the suitcase on the control tape yourself (this is a 4-star hotel), the Internet in the room is bad, absolutely not functional, and this is a basic service and now this is an important nuance. The breakfasts at the hotel are very average, although everything is friendly. There are many places nearby where you can come for breakfast.
The rooms are already "tired", but you can measure it, but the cleanliness is also not 4 stars

Which is good:
1. A huge number of attractions within walking distance
2. Delicious and varied breakfasts
3. A very good washbasin set in the bathroom. There's even a razor.

I advise you not to pay extra money, but to go to nearby restaurants. The numbers are patched up. The shower can didn't fit in the bathroom, so I had to hold it with my hand, which wasn't even convenient. There is no light on the ceiling, only floor lamps and table lamps. A solid five in terms of service, the hotel does not differ from a 5-star hotel in Moscow of a similar price category.
The staff is excellent, security at the entrance, plus an X-ray tape at the entrance, it's very nice.
The hotel is far from "tired", my room on the 6th floor was quite good.
The only drawbacks were the poor operation of the air conditioner and the "incomprehensible" operation of the mixer in the shower (sometimes cold, sometimes hot).
I didn't go to breakfast, but not far from the Cornflower.
I haven't been to the casino, but I would like to try it once in my life)

The hotel is on solid 4, meals in the restaurant are on 5. Compared to Moscow, there are fewer people, cars, construction sites, and therefore fuss, visitors. We stayed in a suite, a family of 3 people. Everything is available, only the sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. Strangely, the size of the room allows you to place a larger sofa or at least a folding one. The staff is polite, humorous, responsive, any issues are resolved easily and quickly.

In the room, the mattress was badly laid (right very much). We were asked to replace the mattress, we were offered another room. OK, let's go take a look, the situation with the mattress is the same. It's important to me, I have back problems. In several rooms reviewed, the mattresses, like in ours, did not move. Next, we had fun with the keys. I had to go down and change it several times, as the electronic key did not work. There's a plus for the guy on the remap, he really wanted to help, was polite, but even that didn't make the keys work. As a result, the maid opened the door for us, as they were able to repair the lock only the next day. Finding a maid also took some time.
There were huge windows in the room, and this is a plus (I love such windows), but why it felt like they were open all the time, I still did not understand. It sounded like I was standing on the balcony.
Overall it was clean, the staff was polite, but damn, my back didn't appreciate it.

After a couple of years, I decided to stay here again.
The hotel in the city center is large and beautiful. The equipment of the rooms is cool. I booked through Yandex - 2 nights 23 thousand. The staff has become much friendlier. Everything is very clean. The air conditioning system maintains the microclimate in the room well. There are a lot of ironing boards on the floor. Breakfast is early, the food is very tasty.

I stayed at the Minsk hotel for my birthday :)
The room is clean, cleaning every day.
As a birthday compliment, they brought a chocolate bar and a greeting card.
It was very nice to book a room with a substantial discount for my holiday.
The front desk staff are always polite, even took umbrellas from them on a rainy day.
Of the cons:
- Wi-Fi works without interruption only at night (apparently when few people are connected to it)
- Breakfasts are the same every day (according to my observations, only the filling of the pie changed)
- There is no cooler with water on the floors. Accordingly, the water norm per person is 500ml per day (the bottle is brought during cleaning). The cleaner said if you need more water, buy it at the lobby bar…
- There was a terrible smell of cigarettes in the morning (it's unclear from where, because we lived on the 6th floor, we didn't open the windows)
- We checked in at night, went into the room and did not find a second duvet cover, asked to bring it. By 17 o'clock the next day, we still did not have a duvet cover, we had to remind ourselves.
- The hair dryer brought with them was carefully removed from the outlet, and the outlet stretched out along with the hair dryer from the wall. Fortunately, the staff quickly fixed everything, but it was a little scary to continue interacting with sockets :)
Overall, the hotel is good, it's worth staying here at least once 🫶🏼

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in July 2024. We were very satisfied.
IT is LOCATED in the very center of the city (11 Nezavisimosti Ave.) within walking distance from GUM, TSUM, Lakomka, Upper Town, Railway station. st / m Lenin Square, shopping center, Capital, Vasilki restaurant (!) , on Independence Avenue, along which you can walk and see all the beautiful buildings, sights, shops, at the end of the avenue is the Dana Mall shopping center with branded stores.
ADVANTAGES OF the hotel:
Rooms with excellent sound insulation, not narrow, with comfortable beds. There are bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, gels, soap, brush, mini toothpaste, shaving kit (!), towels, probably 7 pieces (even 2 foot ones!)
Hair dryer, kettle, teas, cups, glasses. Sewing kit. They change everything, clean it up. Water bottles are brought in regularly. The bathroom is spacious, the toilet even has a pimple- a built-in a la-bidet. There are no air conditioners, but we did not need it - we slept with the window open, it was ventilated during the day, it was not stuffy at a temperature outside the window of + 28.
BREAKFAST (paid separately, but it's worth it!) very satisfying and delicious!! Thanks to the chefs! It took a long time to expect scrambled eggs, but this is understandable - the girl collects several orders, takes them out after a while. The buffet of dishes, yes, is monotonous, but there are always fresh cheesecakes, pancakes, chicken, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, salad. Muesli milk, porridge (1 type) , sour cream, cottage cheese, omelet - everyone will find food to taste.
Small, but stunningly delicious cakes - special thanks to the pastry chefs of the restaurant for this!!
It's also good to have dinner at this restaurant!
Of THE CONS :
-Sometimes there are problems with plumbing: either the shower hose is torn, or the toilet flushes badly. The maintenance staff is in no hurry to fix it.. Therefore, if you come for a couple of days and something does not suit you, it is better to change the room right away! The staff goes to the meeting without any problems.
- no air conditioning, only ventilation
- There are huge installations of air conditioners in the courtyard of the hotel (?) and they make noise, but monotonously and unobtrusively, but day and night. In the reviews above, they wrote that in the socks that go out into the yard, they interfere with sleep. Yes, we could hear it, but the noise was low, monotonous, and did not bother us.
- Old worn carpet. Recommendations for the hotel service: change the plumbing and carpet to new ones and everything will be fine!!
Despite the disadvantages, I definitely recommend the hotel, it is not for nothing that famous pop stars stayed in it at one time!

Just a great location in the city center within walking distance to many of the city's attractions. There is a metro station across the street. The room is nice, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, free Parking in the courtyard. No meals were taken, across the street there is a wonderful restaurant "Cornflowers" from 8.00, a wonderful selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff is very attentive, issues are resolved quickly. The room was booked in advance, payment on the spot with a Mir card. Near the hotel on the Red Church Square, Stolitsa shopping center, close to the drama and musical theater, beautiful Lenin Street.

They were filmed and exchanged in the "Capital", fortunately a couple of steps along the way.
Unfortunately, I can't rate the spa.
The visit was included in the price, but only until 12 p.m., and when it reached = 15C on the street, naturally, there was no steamed desire to walk down the street. But upon returning from the cold, it would be great to warm up, but, alas, the evening visit is paid and I didn't really want to give 50 rubles, and even with the condition that you take a care procedure.

Good day to all! Previously, when visiting Minsk, we always stayed at the Victoria Hotel on Zamkova, but this time (November 2024) there were no rooms there and decided to stay at the Minsk hotel. Clean, cozy, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a buffet with a choice of (approximately) 10-12 hot dishes and a bunch of snacks, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, tea, coffee, cakes, etc. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable, moderately hard. Parking inside the hotel for about 80-100 cars. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it. You won't regret it. Good luck and peace to all!

That was the end of the advantages of my stay in this place.
An incompetent security service at the entrance to the hotel is the last thing I would like to encounter in such a wonderful place
Instead of tactfully and carefully asking us if we were hotel guests, we were interrogated at the top of our voices at the elevator doors.
Why us?
Maybe because the guard had never seen young girls in fur coats, hinting to us that we had come for a completely different reason.
First they asked to show the map, then to tell the room number. All this was accompanied by my complete bewilderment at the situation and the sur they had arranged.
A man who had obviously had too much came to pick us up at the hotel on such a beautiful Saturday evening, but they didn't check ANYTHING on him.
There was no polite "sorry" either.
Our lively conversation prompted that very tourist to come up with us in the elevator to the 6th floor and from the elevator cabin show us his request to contact us by phone.
I thank the wonderful team of employees for leaving me with such unforgettable emotions from the trip!
And in order not to be surprised by the capabilities of others, I recommend just working.
