Beautiful, delicious breakfasts. 3 convenient location, free parking. Nice, comfortable room. A little more expensive than in Russia, but we were satisfied, anyway.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Opposite the presidential residence, it's not far to the train station. The staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms are quite expensive, but they are worth the money. There are also excellent saunas in the hotel, where you can enjoy a steam bath, which is also included in the room rate
However, despite all this, I put only four stars, since breakfast in the form of a buffet for such money (37 rubles) leaves much to be desired. The choice of main dishes is not varied, but the worst thing is that the menu was the same day after day. It was four days and each time they consistently served fresh oatmeal porridge, poultry sausages and regular ones, cheesecakes and omelets. The choice of drinks and desserts is more diverse, but the same thing was served daily, so if you go to this hotel, it's better to take rooms without breakfast, they are not worth the money

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a suite, two adults and a child of 9 years old. In general, the hotel is not bad, but definitely not worth your money and stars! We travel very often, there is something to compare it with! The main advantage is its location. I was also pleased with the bathroom equipment, everything is enough and of good quality. There are also disadvantages that significantly spoil the overall impression: 1. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no bedding in the room for the child, although I asked for them in the comments when booking, and the hotel replied that the wishes were accepted. I had to wait until the maid made the sofa, when I arrived at almost 12 at night, it does not please at all. 2. We were provided with a late check-out at 14 o'clock, which was very pleasant. But! On the day of departure, the keys were locked at 11.45. I had to go down to the reception. The keys were reprogrammed for us, but why couldn't it be done immediately upon arrival? At the same time, the reception staff did not even apologize. 3. The breakfast is very modest, there is practically no choice, it does not correspond to 4 stars and its cost. There are no complaints about the quality of the products themselves. 4. The bed creaks violently, the water from the bathtub does not drain well, the water pressure is normal every other time, there are no air conditioners, there is an old noisy cooling system. The window can't be opened because of the noise from the avenue. As a result, the whole night is stuffy. Perhaps this is due to the fact that you can not spoil the facades in the historical center. Otherwise, I do not know how to explain the lack of air conditioning. Next time I'll think about whether it's worth overpaying just for the location in the center. I do not recommend the hotel for those who appreciate comfort.

The hotel is very conveniently located and next to the railway station. A 5-minute walk from the Stolitsa shopping center, I liked the room, comfortable beds, the bathroom has everything you need..Coffee, tea and water are updated daily, clean.The staff is polite, breakfast was not ordered.One small minus is the air conditioner, it was not enough for us.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the railway station and to many attractions! The service is good, slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste and other accessories are in the room, although the hotel is 4*. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. If you want to stay for 1-5 days, it seems to me that this is a very convenient and inexpensive place.There is a spa, a hairdressing salon and an exchange office in the hotel.I'll stop here next time.

Very cool location! Right on the corner of the square. Nearby there are fountains, recreation areas, a supermarket and a shop in the subway.
The room has water, tea, coffee, kettle. Large bed, bedside tables, TV. Bathroom with stone sink, large range of hygiene products. A mini bar is available for a fee.
Now about the cons: the bed creaks very much, every turn at night was accompanied by a strong creak, the furniture is clearly not the first freshness. The bathtub in the corners did not cause a fresh look either.
The service was not used. The hotel has a spa and guests can use the Jacuzzi or sauna in the morning. The Jacuzzi is very small, we came and there were two of us, so we waited with my husband until he was free, went to the sauna.
The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast is offered according to the buffet system, we did not take it. It costs 30 Belarusian rubles, we decided that it would be better to study different institutions in Minsk)

The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of the city and allows easy access to many attractions and establishments. I believe that the hotel offers the best value for money. The room cleaning is good and the staff is polite and friendly. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The only downside is a poorly functioning air conditioner. During my stay, it was +30 degrees outside, and the room was stuffy and hot, even at the lowest temperature of the air conditioner. I had to open the window, which sometimes prevented me from sleeping because of the noise of passing cars. Therefore, I recommend choosing rooms with a view of the square or the courtyard, as they will be quieter.

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance from the railway station. We were well met and quickly arranged. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need, bathrobes, slippers, in-room safe, refrigerator with minibar, bathroom accessories. There are a lot of hangers, extra pillows, blankets in the closets. We had dinner at the restaurant, the restaurant is very beautiful, rich, the waiters are great, the cook is too, the food is delicious. Everything in the foyer is decorated for the new year. Pleasant atmosphere. The guys at the reception are helpful, helpful in any matter. We did not lose.

We stayed for 3 nights. The reception staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean too.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the booth was brought. water every day.
The interior is certainly old.

The location is good for living in the center of everything. The room in which we lived is spacious , cozy , clean , fairly fresh renovation. Good sleeping rooms , 2 bathrooms are convenient for the family. But there's a problem with extra beds. They are paid and very inconvenient. The sofa in the room does not fold out. I liked the breakfasts, a good selection, fresh food. The interior of the restaurant was amazing -worthy of a visit.

I love Belarus, Minsk and the Minsk Hotel too.
Nice people, nice atmosphere.
The staff is always helpful. A view of the square, or a high floor, and so on.
On his birthday, a compliment was organized in the room - a fruit plate and a corporate notebook magnet. Nice.
Although there is an old arsenal and there are minor remarks (in the bathroom, the shower switches are slightly lame, etc.). But I really don't want to find fault and be negative, because in general everything is very good.

Good clean linen, slippers, bathrobes, comfortable beds, etc.
I've stayed in this Opel a couple of times. And, I am sure, I will continue to choose Minsk.

The security level is ensured due to the metal detector frame at the entrance and the guards checking large bags. The latter deserves special praise for the variety and quality of the products. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Payment is possible with Mir cards of any bank. A decent hotel in the center. Beautiful, rich. Clear. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Affordable prices. There is a restaurant inside.
Near the train station. Shopping centre. Metro and buses are within walking distance.
It is located on the main street where you can walk.

Excellent hotel, rested for 2 nights, was greeted politely, the extra bed was put on quickly, the breakfasts were quite decent. The staff is friendly. The forgotten items were found and sent by courier to Russia (since we had already left by this time). The location is very convenient, within walking distance from the train station. A respectable hotel built in the Soviet years. The standard room is small, but it has absolutely everything for comfort - a bathrobe, slippers, a rich set of bath accessories, a kettle with tea and coffee, different types of lighting.
The location is very convenient - 10 minutes on foot from the railway station, 1 minute from the Stolitsa shopping complex, within walking distance of the historical center, Nemiga shopping street.

But there is one thing: we booked a room in your hotel for two days, from lunch on November 23 to lunch on November 25. Our plane was delayed for more than 12 hours. Accordingly, we arrived at the hotel only at 3 o'clock on the 24th. And it was still paid for 2 days, no recalculation was made to us. That's how it is.

The hotel itself is a solid three, but at the same time a buffet for a good four. There is a nice swimming pool with a transparent dome, you can catch the sun if you visit during the day. The restaurant on the 22nd floor is expensive, there is a modest lobby bar downstairs. The girls at the reception are nice, but not always friendly. Exchangers are nearby. And most importantly, there is a bakery nearby and it smells very good of bread and there is a store from them. We recommend N.N.

Very good location, close to the railway station, near public transport stops in both directions along the avenue. A normal breakfast with a variety of choices. Coffee from the coffee machine. I think the cost is a little too high (we were on holidays). There is a doorman at the entrance downstairs, but no one supports law and order on the floors (some visitors made noise in a drunken frenzy almost all night in the corridor). They will check you in exactly at 14:00 and not a minute earlier, and it does not matter whether there will be a queue at the reception, the answer is one - we prepare rooms (all at the same time????....). Overall, the impression is positive.

Of the good and important things for me personally: blackout curtains and good sound insulation (which is especially important when the windows overlook the main avenue of the city), a comfortable mattress and pillow. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: it is better to choose a room of an improved category, because the standard is additional.There IS NO PLACE PROVIDED! Although the Yandex service.Travel issues standard numbers to choose from. Thanks a lot to the guys from the reception - they helped us to organize an additional one.a place for a 10-year-old daughter (fortunately, extra beds were available), of course, for an additional fee.the fee. Once again, the hotel has a very friendly and welcoming staff! :) In case of early check-in and late check-out, things can be left in the storage room, if culturally requested, you can change clothes there if necessary. The breakfasts are excellent, the only drawback is an unsuccessful kind of coffee, tasteless. The restaurant also has the opportunity to have a business lunch (on weekdays) for 15 BEL.rub. - there are 2 menu options to choose from. The room is great, I liked everything. There was no noise from the street or from the neighbors, we slept well) The bathroom has everything you need for a trip, bathrobes and plenty of towels. A very tired Soviet hotel, from the interiors of the lobby and rooms to the washed robes. Not 4 stars. But the room was clean, the location of the hotel was excellent, the staff was pleasant, parking in the courtyard. Everyone has already written about the loudly working ventilation system, I confirm, the dream is like on a transatlantic flight. We didn't use the breakfasts after reading the reviews. An urgent renovation is required, or still a price adjustment.
