Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, good service and location. A little "tired" in places, but not critically. A buffet breakfast with a wide variety of products. I recommend.

If you take a standard room in this hotel, then be prepared for the fact that this room is divided into two parts, and only a wooden door separates the halves from each other (see photo)
, And even if you stay with a child, the staff is so stupid that they will put you a couple behind this door, who They'll have fun all night.
And breakfast is generally an amazing thing: for $ 30 you will get extremely greasy pancakes, leathery cheese (at least three days old), and one porridge.

One of the best hotels in Minsk! If you want to relax comfortably, enjoy the silence and run in a beautiful park near the hotel, this is the best option!
Everything in this hotel is great, except for the gym, it is very small and clueless, there are no gym equipment to fully work out.
But despite all this, it is still one of the best hotels 👍

It was in March 2024. Standard room. For such a level of the hotel, everything seems to be fine - the breakfasts are on the level, the staff is "well-trained", furniture, linen - everything corresponds to the level of the hotel.
But - I came across a room (4th floor, standard) - there is no small mirror in the bathroom (with magnification), there is no backlight on the main mirror.
The lighting in the bathroom is weak, so you have to shave in semi-darkness....
There are no one-time toothbrushes and paste in the set....
I stopped by late in the evening, I expected that it should be in the hotel, but it turned out not to be....
(then it turned out that individual kits can be provided on request)
You can say little things - but for such a hotel, and for such a room rate, it is very strange that they save money in such small things.....

Great hotel. Modern architecture, well-maintained territory with modern landscaping. In the evening, we noticed a hedgehog, the embankment in the evening is illuminated with lanterns very advantageously. It is convenient to walk along the embankment almost to the cent. Very attentive, helpful staff at the hotel. All requests and wishes were taken into account. Comfortable modern room with a wonderful view of the city. Delicious restaurant: pancakes, salad with meat, borscht and much more. Delicious breakfasts. I definitely recommend it!

A special requirement for accommodation was accommodation in a quiet room with very good air conditioning. This requirement was perfectly fulfilled, there were no complaints about the room (and this is subject to the accommodation of the HC CSKA team in this hotel). Cleanliness in the room, attentive and tactful staff, and breakfasts, after which it is impossible to get up..😁.

In general, the hotel is not bad, beautiful in appearance, spacious, located in a picturesque location. Four-course breakfasts. I take two stars for the external condition of the room and for the poor cleaning. When I checked in, I saw a huge spider web on the wooden decorative panels, right at eye level. I called the reception, said I would leave soon and asked to clean up, that was my surprise when I returned to the room, the web remained in its place. I called the reception again, the employee assured me that the room had been cleaned, they came from cleaning again and only when I pointed to the web, it was eliminated. It turned out that the web had indeed been removed, but in a different place, which I hadn't noticed myself. And the very condition of the room... there is no red wine stain on the floor. The curtains have obviously not been washed for a long time either. There was no bathrobe in the room, you need to ask for hygiene supplies at the reception.

Of the cons: the glass door to the bathroom (well, who came up with it, it's okay not to retire, you can hear everything), we took two double rooms, and the rooms were all for one person. The pool is very small and very cold, there are 5 sun beds and a couple of armchairs and this is for such a large hotel, it was lucky that no one was there and we still rested, if a couple of companies come, it will already be uncomfortable.
Of the advantages: of course, a very beautiful hotel, very clean, the bed is comfortable, the bedding is excellent, and the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is also very tasty, the beautiful territory near the hotel, you can walk or sit at a table outside. The staff is excellent.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, excellent bed linen, plumbing, everything is wonderful. But! The reception staff and waiters are very strange. Alexandra just didn't open her eyes at the check-in, it seemed to me that she was going to faint, how difficult it was for her to answer questions about the check-in, her eyelids were half closed, the conversation was through her lip. This is encouraged by senior staff, because there was a man standing behind her and just rejoiced at this attitude towards tourists. I can't say whether this is the attitude towards everyone, or this attitude towards Russians. The restaurant is a separate song!!!! I must say right away that the price tag in the restaurant is sooo decent, but the service is terrible, the attitude is disgusting and boorish of the waiters, the administrators in the restaurant are just boorish. We were so surprised by this attitude that we didn't even understand how to deal with it. Our friends from another hotel came to us and were extremely surprised and discouraged by this attitude. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a quiet dinner, fed the children a hot dinner and just ran away from there, it was just unpleasant to be there. We arrived at about 14.30 for more than half an hour at the check-in, despite the fact that two counters were working, the registration itself was 10 minutes!!! how is it? plus, it turned out that the second number was not ready. They offered to sit in one and wait, eventually for about an hour more. Then, for some reason, they brought two more sets of underwear, although everything was in the room. 1 elevator out of three was working, it's okay breakdowns happen, but for some reason the dude on duty downstairs was not aware at all why he was there. When asked what was the matter, he just blinked. In general, my opinion is that for such a price you should at least pretend that they are trying.

The bed is a cannon, it's hard to wake up.
The food is normal, nothing is a masterpiece, there is a choice, it's fine.
It is not noisy, the location is excellent, near the stadium, a grove, it is pleasant to walk around the territory.

I'll start right away with the cons. We arrived in our car, there is no sign for the entrance anywhere. They dialed the hotel, the girl couldn't really explain how to get there. Then we stood at the entrance, checked in, the reception staff is pleasant. They explained that parking the car next to the building and through the second floor across the street, you can get to the hotel. Somehow it's not very competent for this level of hotel.
We ordered a drink at the bar, the bartender was not friendly at all, he never smiled. Like the workers in the lobby, everyone is stone-faced.
Then we went to eat at a restaurant. There is a lot of oil in the dishes, it is not tasty! Yes, I'm describing the little things, but the little things make up the picture! Then there were 26 degrees in the room, the temperature was lowered. I woke up at night from the stuffiness. The air conditioner was turned off and did not respond to pressing the buttons. I understand the whole hotel knocked him out for the night.
It was also funny when the company from the bar and I went to the restaurant, a girl asked us if we had paid for the drinks we were carrying.
Similarly, in the morning, when the spouse went out with a glass of coffee to smoke, he was asked to return the glass without fail!!! Miniature breakfast plates. And everywhere there was this unprofessional attitude of the staff, which caused a negative reaction. I think the hotel manager does not have enough understanding that people choosing this network rely on a certain service!

A wonderful hotel, in the best Marriott traditions. We were here on New Year's holidays for 3 days. I liked the spacious room, beautiful view from the window. Room service is appropriate to the level. Of all the Bonvoy Marriott hotels, I liked this one the most. I also liked the large surrounding area, which smoothly turns into an embankment. Nearby there is a bicycle rental, a water park. It is also possible to go to the cinema without going outside.
I highly recommend breakfast at the hotel.

We arrived in Minsk on a business trip for 6 days... We lived in competitors for 3 days and decided to move from another hotel to this one.
In general, it 's terrible! A dirty hotel. Before that, we lived on the 16th floor with a view of the city, and here is the 5th floor with a view of the city "on the roof", the mattresses are terribly not comfortable. In general, it was a big disappointment and we decided after a night with "white noise", when you hear the road all night ...
Well, not that, we were in this network a lot.
We went back, but now to the 20th floor ...

We stayed at this hotel again, near a wonderful park for walking, the staff is polite, responsive, the breakfasts are good and varied. An inconvenient door to the bathroom, too big a gap between the door and the wall, it is uncomfortable for families with children and this is perhaps the only minus, but you can adapt. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen is good, it is comfortable to rest.

Objectively, the best Marriott in Europe. Fresh renovation, excellent service. Lounge area with free food and alcohol. The only drawback in the rooms with a living room is the non-folding sofas. There is not enough room for an adult child to sleep.
Beautiful view of the river, walking area. From entertainment: nearby is a wonderful sports complex with squash, tennis and a cinema. There are 2 shopping malls within walking distance.

I was here for a medical conference. There is a beautiful, pleasant interior inside, friendly staff, everyone will tell you how to get in, and where the toilet and wardrobe are. I was here as a participant in the conference. On the 2nd floor there are excellent conference rooms with comfortable chairs)) everything was very thought out and perfectly organized. I would also like to note the excellent catering for coffee breaks and lunch. Everything was wonderful and I really liked it! If you go outside from the inside, you can sit on the cozy summer terrace, drink delicious coffee, admiring the beautiful views of the river (the descent to Svisloch is made, everything is green and well maintained).
