The hotel is located in an incredibly beautiful location. There is a river, a forest, jogging and bike paths nearby - and all this is 10 minutes from the city center by taxi. Delicious breakfasts, a wonderful a la carte restaurant. The rooms are spacious and bright.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, excellent bed linen, plumbing, everything is wonderful. But! The reception staff and waiters are very strange. Alexandra just didn't open her eyes at the check-in, it seemed to me that she was going to faint, how difficult it was for her to answer questions about the check-in, her eyelids were half closed, the conversation was through her lip. This is encouraged by senior staff, because there was a man standing behind her and just rejoiced at this attitude towards tourists. I can't say whether this is the attitude towards everyone, or this attitude towards Russians. The restaurant is a separate song!!!! I must say right away that the price tag in the restaurant is sooo decent, but the service is terrible, the attitude is disgusting and boorish of the waiters, the administrators in the restaurant are just boorish. We were so surprised by this attitude that we didn't even understand how to deal with it. Our friends from another hotel came to us and were extremely surprised and discouraged by this attitude. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a quiet dinner, fed the children a hot dinner and just ran away from there, it was just unpleasant to be there. My family will definitely not stay at this hotel, despite the comfortable and decent room stock and none of my friends. Customer focus is zero

The hotel, the location, the rooms, the area around, everything is fine. The work of the staff is 3-, according to this, the overall estimate is 4. We arrived at about 14.30 for more than half an hour at the check-in, despite the fact that two counters were working, the registration itself was 10 minutes!!! how is it? plus, it turned out that the second number was not ready. They offered to sit in one and wait, eventually for about an hour more. Then, for some reason, they brought two more sets of underwear, although everything was in the room. 1 elevator out of three was working, it's okay breakdowns happen, but for some reason the dude on duty downstairs was not aware at all why he was there. When asked what was the matter, he just blinked. In general, my opinion is that for such a price you should at least pretend that they are trying.

The breakfasts are great. The buffet is very varied. Cheesecakes are just awesome. At the end of the hall there is a counter where you can order scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs to your taste. With fillings, if you want, to choose from. You can also order freshly squeezed juices, carrots + celery, for example.

In the restaurant, someone stole promotional materials from the wardrobe. I wanted to hand over the package under the number, but they refused me, they said put it that way, and we are not responsible. Well done, they played it safe. The food is disgusting, maybe it was left over from the previous day and it was just warmed up. The music, in the sense of speakers, just screams, instead of having 6-8 normal speakers for sound in the hall, they just put 2 hefty wheezing ones at the mini stage..
The contrast is strong, the location is beautiful, and the organization is Spanish. Walk past, they don't even pour wine from bottles, but from something that is hidden behind the counter.. probably from a bucket.

Five stars don't stand next to each other here.The design of the bathroom door is something.The door does not close tightly with a gap as thick as a finger.there is no sound insulation.There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room.they are usually brought on request.restaurant for 4. a poor selection of dishes.now about the spa, there is only one steam room.the pool is designed for one person and has a good Jacuzzi.We will not go to the hotel a second time.Hilton is a cut above, although it has four stars.

I was here for a medical conference. There is a beautiful, pleasant interior inside, friendly staff, everyone will tell you how to get in, and where the toilet and wardrobe are. We arrived at the hotel at 23:00, tired and hungry from the flight. An empty mini-bar was found in the room, upon request to bring extra.We received a beer in the room, we were answered: "Wait 25-30 minutes, come down yourself, we have a load."
The next morning, after a good (not great, I'll note for 98 rubles / person) breakfast, we visited the SPA: a very friendly girl at the reception saves the situation. A cold Jacuzzi and an ice pool in a cold room, a barely warm small sauna separate in the men's and women's locker rooms. There was not enough shared hammam and hot shared sauna.
The staff at the general reception in the lobby reacted without enthusiasm and friendliness to requests.
Of the advantages:
Nice view if you look at the river. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. Nice big and green park nearby. That's all.

A wonderful hotel, in the best Marriott traditions. We were here on New Year's holidays for 3 days. I liked the spacious room, beautiful view from the window. Room service is appropriate to the level. Of all the Bonvoy Marriott hotels, I liked this one the most. I also liked the large surrounding area, which smoothly turns into an embankment. Nearby there is a bicycle rental, a water park. It is also possible to go to the cinema without going outside.
I highly recommend breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel again, near a wonderful park for walking, the staff is polite, responsive, the breakfasts are good and varied. An inconvenient door to the bathroom, too big a gap between the door and the wall, it is uncomfortable for families with children and this is perhaps the only minus, but you can adapt. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen is good, it is comfortable to rest.

Objectively, the best Marriott in Europe. Fresh renovation, excellent service. Lounge area with free food and alcohol. The only drawback in the rooms with a living room is the non-folding sofas. There is not enough room for an adult child to sleep.
Beautiful view of the river, walking area. From entertainment: nearby is a wonderful sports complex with squash, tennis and a cinema. There are 2 shopping malls within walking distance.

I was here as a participant in the conference. On the 2nd floor there are excellent conference rooms with comfortable chairs)) everything was very thought out and perfectly organized. I would also like to note the excellent catering for coffee breaks and lunch. Everything was wonderful and I really liked it! If you go outside from the inside, you can sit on the cozy summer terrace, drink delicious coffee, admiring the beautiful views of the river (the descent to Svisloch is made, everything is green and well maintained).
