It's just a bomb hotel. We rested on the November holidays. We were left with the best impressions. The room is ordinary, but it looks like a room of the "comfort" category, and perhaps even higher if you compare some hotels. The service is super: everyone is friendly, polite, responsive. Breakfasts are also on top. There is a free and paid spa area. We went to a paid one, it cost 300 Belarusian rubles for two, but it's worth it. A large swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, lots of baths, sun beds, a bar. For a fee, nursing procedures. We will arrive at the end of November - we will definitely come here.

From 27-28.02 I went to Minsk on business. I stayed for one night. Everything was fine, but on 29.02 after we had already left the hotel for a day, we sent a claim by number, allegedly a damaged shelf in the closet (I visit the Marriott Hotel all the time, I am a member of the club and this has not happened in any country in the world. It resembles an Egyptian cheap hotel with a divorce for money (the photo of the shelf was sent, it is clear that it is already spoiled from old age (It is a pity to be completely disappointed(

There is a very huge number of disadvantages that spoil the whole impression. A stupid bathroom door that can't even be opened with wet and slightly too many hands. Towel hooks are hanging over the toilet (thank you... please). The wind blows across the floor from the balcony, which makes the room cold. We were on January 3, there was no heating, only the kondey saved us.
Room service is a separate pain, breakfasts are brought cold, and if there is no salt, then wait another half hour. The room card was demagnetized before it could be magnetized. Everything looks beautiful and is pleasant there in general, but the price does not correspond to the service at all.

A great opportunity to spend Sunday with family or friends over lunch. At a fixed price, you get access to the buffet of the fornello restaurant of the Marriott hotel. The choice of dishes and their quality is 5 out of 5.

The staff is very pleasant and responsive, at the entrance they immediately offer to help take off their outerwear, take them to a table, if you contact the waiter they will bring 🍷, and in a bucket (if available)
There are nuances in the spoon epidemic when there are not enough dessert spoons (alas, this is a common problem, see the Review of the pit stop and the crown castle) in such a place, of course, this raises questions, but the waiters are always ready to help and bring from the kitchen for you.
An important point is that brunch should be planned in advance, since the queue of those wishing is very large.
Compared to the Renaissance, the cuisine here is on top and I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
