Room 561 (sunny side)
The hotel itself is located in a good location, the territory is neat, large, beautiful. The set of services at the hotel is more than enough. There are many attractions nearby. Reception and room service are on the level.
There are a few BUT:
1) The operation of the air conditioner does not cool down, although all manipulations on the scoreboard occur
2) the bed is sagging or the mattress is too soft. I did not sleep horizontally, but closer to a sitting position
In general, I recommend it when choosing. I will definitely come back.

He lived on April 23-25. The standard room has a view of the water.
Of the disadvantages:
Room cleaning does not meet Marriott standards (dust on the floor at the entrance).
The girl at the reception demanded to (confirmed that I must!) return the room card at the reception at check-out.
Without asking me, they took away my passport to make a scan.
Of the advantages:
A good bar, a good smell, an atmospheric place. In the summer, I think it's super.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is polite, we were at the conference and liked everything. The only thing in the buffet restaurant is not convenient for a large crowd of people, and there was not enough food for everyone. But this is more the fault of the organization of the conference itself than of the hotel!

Cinema, casino, restoran, excellent location, near a shopping center, a "Castle" with a branded store. The children and I were satisfied! When we are in Minsk, the Marriott is suitable, because the Aquapark is nearby, a great entertainment for adults and children.

I was in Minsk for the first time! We are very lucky with the hotel, as it is in the center, friendly staff, good service. Probably the second time I would not include breakfast, there are many places where you can eat delicious food for the same money or cheaper. The room is nice, spacious + the discount was nice!

I did not stay at the hotel, but was at a public event. It all started out great, but the impression was spoiled by a hotel employee - about thirty years old, above average height, with dark, not very long hair pulled back in a ponytail. We asked about the availability of hot water in the thermopot, the answer was rude, one might say boorish, she mimicked us. It was a shock for me to encounter such an attitude from the staff at a hotel of this level. The described event took place on the second floor on May 19, 2023 at around 11 o'clock at the congress on laboratory diagnostics.

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the river. Delicious food at the bar. Sauna, Jacuzzi - everything is fine. The pool is very small. Bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, everything was there. Mattresses, bed linen are comfortable and pleasant.

I will only describe the disadvantages:
Room (was on the seventh floor 714): the biggest disadvantage is that I will put the doors in the bathroom - it is frosted glass and with a gap of about 2-3 cm, leaves no feeling of privacy, in fact it is not a door, but a partition. Everything is heard and seen :(
In the morning there were interruptions with water - in the shower I was scalded several times with very hot water, it was pouring cold, then sharply hot, there was a weak pressure from the watering can itself.
The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and rattled, I had to open the window at night.
Breakfasts are boring for three: burnt pancakes, half-baked cheesecakes, potatoes, muesli, herring, weak coffee from the vending machine.
During our stay at the hotel, there was a cooperative meeting, so we were not always allowed into the main restaurant. They sent him to another one, but it turned out to be uncomfortable and smoky.
These were the only disadvantages. I hope the management will have something to think about and fix.

A very nice hotel, wonderful rooms, but there is only one armchair in the room, there is not a single hook in the bathroom. The spa has a very small pool. The food is good, breakfasts with a very large selection of dishes, lunch and dinner are more modest. The staff is super polite and helpful. The price tag for the rooms is high.

The hotel is part of a large entertainment and sports complex (casino, cinema, conference hall, sports cluster) from which the bulk of the guests are large companies holding their corporate events here. There are all kinds of sports facilities and training bases for various sports around, and the hotel is almost always full of athletes, football teams, rowers, etc. and this has its drawbacks. The hotel is far from the main attractions and the city center. This is definitely not a hotel for tourists who have come to see the city. But in general, this is a standard network Marriott, like all the others. Everything is according to the standards of the network, except that the pillows are slightly different for the worse from the usual Marriott ones. Young, friendly staff. Good restaurant, gym, spa. Near the river and a good park, bike paths. Everything is for athletes. A good restaurant. For high-status guests or those staying in premium suites, access to the premium lounge is provided, where complimentary drinks (including alcoholic drinks in the evening), snacks, fruits and full-fledged a la carte dishes are available throughout the day. We had a two-room Suite, which has a kitchenette with a coffee machine, kettle, mini-bar, complimentary water, tea. I recommend taking rooms with a view of the river, a very beautiful view (only midges fly from the river, but the rooms have switched off fumigators). Of course, the hotel is overrated in terms of money, especially for Belarusians, but its specifics ensure its occupancy, so the hotel does not happen to be empty.

The hotel was very friendly, we visited 2 times in a month) the first time we upgraded to a suite that we were delighted with, and the second time we upgraded to a luxury suite! Great rooms, great views!!!! Compliments to the room! Very friendly staff! The breakfasts are gorgeous, a huge number of types of delicious sausages and everything else! Delicious and huge portions in the lounge for dinner! We stayed happy with our stay, thank you🙏

A good hotel, we have been here several times on business trips.
The rooms are excellent, everything is at the highest level.
The restaurant has excellent cuisine, the quality and prices of the cuisine correspond to the hotels, but the prices for alcohol are too much.
The breakfasts included in the room rate do not pull in 5 stars, of course, a maximum of 4, but in general it will go.

The level of the hotel dropped noticeably, there was a terrible stale unpleasant smell in the room (some kind of spoiled vegetable oil), there was no strength to move in the evening, they hoped that they would not get out. We slept with the window open and woke up with a headache.
Belarusian service is like a separate kind of art. Art, which has remained at the level of a station restaurant in any provincial city. The staff has no foresight for guests and their possible requests. In the restaurant, you can hear the staff yelling in the kitchen and all their relationships with each other, the children's room is located in one of the corners of the restaurant and even if you are a childfree, be kind to tolerate the screams, knocks and games of children, enjoying absolutely mediocre food..
