There are not enough exits to the city along the edges of the platform. I have to drag my things downtown to the escalators. The elevator is always full. Only the elderly and passengers with strollers should be allowed to use them. Let the others go to the escalators. There is not enough information on which side is which exit to the city, the alphanumeric designations we are moving does not mean anything. Write better, exit to the east, exit to the west, and so on.

The new (relative to the previous) railway station is located on the left bank of Astana. It looks good on the outside, but it's easy to get confused where the entrance is and where to go. It took about 5 minutes to get out of it.
