It never occurred to anyone that Nurly Zhol is one of the failed buildings in Astana. It is unclear who designed it and why. There is a lot of unused space. Everything inside feels like it's going to fall off. Along the way, the day is not far off when it will be dismantled and closed for reconstruction like other failed projects in Astana. Ill-conceived parking, stuffy inside, not enough air. Some strange labyrinths. In short, apart from horror and disgust, you don't feel anything there. So much for the face of the capital, and therefore the face of the country.

A very good train station. There are several types of cafes where you can have a snack with your family. Time passes unnoticed in the waiting room. There is a toilet room on all floors. There is also a changing table in all the restrooms. But there are also disadvantages for children, small playgrounds or corners for toddlers could be installed. And smoking areas could be installed on all floors. And not just in one cafeteria. There are not enough visitors to charge mobile phones. USB ports connectors are not working. But mostly everything is fine. Hotel capsules are a bit expensive. I give 5 stars in anticipation that they will consider and make changes at the Nurly-Zhol railway station on my questions.
