I decided to walk to the office after checking the location online. I was really shocked to see the 1.1 rating. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly young lady; there was no line. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my package. The atmosphere in the office was very pleasant. They handed me the package in a bag and even included a complimentary bottle of cool water (it was very hot today!). Overall, I had a great experience!
They won't give me my package, customer support is ignoring me, and the "buy for me" service works terribly.

I was able to get through a few dozen times. Yesterday, a nice girl consulted (the only plus) and informed me that the courier could not deliver due to the inability to contact me (an important point is that no one tried to contact me either by phone or at the address - no one came, I'm at home 24/7) and clarified that they would bring me again, requesting an additional number phone number for communication.
Today, a message is reflected that the parcel has been delivered, but absolutely no gestures were made by the courier (no calls to both numbers, no arrival at home), he simply did not arrive, and the company again stated that the courier could not contact me. At the same time, I cannot pick up the parcel myself and intercept the courier according to the company's rules. Not only did they not do their job, they also deprived me of at least some opportunity to help them with delivery.
Extremely dissatisfied! I am surprised that I spent time and nerves on an important package for me, but the company did not bother to do its job and it turns out dozens of bad reviews on a regular basis, without the desire to do anything.
Disgusting service! It's just hell! Never mess around! They lost the parcel, give the wrong address, do not respond to messages for a long time, then eventually find the parcel and say that it will be delivered to the office in a few days and as soon as it arrives, they will call. As a result, of course, no one called or wrote to me, although I waited and thought, well, I won't get them, they will get in touch themselves. Noooooo. Nothing like that. I write and it turns out that the parcel already arrived at the warehouse yesterday, but no one notified me about it because they just don't care. Absolutely irresponsible people work there. The impressions are terrible
Disgusting service, the worst I've ever seen. I paid for the delivery, and for the goods, and for the customs declaration, with which they "help", but they violated the deadlines and it all turned out to be in vain - I lost money. They don't want to return it. They promised to return it for customs declaration (because they actually did not have time to provide this service), but here, too, "tomorrow will return" turned into "never".
I ordered it before, everything was fine. And now flights are regularly delayed, which is why parcels arrive at customs on the same day and I have to pay tax for parcels up to $ 100, which have accumulated over 3-4 weeks, and came on the same flight.

Onex disappointed
Everything is fine until some kind of problem happens.
Two of my orders were lost: one at the Onex warehouse abroad, the other in Georgia, after transferring it to the courier service for delivery.
There have been no updates for both orders for more than two weeks.
They do not want to reimburse the cost of the lost goods, constantly talking about an "internal failure", apparently meaning that they will still deliver orders.
At first they talked about the week, now they don't give any deadlines at all.
Support simply closes Live Chat requests without response. There is no response to the mail. I can't get through to the office.
Disgusting technical support.
On 10/31/2023, we received my parcel in Germany and sent it to Georgia on 11/19/2023. As soon as I saw the parcel in the LC, I immediately indicated the cost and attached an invoice so as not to slow down the process. The stated approximate delivery time for parcels from Germany is 5-10 business days. By the end of the month, the parcel does not change its status "on the way" in any way and no one calls me, writes, or receives notifications.
11/30/2023 I start writing to TP by email about this, to which I receive a reply that the parcel is "the parcel is stuck at customs, we need an invoice", to which I answer them that there is only 1 parcel and the invoice is attached and just in case I send it again by mail, then silence.

10.01.2024 I got through, heard something about the transfer of the case to the manager and possibly a refund, then, as usual, silence.
13.01.2024 4 attempts to call 0 answers 0 calls, maybe a day off, but the application says that they work until 6
15.01.2024 3 attempts to call back, they call back, they say they will look, I already list everything that I described above and say that it is already beginning to bother me and in total I spent more money on calls to their TP than on payment for their services. The employee promises to call back during the day and even gives his number for communication, as it turned out not to be correct. Without waiting for this, I call in a couple of hours, explain the situation again and get the manager's number
16.01.2024 I write to the manager (as it turned out from his words to the head of the department) in whatsapp, everything is the same for some time, I add my ID to the message. To which I receive a response asking for a tracking number and an invoice. This is the only package for me at that time that is generally present in Onex, which I once again say is that there is one package and it has all the information in their system. In response, I hear that they will write to me
01/17/2024 is someone still waiting to be texted or called? It's not worth it, there won't be such a thing in this TP. In response to my message, I receive another "we are looking for customs" and again a request to send an invoice and some other video to understand what things are there and a request to wait 1-2 and not worry. To which I express my great disappointment and indignation, I ask you to return the money to me and the conflict is over. After another "we will find everything, don't worry", please give me a contact of a more senior position in the company. I get a wriggle in response in the spirit that this is already a senior manager and who else do I want to talk to, after which I repeat my request and hint at public indignation on the Internet. In response, what everyone is doing, everyone is looking for and after a couple of hours my parcel is found. Can I pick it up?

I used onex for six months, I had more than 100 parcels through them, but it all started in December 2023, when they lost my first and not the last parcel worth $ 80. They took it in a warehouse in Germany, weighed it, but did not deliver it, of course, the delivery was also paid for. In January 2024, they lost another parcel, and the one they bought themselves through the "Buy instead of me" service, the funny thing is that they didn't even buy it, i.e. they didn't upload it to my personal account. They promised to return the money for 3 months, they talked every day: "Tomorrow." As a result, they never returned it and now they ignore it))
