Standing at the bus stop, we saw that the minibus did not even slow down, just sped past. We called the driver to find out why he didn't stop. He replied that he had left and had not seen us! After calling the Atlas operator, we were redirected several times to other numbers. As a result, the issue was not resolved, and we were not provided with an alternative. The operator was rude, interrupted, spoke in raised tones and eventually hung up the phone. I consider this attitude unacceptable.

But the most important thing is how he drove!!! There are no restrictions, the speed is frenzied, there are no stops on turns in front of the stop sign, flying into oncoming traffic, all holes, bumps, speed bumps flew at the speed of a stinking wind. And as a result: he left very late, but arrived 40 minutes earlier. And why now, after the rise in price, was the landing removed from the "Cookery"? We pay more, but the quality of service is getting worse.
Minsk - Kaunas tickets were purchased on 07.11. The purchase was made on 09.10. Funds were debited, payment confirmation was sent to the email address.

At the moment, we have to buy tickets from another carrier and there is a risk that I will not be able to catch the plane, since only tickets to Vilnius remain, and the flight will take place from Kaunas

I have been using Atlas for several years, I am very satisfied with their service, both by operators and drivers, you can always call to clarify what needs to be clarified! The only thing I didn't like was that at the final stop on Budyonny Street, the territory is very dirty, our Grodno is clean, and there the garbage cans are overflowing, guests come and I think it's unpleasant for them to see it.

When booking the Grodno -Bialystok route through Brest, it is not indicated that these carriers do not have PERMISSION.
It follows from all this that upon arrival at the border, a REGULAR bus (so all passengers think that it is a regular bus) becomes REGISTERED and stands in line for a very long time. Since 3 scheduled flights are launched, and then 1 registered one.
When contacting ATLAS and explaining the situation, they also do not understand why passengers are outraged!
They refused to return the money! After all, the bus is going, but they are absolutely not interested in how it goes and in what conditions the passengers are, the main thing is that they received the money and everything is fine.

We went by the Grodno- Minsk route 19.30 - 22.30 10.10.2023. Minibus driver +37525**42311 from the very beginning of the trip, he talked boorishly, and after that he showed his inadequacy at all. It started with the fact that when boarding, I paid 50 rubles for the fare for two, and asked for a minute to wait for the guy who was already approaching, the driver said that he would not wait a minute. When the guy came, it was necessary to pay 4 rubles extra and this driver stood with the door open and waited until he was paid the full amount, and only then abruptly jerked from his seat. The same story was repeated with the girl from whom he was waiting for 2 rubles before full payment. But that's okay.
At the gas station stop, we went to the store and bought a potable yogurt. We drank yogurt in the car, and someone else drank coffee while we were standing. This driver came and demanded the girl to throw out a cup of coffee, and we had to throw out bottles of yogurt otherwise he, this driver, would not go anywhere. According to him, 90% of people drink coffee like this and then throw cups around the salon. That his car is not a dining room. We tell him that we will clean up everything after ourselves, and there will be no garbage. And he demands to throw it in the trash right now. It all started to turn into a raised tone and even a shout from his side. As a result, we put bottles of yogurt in a backpack, the girl went and threw out a cup and he, this driver, got behind the wheel dissatisfied. We thought some kind of inadequate, just to drive normally and sat quietly. I've never written reviews, well, here it's so outraged. I've never met such people, how many minibuses I've traveled. A "unique" experience.
For the first time I decided to use the services of this carrier. How our service is lame. Guys, I'm paying money, I'm not asking you to lick me, but to treat me with respect is a priori. Attention: departure at 14.50. I'm not late. Oh Gods, I decided to score and go home in a good mood. At the end of the trip, I get out of the car and ask the driver to hand me a bag from the trunk. The driver looks at one point and is silent. I'm asking again. So it goes on again. Then he starts yelling at me to come out, to close the door so that others won't be cold. He runs to the trunk and teaches me, the girl and the client how to open the trunk and serve himself, so that he, you see, does not freeze and does not catch a cold because of people like me.

It was immediately written on the website that the landing address was the Stroiteley Street stop, but a map was attached below, which indicated a completely different address. Therefore, the next day, at 13:27, I called the dispatcher hoping to clarify the address. Initially, it was clear that the girl was completely uninterested in the questions I was asking. But in any case, she made it clear that the address on the card was correct. I clearly specified the address (house + nearby college) and she confirmed that it was correct. As a result, I arrived at Mira 39B Street in advance and waited. When 10 minutes had passed after I was supposed to be picked up, I started calling the control room again (although it's strange that the driver didn't dial me, because I left my contacts). In the control room, I was told to wait until they called the driver themselves. As a result, both this driver and the other (who left a little later) notified me that they would not pick me up from the wrong place. So, after standing in the cold for about 40 minutes, I did not take a minibus to Vitebsk. They did not find me a new minibus, but they promised to make the next trip at the expense of the company (but would I want to go with them with such service?)
