I want to thank the employees of the Maya Bee company for their human kindness! Especially the wonderful girl who gave us the keys! The car is clean, good, with enough gasoline. When issuing, we signed the Acceptance Certificate, took a picture of the car on our phone around the perimeter. There were few scratches. Upon return, we refueled the tank with fuel and paid for the car wash. Everything happened quickly, without problems. I wish the company prosperity, more satisfied customers, good profits and bonuses to the company's employees, especially to the wonderful girl who gave us the car!

Paperwork is done only in person, that is, the contract is not prepared in advance, although this would greatly reduce the time to issue a car. In early October 2024, my colleagues and I visited the Republic of Belarus, two minivans were needed to transport 14 people. We booked two Hyundai H-1s for 3 days + extended them for another day.
1. The price is acceptable.
2. The machines are in good condition.
3. When accepting cars, the employees themselves showed all the dents, scratches and fixed them, in fact, for the first time I see this. Usually the landlord doesn't give a damn, but you have to do it like in an ophthalmologist's office, it manifests itself beyond the ability of the visual apparatus.
4. Throughout the lease, the staff is in touch, you can extend it without any problems (and yes, you are being watched, so do not drive, they see everything).
5. The deposit was returned, in the same currency and in the same banknotes as it was paid for.
The result: Our tour Minsk-Lida-Grodno- Kossovo-Nesvizh-Mir Castle-Minsk, was a great success, and transport played a significant role in this, comfortable, convenient!

We periodically fly to Minsk to visit our relatives. We took cars from this company 3 times, the cars are in excellent condition, we took the E-class 2 times, the other day we took a new L6, there are no questions about the cars at all. The big misunderstanding is a guy named Alexander, who just brings a car. He's clearly lost his way. This is a top-level boor. Every time he responds to our comments, he gets cocky and snaps at us.
Last time we just asked for a clean car, well, of course, he brought it dirty, of course, he snapped at our remark and said that he brought it, he brought it. I was 20 minutes late, everyone left, we stood and waited like idiots.
We rented an L6 the other day. Remembering the previous circumstances, we asked to arrive at the airport in advance so that we would not wait 20 minutes in winter, but what do you think? Again we are waiting, and again for whom? Of course, Alexandra, to my indignation, he said, "Why should I sit and wait for you for 20 minutes?!"
I do not know, maybe in Minsk people do not know what a service is, and that you cannot be rude to customers, but for me such an attitude is just spit.
Then he ordered in a commanding tone that he refused to communicate with our assistant, but wanted to communicate with the customer directly. Apparently, the person does not understand what a personal assistant is and who his client is. We didn't react and just left, called and complained to the company, the managers reacted and gave a discount of a couple thousand Russian rubles, apologized. We are currently renting out the car and it was necessary to pay 20 bel rubles for overspending in km, the spouse offered to either pay in USD or transfer ross rubles, to which he said: "No, you will go and change it now." The husband refused, he began to swear from the row "yes, choke on these rubles, that we are the most abnormal customers." It all ended in conflict.
Dear owner of this service, I am writing to you. We travel a lot, we rent cars in different countries on different continents, we have never experienced such horror anywhere! This is simply unacceptable, you urgently need to conduct customer communication training, and fire Alexander so that others won't have to behave like this, because the service starts with staff and there are people who are willing to pay for it.

I want to warn potential customers of this company.All the negative reviews are completely true.Therefore, a suspicion creeps in that the positive ones are bought and screwed up by bots.And the situation we have is as follows. In October, a month before the trip, a 2014 Mercedes Vito van was booked.All adventures with this rental start from the moment of chatting.We communicated rudely, it is not necessary from the position-do not take, they say, there are so many customers, the demand is huge.
By car:
1. Do not warn in advance that the deposit is due.They put it in front of the fact on the last day
2. The delivery and delivery of the business van took place at the station, they additionally charged almost 5 t.p. for the submission.They could not answer the question why it is so expensive because a taxi costs 4 times cheaper, they say, if necessary, come with the whole group to the parking lot.
3.The car is killed outside and inside.Some of the parts are simply self-tapping to the body.Scratches all over the car.Inside, there is a piece of some kind of plastic spare part in the driver's door, the seat panel is just hanging on the floor.The seats were never washed.
4.There are dirt and scratches in the cabin and trunk.That is, the fact is that the car is served as a business van, but in fact the trash is from under some kind of taxi.
5. The glass washer and the rear wiper did not work, they were driving by touch.I poured water, I thought about it, but it didn't work out.
6. The car was delivered half an hour late, although everything was paid for in advance.They served dirty inside and out.When asked why it was dirty, they said "yesterday they passed it failed to wash it."The car was delivered with 5 out of 10 diesel fuel divisions.And they said to hand it over as well, well, of course it's a whole adventure to hand it back with the same amount.As a result, I handed it over with a large amount, but no one returned the money.Alexander handed over and accepted the car as rude as the manager with whom they initially communicated when renting.

Это просто сюр. Брали авто здесь регулярно. Постоянные клиенты, можно сказать. В итоге в последний раз при возвращении авто с мужа потребовали 13 рублей за то, что моя шубка немного налиняла на сиденье. Это взять влажной рукой и убрать, или валиком липким полминуты работы, и за это 13 рублей? Вот такое отношение к постоянным клиентам? Авто нам отдали убитое, без капли жидкости для мытья стёкол, с чужим мусором внутри, и с перегоревшей фарой, которую пришлось ехать менять, тратить своё время. И они ещё смеют требовать 13 рублей за пух на сиденье. Жаль, меня не было с мужем, я бы вам пояснила за 13 рублей, уважаемые сотрудники! Совесть надо иметь хоть немного!

Competitors either didn't have cars or had more expensive options. There was an optimal option in the Bee: Kia Piquante on the machine for 100 Belarusian rubles per day. But the consultant on the phone confused me - initially she offered Largus on mechanics, although there was a more pleasant option. You need to look at the site - managers even in the office reserve everything through the site. I've read reviews on the Bee that they dig up the body jambs and the cleanliness of the body when handing over a car, that the car park is tired, etc. In the end, everything turned out to be very ordinary, there was no scam, the car turned out to be almost new 22 thousand mileage, without flaws, maybe because Kia Piquant is not interesting to anyone... In short, what you need for small trips. They were issued on time, the papers were processed for 10 minutes. I didn't eat enough gasoline, I didn't cause any problems, the interior wasn't battered, it didn't stink, the air conditioner was working, the body was almost new. The manager suggested that you can go to the Sulu Ethnopark Museum near Minsk, 40 kilometers away. It turned out to be a very interesting place, although a new model, they did not regret it. Thanks for the recommendation!!! Then we went to Mir Castle. Along the way there are interesting villages, churches, churches. We got caught in the rain, so the car was not as clean as it was when we received it. When I handed over the car, there were no questions, no one presented anything for the car wash, but I did not check the car anywhere and refueled before returning. So everything is normal, you can use it, it is quite a European service, it is not a car rental in Egypt 😂

First of all, I would like to mention the rude communication of the company's employees that I encountered in the process of pre-booking and further signing documents. Further, the condition of the fleet leaves much to be desired. The KIA Rio car that was offered to me had obvious signs of wear and was scratched, which I was not warned about during the prepayment. At the end of the lease, I was accused of new scratches on the car and threatened not to return the $ 100 deposit, but fortunately I filmed everything when I received the car on my phone and defended my point of view.
Do not contact us if you are not ready for a large-scale trial at the end of the lease.

Hello people. 02/17.24 for the first time we used the car rental service. We searched for a Tesla for a day, found a free car for the right date at Maya the bee :) Of course, after reading various reviews + lack of experience in renting + a deposit of $ 500, it can lead to a stream of all sorts of thoughts and fantasies, but we still decided. And sooooo satisfied with the company. We booked a car and consulted with one person in the office, rented and accepted a car with a second person (who explained in detail how to operate an electric car), handed it over to the 3rd person (who did the inspection, wrote off the km, and after giving the deposit wished us a "good day" :) Since the car was handed over in the morning, there was no opportunity to visit the car wash. 30 rubles surcharge and good for everyone, both us and the car :)
