3.The car is killed outside and inside.Some of the parts are simply self-tapping to the body.Scratches all over the car.Inside, there is a piece of some kind of plastic spare part in the driver's door, the seat panel is just hanging on the floor.The seats were never washed.

Авто нам отдали убитое, без капли жидкости для мытья стёкол, с чужим мусором внутри, и с перегоревшей фарой, которую пришлось ехать менять, тратить своё время. И они ещё смеют требовать 13 рублей за пух на сиденье. Жаль, меня не было с мужем, я бы вам пояснила за 13 рублей, уважаемые сотрудники! Совесть надо иметь хоть немного!

Further, the condition of the fleet leaves much to be desired. The KIA Rio car that was offered to me had obvious signs of wear and was scratched, which I was not warned about during the prepayment. At the end of the lease, I was accused of new scratches on the car and threatened not to return the $ 100 deposit, but fortunately I filmed everything when I received the car on my phone and defended my point of view.

And sooooo satisfied with the company. We booked a car and consulted with one person in the office, rented and accepted a car with a second person (who explained in detail how to operate an electric car), handed it over to the 3rd person (who did the inspection, wrote off the km, and after giving the deposit wished us a "good day" :) Since the car was handed over in the morning, there was no opportunity to visit the car wash. 30 rubles surcharge and good for everyone, both us and the car :)
