Upon arrival in Antalya, we waited a long time for our luggage (6 suitcases flew), but we did not receive a single suitcase. Because of this, they missed the Antalya-Moscow flight, had to buy other tickets and spend the night in a hotel in Antalya. Later, 5 out of 6 suitcases were found. The sixth suitcase (a white and black Samsonite that was not tagged at check-in) has yet to be found.
We flew with this airline on 06-07.12.24 on the route Barcelona-Istanbul-St. Petersburg, with an overnight stay in Istanbul. Tickets were taken for six months according to the promotion, it turned out 36t for two with luggage for the entire route, which can be said, "thank you." We flew without problems, the flight from Istanbul was delayed by about half an hour. Considering that this is a low-cost airline, I had no illusions about the food on board. Indeed, all food and drink were for a fee, they did not even give water. But the breakfast turned out to be very tasty (the price was 15 euros per person, they gave delicious lamb cutlets, side dish, salad, dessert, hot (!) bun, coffee or tea to choose from). For this money, it is more than worthy. For comparison, a small pizza in a hotel near the airport in Istanbul - almost 2t.rub. The planes are new and clean, there were no questions for the flight attendants. Unfortunately, the seat backs did not recline, as on other low-cost airlines. It's the same on Pobeda. But in general, I liked everything. I took off one star for the delayed departure and the lack of free water on board.

I have been flying frequently and regularly for 19 years now, with various airlines. So, Pegasus is the worst airline in the world. Firstly, they are Russophobes, and the attitude of the staff towards flights from-to-Russia confirms this. In European destinations, employees of the same Pegasus behave differently. You don't have to write about the conditions on board -it's a hellish hell, bestial attitude towards passengers, and yes -for the lack of water and constantly burning lighting, intrusive trade and the flight attendants on night flights, you could already deprive this airline of its license. Because all this is the airline's policy. So all flights via Turkey by pegasus are a waste of money and nerves. From my repeated personal experience, I do not recommend it to anyone, especially with children, with luggage, for long distances and for connections. Absolutely not. This is the first time in my life that I've written a review about an airline, and they should have tried to motivate me to do it.
1) I have visited more than 40 countries and have never seen that they do not provide water without additional payment, and Pegasus only sells water and any food, you will not be offered anything "for free".
2) We had a connecting flight, the first flight was delayed, so we did not have time for the connecting flight. They left us in Istanbul for two days, paying for the hotel and meals, thanks for that, but they didn't give us our luggage, and there were medicines and warm clothes.
3) Two days later, we arrived at the airport, had to get new tickets, the Pegasus staff sent us from counter to counter, and each time we stood in line, we heard that it was not for them and for us in another window.
4) The landing started almost on time, we exhaled, but it turned out to be too early. The plane stood or moved from place to place for more than an hour, the staff did not explain anything.

An elderly woman was flying on the plane, who needed to take a pill, only through tears and screams they squeezed out a cup of boiling water for her, they did not pour room temperature water.
It's funny that they gave me a voucher for lunch in a Crumb of Potatoes for the flight delay, they never gave me that in other airlines, oh yes, probably because they never delayed a flight for so long... But it was still tasteless. After boarding the plane, we still rode along the runway for half an hour, then forward, then back, then stop and so on in a circle (both in Moscow and in Turkey on the way back).

We specifically looked for the position in which they fucked up the edge. The flight itself went well, I'll be fair here, but, as it were, this is their direct responsibility.
It's a good airline. Not much different from the others. The staff is attentive, polite, the food is tolerable for the airline, clean. We flew without incident. So I'll give them an A!
We flew from St. Petersburg to Madrid via Istanbul. I checked in myself in advance for both flights, but the company does not provide an opportunity to print a boarding pass for a flight from St. Petersburg.
