I came from Moscow to celebrate my birthday with my family! I wanted to choose a good place and have fun. In fact, the prices are Moscow, but it would not be critical if: 1. Not the quality of service (it was necessary to extract all the information from the waiter, I couldn't recommend anything, I didn't clean the dishes at all until they just asked for it, she didn't understand the menu), 2. The menu is average - the assortment is not large, but how can you in an institution of this level with steak or filet mignon prescribe potatoes as a side dish fries on the menu and serve with it - sorry, I can't understand!!! This is not a dining room))) 3. The dishes themselves - it depends on what you say and how lucky you are. There are no questions about the name, but there is one big question for the chefs who prepare these names! Steak is terrible from the word at all. Salads are more or less painful. We are not capricious customers. But this is the case when Cornflowers taste 100% better. For the sake of objectivity, I will add that our check amounted to about 20,000 Russian rubles for 7 people. The waiter, the girl was not offended either. But guys, either raise the level to your prices, or lower the prices to your level!!! Good luck in your development!!!

It is with great pleasure that I want to share my impressions of this cafe. We entered it by accident. We were immediately politely greeted and escorted to a table. Here it should be noted at once that the cafe has several zones (bar, hookah, individual with a curtain, veranda, a couple of halls). I liked the interior: candles, inscriptions on the ceiling - quotes from the great poet. The exception, perhaps, was the red carpet (but this is my subjective opinion, of course): not in the subject, not in the color. The dishes were delicious and beautifully served. The waiters are very polite and attentive, The most positive emotions remained from visiting the cafe. Thank you.

In general, a good institution, we took 2 soups, 2 plates of pancakes and desserts. The soups are delicious, the draniki are excellent, the desserts are also very much liked. All tables are set, that is, there are appliances, plates and glasses, it's a little uncomfortable because it's set for 4 people, and we came together. As a result, the extra glasses and plates were still standing, the waiters did not remove them.
Everything is fine in terms of maintenance. At prices, all within the limits allowed for such an institution, they gave 85p for two.

Of the cons: they cheated. And not for two rubles, but for a third of the order, just plus three dishes. They noticed it, pointed it out to the waiter. It's good that they counted it with apologies and returned it in cash.
Kitchen. the food is not very good: they took borscht and Draniki. If the borscht is still nothing (very sour, vinegar was not spared), then the Pancakes are terrible.. They took different ones in the company, all very fatty, fat in fat, deep-fried to such an extent that even the smell of potatoes was gone.
The service was on the verge of a foul, when the waiter brought the whole order at once and put it on his head, we were slightly surprised. But we were even more surprised when we didn't hurry to pick up the dirty dishes, we just put them away on an empty sofa.

My favorite cafe in the city of Vitebsk, I often go there to smoke a hookah.
The place is decent and romantic, I advise you to visit, (only the prices of course bite).
Of the advantages, I can note:
A pleasant interior, there is a veranda, and separate rooms for cozy communication. Pleasant, romantic lighting. Music is what you need. Good quality staff (they are able to listen and understand people). Premium hookah is very tasty, they can do it. The food is delicious. Empty dishes are quickly removed from the tables. There is live music in the evenings.
Cons: In my opinion, the prices are certainly too high. Sometimes I noticed that the plates were poorly washed. Sometimes they forget to wipe the tables. The coals began to change quickly, the hookah is now smoked for an hour and a half, and at the time of 2020, the coals were changed 3 times, once every half hour, it was possible to smoke for 3 hours.
Please take a closer look at the tables, and change the coals not every 10 minutes, but once every half hour, so that you can enjoy long-term smoking of a Premium class hookah for 30 rubles.
