Vitebsk was pleasantly surprised. I haven't been to this city for a long time, time has been good. I have a very good impression of "Pushkin ...", although I can judge by one visit at lunchtime. It was fast and delicious, the candle burned peacefully, and the Becherovka warmed. The halls were empty, the waitresses were friendly, how the place works in the evening, with proper loading, I will not say. But the desire to go there again arose. Unfortunately, my attempt to implement it was not successful, the attempt to go down the stairs was stopped by the administrator, since the institution opens at 12:00, I showed up at 11... They say Pushkin passed through Vitebsk twice, it is likely that my repeated visit to this place should be divided into longer periods. But, again, the first impression is pleasant. There is a responsible approach to the menu and attention to the service. I'll probably find out how it all works later. While for "Pushkin" A Foursome ... if the administrator were more boastful, offer to wait on the couch, leaf through a volume of "Alexander Sergeevich" after drinking a glass of warm water from the road) there would be a Five! But.... a lot of you are walking around here... She didn't say that, she didn't really care(

We were well met, escorted to the hall, and given a menu. After ordering, the hot dish was brought in 10 minutes. And this is not good! It seems that in the kitchen they quickly warmed up what was cooked yesterday and gave it to the guests. For the level of an institution with a restaurant price tag, this is not acceptable! Still, you want to be fed a really freshly prepared dish. The dishes themselves were on a solid "four". The waiters tried to be attentive.

We came to have dinner on the veranda, although it is winter, but it is warm.
A small disadvantage is that the veranda is closed to smokers, so it smells like hookah, but there are also two halls not for smokers, and the fact that during rush hour you predictably wait a little longer for food to be served.
But the prices are relatively low, delicious food, three people had a good dinner for 1220, a pleasant atmosphere and entourage.

The atmosphere is good, the smoking room is atmospheric, the hookah is excellent, watches the coals, is interested in whether everything is fine. Good service, but I would like it better, there is enough choice in the menu, but I didn't like the "Warm" salad a little, meat, rubber.
The waiting time is fine, we arrived at 7 (Saturday) there was no one in the hall. Clear. The cocktails are not bad.

I tried to book a table while not in Belarus (without having a Belarusian number and the opportunity to call them).
I wrote on Instagram - I was asked to leave a request on the site. I left it, no one contacted me for 2 days. I wrote again on Instagram - I was asked to specify a contact phone number and a messenger in which to contact me. I indicated and wrote to get in touch via WhatsApp. Again, no reaction. And so I wrote on Instagram for the third time, they promised to contact me in the near future. And they wrote, but on Viber)
Terrible service. There is no customer orientation.
For comparison, after I wrote on Instagram of the La Cultura restaurant, they answered me within 15 minutes and we booked a table.

I really like the veranda with live music! Listening is a great delight for the soul and ears. You always come to this place and relax from the top of your head to your heels. We love this place: it has become a tradition to visit Vitebsk and spend one of the evenings here.
