Good cuisine. The hot beef was great.
Does everyone come in evening dresses?!. I was surprised and not ready, I just went in for dinner, I was surprised.
The waiters hand over a giant menu right into your hands. Well, it's kind of cool, but why not just put it down. As a result, everyone is in a hurry, fussing)))
The prices for Vitebsk are probably too high, although there is something for it.
I've been there twice.
The first time there was an unpleasant smell of moisture, they probably washed the carpets with which everything was covered.
The second time is normal.

It's cozy, the menu is not always all available, if you go special for something, it's not a fact that it will be.
The reception is just great.
Hookah is also good. The music is live, the girls sing sweetly, the atmosphere on the veranda is fabulous, blankets)! The halls are cozy.
Music allows you to hear each other.

Terrible service, I went up to the waiters 2 times before the menu was brought... When boarding 10 tables for 3 waiters. During the day, the service is at the same level, you can wait 15-20 minutes until they come to you and deign to accept the order.
The food is good, but overall the impression of the service is negative.
