A great hotel! We had a rest with my mother from 19.10.24 to 26.10.24 inclusive. I liked everything very much. The territory, although small, is very cozy. The room is clean, beautiful, cleaned every day. There is a huge selection of delicious food every day. Fruits every day. There is a day cafe on the territory near the sea, in the courtyard there is a cafe with very tasty coffee and cakes, which were different every day, a bar that is open until 00, from 14 o'clock popcorn/ice cream/waffles are available near the beach. We went to a fish a la carte. The serving and taste of the dishes are on top! You need to take places on the sun beds early in the morning so that there is a place, but this is not such a problem, you can take it and go to sleep / do your business and then return, knowing that the place behind you is already occupied. The staff is very friendly, polite, they always ask if everything is okay and if something needs to be brought. On the 1st floor there is a sauna/hammam/spa/heated pool. The spa program costs some money, but it's worth it! They do everything very well! The sea is very clean! Yes, there are stones when entering, but this is not a problem, you can buy aquasocks in advance and everything will be fine! Or go closer to the left pier, where children swim. The evening shows are just a delight, every evening is different, interesting, bright, colorful. We will definitely return to this hotel again!

The hotel is just a delight! Wonderful service. The hotel is suitable for family holidays. There is everything you need: excellent food according to the UAI system, a swimming pool, snack bars, daily events for guests with the involvement of dance artists. A small fly in the ointment are the Anex tour guides, who are intentionally or not intentionally trying to spoil the rest of Russian-speaking tourists. I recommend that you refrain from interacting with a guide named Balabek Saniev. This person does not contribute to improving the image of the hotel and in every possible way sabotages the quality rest of tourists.

I really liked the hotel! It is built in the Italian style. The building resembles a Colosseum. A small hotel, but very beautiful throughout. There are many cafes, there is a starbucks, in addition to the main restaurant, there is a cafe with a customized menu. Entertainment from morning to evening. Evening themed, costumed, whole shows. The animators are on top! Nice beach. But, the only thing is, this is the entrance to the sea, if you go from the beach, then you come across rocks and whole layers, it is not convenient. But if you can swim, then there are ladders from the pier or you can dive. But otherwise everything is fine! I recommend it!

We have just returned from vacation . I really liked the hotel! Everything is very worthy for a great holiday! Fresh rooms , cleaning every day. The food is very decent . Grilled meat every day, fruits , cheeses , vegetables , fish , boiled corn , ice cream ! Great cocktails in bars! The staff practically speaks Russian. Despite the fact that the occupancy rate of the hotel was 100 percent - they serve very quickly, everything is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone! We got to the Gala night - we cooked shrimps, mussels, squid, various fish! And what desserts are just a delight!!! The highlight of the hotel is the grand piano in the lobby and the playing of pianist Sofia!!! It's just divine! It's just a delight! To the sound of music, you fully feel yourself on vacation! Thank you very much to all the staff for our stay! I will recommend your hotel to everyone!

We rested with the company in October 2024. The concept, style, originality are on top. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks Russian fluently. The food is delicious and varied. The animation is interesting. The rooms are clean and beautiful with sea views. I really liked the girl Sofia, who plays the piano 2 times a day in the lobby of the hotel. But I really want to focus on the Anex tour guides. It's not the first time I've been on vacation in Turkey, but this is the first time I've seen such rudeness. Balabek Saniev, you were taught to communicate with people in general. Where does so much anger, insults, disrespect and outright rudeness come from, addressed to vacationers. You obviously can't work at this job with that attitude. You are a disgrace not only to your company where you work, but also to your colleagues. You spoil people's whole vacation with your behavior. Dear administration of the Anex travel agency, please pay attention to this employee. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the first to pay attention to this, explain to your employee his job responsibilities. But it is not possible to just look at such a blatant disregard for work.

A wonderful hotel. The most beautiful Instagram territory. The staff is friendly. The main disadvantage is the guides "Anex tour" Eldar and Mevlut. They beautifully "pour " into the ears about excursions and services, but in fact they take people on ordinary buses for excursions two or three times more expensive than around the corner at any sales stall. In short, they obviously work for their own pocket. And Anex turns a blind eye to it. The proof of the vouchers did not help us get the funds back, but we would like to keep other people safe. Eldar will tell you at the meeting that he is here with all the management in friends and will decide everything, but as soon as you buy a tour, you can forget about his participation and the participation of his dog Mevlut. We were in September 2024! The hotel is beautiful, the food is good, the service is excellent-the highest score, good animation for different tastes. There are many foreigners in the hotel. The hotel has only 2 types of rooms: standard and family (there are only a few), if they offer superior rooms for an additional fee, keep this in mind.. We paid 50 dollars. for the view to the courtyard and partly to the sea. The hotel is more suitable for family holidays. It will be boring for young people, although there were 2-3 discos on the street. There is not enough territory, there is nowhere to walk in the evening, It is better to swim in the pool in the morning, since after 12 it is full and it is inconvenient to swim. I recommend the Fish restaurant according to the lacart system and the restaurant behind the pool (where you can order individual dishes according to the code), delicious ice cream and waffles. The bartenders are very friendly and remember the guests and their preferences. Well, the most important thing that disappointed me was the sea. we rested on this coast of Alanya for the first time and realized that if you are going across the sea, then definitely not here. There were constant ripples and waves, a rocky approach, and garbage often floated.We decided to go to the sea at 7 a.m. to catch at least some surface and swim in the depths. Summer is hot this year in Turkey, it was very stuffy and humid in the evenings (this should be taken into account for people with pressure and intolerance to extreme stuffiness). If you are interested in shopping, then take a minibus to the village of Kanakly in the Time Center shopping center, as well as an amusement park.. I recommend the hotel for families.Also note: it takes more than 2.5 - 3 hours to get to the hotel from the airport (no one told us about this), we ordered a personal transfer of 1h40 minutes. Anex representatives at the hotel are very incorrect to guests, the main thing for them is to sell excursions and if you didn't buy them from them, then it's like you're to blame! I have a very unpleasant impression of them. This is the first time we've encountered this! At the same time, I want to mention the girl to whom we signed up for the lacart restaurant (we had a confusion with the restaurant) and she offered us to visit the 2nd restaurant for free (according to the rules, only one is free). therefore, I set the service here to -5+. Recently, my Daughter and I ended our vacation in this wonderful hotel! We were from 24.10-30.10
It's my first time in Turkey and I'm lucky that my acquaintance started with such a great hotel!
The rooms in the hotel are very clean, beautiful, the view from the room was gorgeous, we were in 334 rooms admiring the sunset!
The room had everything you needed in the refrigerator: cola, sprite, tea, beer and mineral water. There is also a safe in the room (this is for those who hide passports and money in pillows))
There was a lot of food everywhere!) Great Breakfasts, Lunches and dinners, although for 6 days we never went to the main restaurant for lunch because there was a great restaurant with delicious food near the beach! There was also a stall with ice cream and waffles so we didn't need to have lunch)
The territory is beautiful in the evening, the lighting and the view are gorgeous. The animations were different every day and fun! There were also children's animations every evening, my daughters liked it.
The children's slides are great, although the water in the pool was a little cold, it did not stop my Daughter) it's very cool when you leave the studio and after 150 meters the sea and everything on the territory!
The staff is very polite! They always clean the dishes quickly and ask what to move on the bar, they pour it too)
The abundance of dishes in the main restaurant for 10+ in general, who as well as I recommend this hotel for the first time! You will definitely like it! I'll be back there again!

We rested from 10/14/2024 to 10/24/2024. We wanted to get to this hotel for a long time, because we saw a lot of rave reviews and videos that were saturated with fun and a cool atmosphere, but ... alas, no. With the hotel fully loaded, there was simply nothing to do. The show was not impressed at all, it was a one-hour disco with hits from the mamma mia series, modern talking, but such a thing.
Now in order:
1. Beach - if you want to lie on a sunbed, then be kind to come to take a sunbed by 8 a.m., if you come by 9:30, then alas you will not find free sun beds. I liked the pier, convenient access by stairs, you can jump into the water. The water is always clean there.
2. Rooms - the room is ordinary, but they are poorly cleaned. The slippers were constantly sticking to the floor. The mini bar is not refilled, only a bottle of water is added.
3. Restaurant - there is a variety of food, but there are big questions about cooking. Beef, chicken and fish were always terribly over-dried. Although the quality of the products is good.
4. Staff - oh, this is a separate topic. How many times have we just encountered outright rudeness, especially at themed dinners. Special dishes are served by chefs, but they give just insignificant portions. And you stand there and humiliate yourself so that you don't get 2 shrimp, but at least 3. I was especially struck by the man who was slicing fruit. When they asked for a couple more pieces of pitahaya, he sliced them and just threw them into a plate., thanks for not in the face. There is a definition of bartenders on bars who either do not pour imported alcohol at all, or pour 10 grams, and again with a terrible favor.
5. Entertainment - as noted above, there are no daytime activities. Aqua aerobics that is, then it is not. Banal entertainments like darts, I do not even know where they took place, if they did. In general, it was very boring. The evening shows are very mediocre, we went because there is also nothing to do.
In general, expectations did not coincide with reality at all, and there is a note of disappointment. We will definitely not go to this hotel anymore.

Lovely hotel and staff. Many people speak Russian. Delicious and varied breakfasts, we have never been hungry. At noon: corn, ice cream, popcorn, Turkish tortillas are freely available. Local alcohol is very acceptable. I would also like to mention the Starbucks cafe and their selection of desserts - a paradise for sweet tooths. The only disadvantage is the small territory, nowhere to walk and not a very convenient entrance to the beach, but we spent the whole vacation sunbathing and swimming on a pontoon. Positive:
The hotel is beautiful
The rooms are cleaned daily
Good service. The waiters bring drinks, they are always interested in bringing something to drink. Dirty dishes are cleaned on time.
Minuses:
Entering the sea. Rocks at the bottom. There are no stones closer to the pier, a large number of people are gathering there. Dirty sea near the shore and pier.
A dirty beach. Sand with garbage.
Poor sound insulation in the room.
Music is playing at night. It is not possible to sleep. It is better to take a room without a sea view, away from the hotel territory, where there are byres and it is very noisy. It won't be a beautiful view, so you'll get a good night's sleep)
The restaurant is crowded. There are too many people. You must arrive 10 minutes before the opening, otherwise 15 minutes after the opening, you will not find an empty seat. There are unrealistically many people. Exception, breakfast.
The food in the restaurant is monotonous. Sometimes the dishes were changed. Salads are not tasty. In fact, you eat the same thing every day. Everything is standard: rice, pasta. 2 types of soup, weird salads that are not possible to eat. Breakfast: scrambled eggs in different versions, sausages. Soup with rice with milk (not tasty). Generally, the food is so-so. The only thing I liked was the meat, mutton. Sometimes there was not bad beef. Sea bass is cooked deliciously on the grill in a beach restaurant, caesar salad is not bad in principle. Not bad burgers.
They got sick with some kind of virus with their spouse. For 3 days the temperature was 38.3, then some kind of dry cough for several days. I stayed in the room for 5 days, my wife was ill for a total of 11 days. The feeling that the air conditioner filter has not been cleaned for a long time. As soon as you turn it on, you start coughing.
They fell ill with an intestinal infection 3 days before departure. Rinsed in full. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever. At first I got sick, and by the evening my son became ill. I threw up on the bed at night, I didn't run to the toilet. They called the reception, came, changed the bed linen. Then it came to his wife.
Conclusion: The hotel takes out the service. In general, an anthill. In the future, we will consider another type of vacation without "all inclusive". It's no use if the restaurant is just pandemonium. It is impossible to eat quietly if you do not come in advance to the opening itself. In general, we will consider other areas in the future.

A magnificent hotel! We had a rest there in late May- early June last year. I really liked everything, it's not our first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with, but this hotel is really memorable! You can't even say that the hotel is 10 years old, everything is so perfect, it's like new)) The lobby is chic, the rooms are well maintained, everything is very clean. The nutrition is also excellent, tasty and varied. We didn't even go to the main restaurant for lunch, there was enough at the pool bar, there were dorado and grilled sea bass, decent burgers, pizza, lamb kebab, salads, fruits, in a word, any whim) Waiters, bartenders are nimble, trying to please. The service is on the level!
In principle, everything was fine along the beach, because there is a large pier, then a sand, but then very large stones come across, this creates certain inconveniences (but at the same time there is a cleared place, you can swim. We liked it better from the pier.
The animation is unobtrusive, there are great shows in the evening, but middle-aged children will be bored, there is nothing special for them. There is a mini disco and a children's room, but it will not be interesting for schoolchildren.
There is another small nuance about the rooms - the location of the air conditioner in the room, right above the extra seat (inconvenient for me personally.
We turned it off at night, it wasn't so hot at the beginning of the season, but I don't even know how it was in July...Moreover, the hotel building in the form of a horseshoe and in the courtyard from the tiles is very stuffy, at the beginning of the season it's OK, but I don't know how to go on ...
Nevertheless, these are all small things! I liked the hotel itself, the service is on the level, the food is excellent, so I boldly recommend it!!!

Despite the 5 stars, I want to note the nuances. Yesterday, a new wave of guests arrived at the "we owe everything, we want to snatch!" level. Immediately there are queues in the dining room, noise, hubbub, plates are being dragged, stuffed to the top, then it is thrown out. Until yesterday, there were no problems taking sun beds by the pool, now in the morning everyone throws towels and ... half of them do not come. "It's mine, I paid!" - it feels all around. Alcohol is dragged almost into the pool, making it a garbage dump. I cannot say that these are Russians. Poles, long-time immigrants from the USSR to Germany, etc. I wish those who will go in September (if you are adequate and do not do it yourself) that this wave has already subsided.
The entrance to the sea is rocky, with a large wave you can knock your foot on the rocks. But then the sand is back, the water is clean, so besides the entrance, it's nice to swim in the sea.
The rooms of the side sea view class overlook the courtyard - the sea is not very visible, the windows of the rooms opposite are right in front of you. The animation music is very loud - if you have a child, he will not fall asleep until 23 o'clock. But the sea view rooms, which overlook the sea, where the sounds of animation from the stage are even stronger! No one will sleep there anymore) But the view, I suppose, is beautiful!
There is nothing to do outside the hotel, a couple of untidy streets with cloth merchants. If you go out somewhere, you need to take excursions and go.

Very nice hotel, we had a rest in August 2023. The staff is very responsive and attentive, and speaks Russian well. Various animations and gastronomic and entertainment events every evening. Of the disadvantages, I can note that the main pool is deep and the child was not comfortable with a height of 140 cm. Sun loungers by the pool should be occupied early in the morning, there are clearly not enough of them at the height of the season. Everything else is great, we recommend everything to our friends and we will visit again as soon as possible.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff, a huge selection of various dishes, clean and cozy in the rooms and in the halls; in the evenings there is a children's disco + entertainment programs, alcohol is not bad in the bars; the adult pool is large, there is also a children's + water park. It is definitely possible for anyone who does not have small children. The most important disadvantage for those who want to splash in the sea is a disgusting bottom, everything is uneven (apparently, the features of the entire beach, tk on the entire coast line so), our whole company (11 people) anyway, I hurt my legs to the point of bleeding, because the sea is agitated, you are chattering and your feet stumble over uneven frozen sand waves, like concrete, but this was an isolated case, because all adults, including teenage children, we all swam from the pier. There's a clear sea at the depth. And on the shore itself, the sea is very muddy and dirty, and the legs can be damaged. If my children were small and I had to go into the sea from the shore, then the rest would definitely be ruined! Well, or sitting in the pool, which is also such a pleasure.
So families with kids definitely do not need to go there!
There is no territory at all, but you can walk behind the hotel, there are a lot of shopping ruins, so just walking in beautiful places will not work, there is one solid market around.
One of the disadvantages: they give only 2 cards per number. This is their lock system. There were three of us in the room. Me and two children, the children are adults and independent, we are used to everyone having their own map, but here we had to adjust. But, as I said, there is no territory, so I didn't have to go too far after each other :)
Another minus. All 5 of them always had disposable toothbrushes, washcloths, etc. Here we were told to go and buy. Of course, this is not a problem, but when you have a night flight and you want to take a shower from the road, you definitely do not want to go down and buy it all. I asked to bring it to the room for money, but they refused.
On the plus side: a very talented pianist plays in the lobby, so you can hear it in the rooms. From 11 a.m. to lunch. And the evening before dinner . It is very beautiful and heartfelt.
Another plus: the food is delicious and varied. There is chicken, fish, beef, occasionally lamb and seafood. Fruits are monotonous. Cherry berries -2 times in 2 weeks.
The staff is generally not bad, except for a few characters.
If 5-10 bucks are left in the restaurant, then you will always be served perfectly. You will be remembered :)
Bottom line: the hotel is generally not bad, but better for adults. If you are traveling with a company, then it is quite good in terms of price / quality ratio. Definitely not with young children.

We went on vacation in two pairs from April 28 to May 6, 2024 at Quattro beach!
This is a family 5 , so if you want to hang out , you 're probably not here . And if you need a family vacation with children , then it is quite suitable .
The road from Antalya airport is very long, almost 2 hours.
The hotel itself is stylish, beautiful interiors, expensive furniture, ceiling paintings in the lobby, a girl playing the piano live.
Would we like to come back here? Probably not... We had a good rest, the service is good , the food is excellent, but there is nothing to do there , it's boring..

Small, but the interior is beautiful. They clean every day, the cleaning is excellent.
A large shower room, a balcony with a view of the courtyard and the sea. It's very atmospheric.

The territory is compact. There is beach volleyball, table tennis, 3-4 aqua parks, several bars, I especially liked the cafe by the beach, where you can order any dish from the menu, choose everything yourself by QR code, although it was a snack bar, but the service was restaurant - it's cool.
* Animation - score 3 * and that's a stretch
Maybe it wasn't the season, but the animation was very monotonous in our opinion. They only pestered with an off-site disco , they showed activity in this.
Every evening there was the same program on stage for children, then dance groups performed for adults - but everything was monotonous - just dancing. Yes, they tried, there were different bands, different styles. But is it really impossible to invite magicians one day, do some acrobatic tricks the other day?! Moreover, there was no disco or karaoke after the evening program. All the guests either went to their rooms or went to the bar, which closed around one o'clock in the morning. When we asked the hotel staff a question, therefore, they simply do not hold a disco, they answered that it would work in a week. Although the hotel was almost full, there were large arrivals on our dates.. and young people, too...This made the impression worse, it was boring.
Yes, they did a show a couple of times with smoke bombs, various dishes on the street, bullfighting on mongol and a cool concert - it was the only cool day.
To sum up, young people are definitely not here. Perhaps it's more fun there in the season, but the concept of the hotel is family - but I slept well)))
There are no questions about food or drinks - everything is fine . Well done, the waiters and bartenders.

The hotel is beautiful, from Antalya from 2-3.5 hours drive (depending on which driver you get) we drove in one direction for 2 hours in the other 3.5🙈
We got the room itself in the main building, which is convenient, but there is one huge BUT! It was impossible to open the door, as the kitchen ventilation was buzzing so much that it sometimes woke me up. Closing the door-stuffy! There is an air conditioner in the room, but it blew on the child's bed, which you can't leave on a regular basis. Sometimes the three of us slept on a double bed so as not to suffocate. The view from the window went first to the roof, and then only to the sea.
The main buffet menu is varied. Polite waiters and staff in general.
I liked the hotel and took off the star only because of the noise:ventilation, dog barking, garbage collection.

The territory is small, but very green, tangerines, pomegranates, bananas grow, a bunch of beautiful trees, the eye is happy. Animation is boring and poor.
