A gorgeous hotel. The food, the location, the rooms - everything is super. The marina is within walking distance, and so is the beach.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, on the 2nd floor and on the 8th, there have never been any problems with places.
There is a coffee machine on the 2nd floor, you can always have a cup of coffee.
Breakfast has everything - salmon, fresh fruits, cereals, omelets, cereals, drinks, fruits, vegetables, vegan desserts, gluten-free milk.
The rooms are good, cleaning is done daily, bathroom accessories are all there - replenished daily, slippers, bathrobe (premium room).
All the sights are relatively close, you can get there without problems, the metro is within walking distance (both branches).
The staff is very attentive, friendly, solves all questions immediately.

The hotel is located near the key attractions of the city and with convenient access to transport.
The room was spacious, modern and very cozy, with a stunning view of the city. Cleaning was carried out daily, everything was always perfectly clean.
I would like to mention the service separately: the staff was incredibly friendly, professional and always ready to help. The hotel's restaurant served delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes for every taste.
We were also pleased with the hotel's facilities – a swimming pool, a gym and relaxation areas where you could relax after a busy day.

A wonderful hotel! It is located in a beautiful location, 7 minutes walk to the metro, three tram stops - and you are in the famous Dubai Marina area!
The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay. They clean daily and conscientiously! The food is very, very tasty! The breakfasts are super diverse. Fresh red fish, sliced meat, dried fruits, nuts, all kinds of cheeses, sweets, natural juices, honey and honeycombs - in general, it is very tasty and varied. Dinners are held in the restaurant of the neighboring building. The food is like in expensive Moscow restaurants. Amazing pizza, seafood pasta, mozzarella salad and tuna salad are my favorites! My son and my husband are delighted with the burger, the gorgeous tuna steak. The quality of the dinners is 10 out of 10, it's just indecent to compare them with Turkish ones, it's heaven and earth.

Excellent hotel, stayed in February 2024, very tasty and varied breakfasts, super rooftop pool, pleasant smells in the halls, polite staff, Russian-speaking. Everything is super 5 stars except ventilation, the room was very damp and cold, so my brother got sick, it was very unclear how, at a temperature outside of 28 degrees, the room was cold and damp. But thanks to the staff, I tried to solve the problem by disconnecting the room from the main ventilation and de-energizing the air conditioner, which helped at least a little.

The hotel deserves a solid 4+,

We were settled immediately without any problems, even though we arrived before 12:00. Special thanks to JUVY, who put us in a great room and was very friendly. The suitcases were helped to the room, escorted and everything was shown.
The rooms were cleaned daily, it was always clean, and the air bed was very good.
The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with a variety of choices. We had dinner included, but we were allowed to change it for lunch. At the FLORDELEE restaurant, she always pleased us with her positive attitude and quick serving of dishes.
The pool in the hotel was clean, without the smell of chlorine, and ice was brought on request very quickly.
I liked the convenient location, just 25 minutes to Kate Beach by bus 8. The metro is also nearby

It's a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, high-quality cleaning, delicious breakfasts: fruits, fish, sweets, drinks (after a week, of course, tired of the monotony of breakfast, but you can always find something). We stayed at this hotel. I really liked everything! The room is good, cleaning is done every day or on request, water, tea, coffee in the room were replenished as needed, bed linen, towels and soap accessories were changed and replenished every day. Nice hotel, convenient location. The rooms are clean. The furniture is not new, but it is solid. The breakfasts are delicious, it is better to arrive before 9.00-9.30. Then there is a queue. Excellent hotel, good location, near the tram stop you can get to JBR beach, Dubai marina can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Nearby are macs, starbucks, supermarkets. I was pleasantly surprised that Nargiza speaks Russian. It's just a blessing that the hotel has staff with knowledge of the Russian language. Thanks to Aboobacker for offering us some water and courteously escorting us to our room. In general, we were surrounded by care, attention and smiles at the hotel. I liked that there is an iron and ironing board in the room, not all hotels provide this. By the way, the sockets are all adapted to the Russian standard. And another plus is that the windows can be opened for ventilation, fresh air in the room. The hotel has a good location near the tram stop and metro. Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah monorail are within walking distance. The hotel itself is located in an area where there is a lot of greenery, beautiful, birds are singing.

I recommend the hotel, it's very good. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but she is not always at the reception. We checked in as soon as we arrived at 13:30. I paid the tour tax in dirhams, I bought it in advance in Moscow. For 5 nights ~77 UAH. There are exchangers in shopping malls, I haven't seen them nearby, but maybe there are too. You can exchange large sums of money at the reception. (The remaining dirhams can then be spent in dutifrey).
The room is nice, it's comfortable to sleep in. Our socket fits, even though there are three holes, there is a USB connector, you can charge your phone directly. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, one Russian channel on channel 33, not the best. When checking out at 12, the rest of the time you can use the pools, shower, there is a room with sofas and a coffee machine and a toilet on the 2nd floor.
In winter, the room is a little cool in the evenings, you can ask for a blanket by pressing 0.
The hotel is divided into the western and eastern towers, the transition between them is on the second floor, when entering the elevator you need to attach a key card above the buttons of the floors. You can enter the desired tower directly from the street.

Just a good hotel — and nothing more. Solid 4 stars deserves. The buffet breakfasts are varied and delicious, the lunches and dinners at the Cesto restaurant are excellent.
2 swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors for four. Not impressed.
I emphasize that the area where the hotel is located is more for business trips than for recreation. There are offices and business infrastructure around. You can't get to the beach on foot.
Neither add nor subtract. Do I recommend it? Based on the price, yes. The price tag is democratic. If you have a good budget, you can take a closer look ;)

The location is a bit not very good, but it's OK for walking, close to the metro and tram, the nearest free beach is 2 km away, you can take the tram, you can walk.

During these New Year's holidays, the prices there were so biting that I considered a hotel in the Media City area and did not regret it. The location is great - it takes 5 minutes to walk to the tram stop (the fare is 3 degrees one way), after three stops you are in the beach area, and 7 minutes to walk along the American University to the subway. There were a lot of people in the Marina this year, and believe me, it's much more pleasant to live in a peaceful place than in a crowd of tourists from all over the world. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, a lake and even parrots live on palm trees. There are two tram stops to Palma and you change to the monorail. The area is green and houses offices of world-renowned companies. For a non-hot stay in the UAE, the hotel is 100% suitable, but if the purpose of the trip is a beach holiday, definitely NOT. Tk it takes n - amount of time to get to all the beaches. Now about the hotel itself. The hotel charges a tourist fee, keep this in mind, immediately upon registration. The rooms are spacious, clean, the cleaning is at the proper level, all accessories are present in the bathroom, you do not need to bring anything with you. A bathrobe and slippers are provided on request. The window opens in the room, this is super important out of season, it is not necessary to turn on the air conditioner, but an influx of fresh air is necessary. Usually, the windows in hotels don't open. The hotel itself consists of two buildings with a transition from one to the other, there are two swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors. That's the problem with them. Is the water heated , as they say ? We complained that the water was cold, but it didn't lead to anything, we couldn't swim at all. Moreover, there is no sun on the 2nd floor near the pool, either, from the word at all, if it is very hot, then it is normal in the shade, but for January this year it is NOT very high from +23C. There was always sun near the pool on the 8th floor, but it only turned out to sunbathe. That was a big disadvantage, maybe you'll be lucky with the temperature of the pool water. The hotel is not new, but the location is very good! Near Dubai Marina there are 2 transport stops, you can walk, but somehow you can't walk in the heat! Also, there are only 6 stops from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. During breakfast, small queues accumulated in the elevators. In elevators, you need to attach a room card so that it starts moving.
The hotel has 2 pools - on the 2nd floor and on the 8th. Both are quite cold, although one has declared heating (it is there, but weak). A towel is provided in the pool area, where you can also ask for a sauna to be heated (it is heated only on request). The pools themselves are small, the one on the 8th floor is 1.8 meters deep. There are sun beds. There is a gym.
There is free WiFi throughout, and the connection was good.
Number (341). The room size is average, even rather small. View from the window of the American University. The furniture was tired, but not falling apart - everything was functioning. There is no balcony. The window opens for ventilation. There are blinds and sliding panels. There is no noise from the street. Sockets - half are suitable for Russian plugs, half are not. There are USB sockets, but they only work if you turn on the switch next to them. The water pressure is good, but the plumbing, in general, is tired - the drain button on the toilet bowl " stuck sometimes, the water from the shower " leaked.
The air conditioner did not respond to the remote control, which made the room very cold . I had to ask him to turn it off. The light in the room is warm, even yellow, dim. There is a kettle, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, TV, safe, a bunch of hangers. Coffee , several types of tea, and sugar are left every day after cleaning. Water is poured into a glass bottle, but not always. There were no complaints about the quality of cleaning. Slippers and a bathrobe are provided on request.
Breakfast items. Everything was delicious and varied enough. The cook prepares two types of eggs - an omelet and a glaze (there are always small queues for it), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, there are cuts of meat, fish, bacon, several types of nuts, all kinds of cereals and muesli, yoghurts for making granola. Pastries, waffles, pancakes, and a can of nutella that always runs out quickly. There is honey in the honeycomb. Slicing vegetables, cheeses, bread for the toaster. Hash Browns. There are several coffee machines. Fruits: watermelons 🍉 melon 🍈 , pineapple 🍍 , bananas 🍌 , pear 🍐 , apples 🍎 . Four types of juices plus smoothies and freshly squeezed juices (carrot and pineapple). The staff does not forbid taking fruits with them. Around 9:30 a.m., a queue builds up, and employees are allowed into the room as tables are cleared, of which there are not so many.
Location. Within walking distance of the metro , tram stop, monorail, Dubai Marina, Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, McDonalds, restaurants on the waterfront.
The beach is very far away if you walk and even take into account the movement by tram.
The nearest shopping mall is Dubai Marina Mall. It has a zero-level currency exchange and supermarket.
