We stayed at the hotel according to the stopover program. They put me in a room that was not cleaned. Then they moved into a room that had everything for one guest, and there were two of us. Although all the problems were solved promptly. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel cafe. Breakfast was packed for us, very decent. I had a good night's sleep and continued my journey.
The wish is to monitor the cleaning of the rooms, and not only their release.

A nice hotel with a spa center, hammam, swimming pool, which are included in the room rate. The breakfasts are excellent, you can choose dishes to your taste, from meat to porridge. The staff is polite and always ready to help in solving the issue. In general, a good hotel :)

Great hotel! Every time I arrive in Almaty, I stay in it. The rooms are comfortable, the service is pleasant. By the way, I advise everyone who stays here to go to the Hammam and pool.

There was a stopover from Air Astana. It's not a bad idea to stay for one day. It seems like there is a free spa and fitness. I would hardly stop at my own expense. The breakfast is delicious.
