There is no cooler or just water on the ground floor. The shoe cleaner is always without cream. The rooms are spacious, but already tired enough. The service may sometimes forget to put water on or something like that. The breakfast is below average (croissants and other pastries just suck), the hotel constantly blows cold air, the windows are noticeably cold, which makes the room feel cold with cotton wool. Breakfasts for 4 are quite monotonous, though. There is no mini bar in the room.
You will not be able to pay for the room at check-out, every day you will receive a call to your room and offer to pay for the current or future day, which is a bit insulting. And so it was during the two and a half weeks that we lived there

I stayed here in a single room for a few days in November of the 21st year as part of a delegation, so I do not know the cost of the room. The hotel is large, but cozy enough, there is no crowd. The rooms are of medium level, standard, comfortable in size. Unfortunately, the audibility is very good, if the neighbors are noisy, then you will not be able to relax. The room has a TV, air conditioning, and a safe. But the closet is very small, there are 4 hangers and no shelves at all, I have not seen this yet. The bathroom and toilet are combined, as usual. There are enough disposable detergents, only the Soviet shower curtain was annoying. The clogged washbasin and bathroom were also surprised, the water did not really drain. I was very pleased with the restaurant, the buffet is varied, everything is delicious and satisfying, and probably the best coffee in recent times. So the hotel has a swimming pool and SPA, a fitness room, but I did not use these services. Overall, I was satisfied.

There are rooms for every budget. I took a single for 25 kopecks..I booked through booking for a friend who flew in for the day from Aktobe. We liked the service very much, they escorted us right to the room, explained what additional services are available at the hotel, food delivery was skipped right to the room, a very clean room and especially nice clean snow-white bed linen. The most necessary things in the room are: toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towel. Only the view from the window pumped up a little ((maybe that's why the price was cheap..the windows looked out on Dosmukhamedov's side (( unfortunately, there was no time to use other services..and a solid five for the room and service! The price corresponds to the quality.

I rented through booking, he gave a discount, and the hotel gave a discount, it turned out to be inexpensive. the room was good, the air conditioner was working properly. The breakfasts are gorgeous, they were just full. we had lunch in the city, did not go to dinner, the pool worked on the 1st floor, the water is warm, you can swim straight, there is a step, and stairs with railings, towels are provided. I am happy with the hotel and the location, I am happy with the rest.

The old interior (probably from Soviet times). Not very close to the central part and the mountains. The breakfast is average. The mattress too. I did not like the service at the hotel, they were misled, they came for breakfast at 10:30, they turned us around, although we paid for it
They also were not allowed into the hotel dining room, in slippers from the room, they have a dress code there in the morning, which is very strange, I think this is absolutely not the right approach in the service sector.
We paid $100 for it and they didn't let us drink coffee at the hotel, well, it's trash.
Also, a very rude young man was standing in the dining room. The mood for the whole day is spoiled.

In principle, everything is OK. A few black hairs on the bathroom floor when checking in. The shower gel was replaced after the first cleaning. I took an additional gel, but the gel was replaced on day 2. At breakfast, some waiters (I assume foreigners) speak Russian poorly - it's time to repeat slowly and loudly. But in the end it worked - I asked for water with gas, they said for an additional fee. The bed linen is clean, the water pressure in the bathroom is OK. I recommend this hotel in Alia Ata

A nice hotel, there is a small gym, a swimming pool, a hammam and a Finnish sauna. There are also different types of massage. I tried antistress massage, I share an hour - a fragile girl did it, but she did it very well. Not all massage therapists can massage me, my complexion is like this :)
Breakfast is included - it is organized in the form of a buffet, the food is delicious. They could not get into the hotel restaurant due to restrictions during the pandemic, they ordered in the room - but also because of the pandemic, not all the menu was available, this is a small minus.
According to the rooms, I advise you to choose from a Suite and above, the standard ones are very small.

The rooms are spacious. A strange climate control system. Very good breakfasts, but disgusting coffee. There is clearly no attention to the tea and coffee offer from those responsible. Vending-class coffee machines, the eerie smell of overcooked grain is already next to the coffee machine. Even the milk in the cup can't help.
