It's cozy inside, very beautiful chandeliers.
The food is very solid: pancakes, cutlet, strudel. The taste also leaves much to be desired. Of the 5 items, I completely ate only soup and salad. Actually, I took off two stars for this. If you eat somewhere else, then it is quite possible to live here.

Guys, this is the coolest hotel in the last 3 years of my life and travel! Amazingly comfortable rooms, beds beyond praise and delicious breakfasts. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff for welcoming not only my daughter and me as dear guests, but also our pets: a dog and a kitty. It was very nice of the staff to write a welcome card for the animals. Thank you so much for the amazing cordiality and hospitality. If to Minsk, then only to you.

Great hotel! Cozy rooms, courteous staff! We had to leave early - the hotel offered to refund or leave funds on deposit. Good breakfasts (a nice bonus is a glass of champagne and red fish). The spa area is not big, but it is enough to relax at the end of the day! Among the pleasant features in the room are bedside lamps that react to touch, a mirror with an anti fog zone. We will definitely come back!

A gorgeous hotel! In the morning, we woke up with my husband, went swimming in the basik, warmed up in the sauna! Gorgeous! The rooms are amazing! I even thought we were staying in a suite. 😂
Everything is there, even a coffee maker and floor scales. Oh, there's also a couch to lie on with a book. The blanket is one for two, but it's huge. My husband and I sleep under different blankets at home, and we have never broken off with this one blanket. The buzz is shorter. It's a pity that we only stopped for 1 day, then we drove on…

The breakfasts are average, but it's cool that you can order fresh pancakes with and without stuffing and toasts. The dining area is large.
Free large parking.

Not a bad hotel, clean and pleasant rooms. The spa is small without a bar and massage services, there is no sauna or hammam. In restaurants, the kitchen is stretched by 3 points. The wife was brought a salad with rancid cheese and undercooked beetroot, she said this, the waitress was indignant, took the cheese and beetroot to the kitchen, they didn't even ask if she wanted it or not. The lobby bar has a different menu, but the kitchen is also not up to par. And keep in mind that in Belarus, Russian visa and master cards do not work only the world payment system cards. But it is more profitable to take dollars or euros and change them to the local currency.

Honestly, we were preparing for the trip to Minsk in advance. We made a reservation for the hotel, at the same time we agreed that upon arrival we would arrange early check-in, arrived around 8 a.m., this is not a problem. But as it turned out, the problem is also big, in general, earlier settlement is impossible. They began to negotiate a late eviction, to extend it to 20 hours. (as agreed earlier when booking). And it turned out to be a problem too. I had to pay for the whole day in 6 hours. When checking into the room, it turned out that the balcony does not open, is closed and categorically cannot be opened, the room is stuffy, the air conditioner works only for cold, i.e. freeze into an icicle. No one came to debug it. The mattresses on the beds are sagged so much that you lie down like in a trough. The garbage was not taken out of the room for two days, they did not vacuum for three days, but all the time they cleaned our beds in their own way, disturbing the balance of the mattress, after which we lay down again in a sagging trough. We ordered a city tour and paid for it. We talked at the counter, three and a half boxes ..., it turned out to be not only lies, but also such a mess that if it weren't for our ingenuity, we would have been left without money and excursions... The staff is half asleep. It seems that he takes it upon himself to solve this or that problem, and immediately passes it on to another person and forgets completely.And in general, our number does not pull at 5 * in any way, solid 4, no more. Especially when we booked a room, we heard so many nightingale trills, but it turned out to be the same. It's a shame. But the only plus, of course, is the pool.

Unfortunately one of the worst and tired hotels I have visited. You can forget about the spa. There is a queue for massage for 3-5 days. There are a lot of people in the pool all the time.
There are a lot of tourists from Turkey. It makes you tense up. These grins and all sorts of Natasha are very annoying.
The only plus is that it's a good kitchen! A variety of dishes and champagne for breakfast. Only for this 1 star.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and again we can say that we are satisfied. The most important thing that even high-level hotels often do not have is excellent sound insulation and a comfortable mattress and pillows! Also delicious breakfasts and very helpful guys at the reception. The room has everything you need - a safe, an iron, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, etc. - and we had a regular standard room.
The hotel also has a spa with a swimming pool, a gym and a lounge area with snacks. We didn't reach the spa and lounge this time, the gym is normal, a little tired, but you can work out. In general, we will come back;)
