The hotel is just wonderful, I was with my friends in the junior suite. Two rooms, two toilets. The bed is just bombastic. Breakfast is included, very tasty and there is even champagne 🙂I recommend. And there is also a sauna and a swimming pool and they are included in the price, which is also very pleased🙂

Since the summer of 2023, the management has changed. It is noticeable at least by the behavior of the receptionist, communication according to subjective feelings has become more lively and benevolent instead of mechanical voicing of memorized phrases. The spa area is very conditional, but there is an opportunity to splash in the pool, and then warm up in the sauna too. The food quality in the restaurant is 5+.

The hotel is amazing. Everything is for the client. You can relax without leaving the hotel). The room is beautiful and comfortable. Swimming pool, sauna, bar. The only possible wish is that those who have access to the sauna and pool included immediately had bathrobes in the room, and not by calling the reception, as well as a dental kit. But these are small things, just a small wish, and of course it does not cause any inconvenience).
The breakfast is varied, and most importantly, everything is very tasty.
Our room was very clean.
The staff is helpful and courteous.
As for the location, I can't say, because we rented a car and all the sights were close.
The impression of the hotel is only pleasant, upon returning to Minsk, we will come back to this hotel and I will also recommend it to friends. Thank you for your work.

Overall, good. Comfortable beds. Heat. We asked for a quiet room, it was really quiet. A good shower, there are all the accessories for washing. I didn't like the cleaning very much. A little far from the center, on foot 30 min. There are a lot of people in the spa. Breakfast was taken on the menu-it was just bad.

We never got to the spa, there were no towels, bathrobes and a lot of people. Very poor service and service in the restaurant, we wanted to have dinner, waited for more than 2 hours and received terribly cooked dishes, classic Caesar salad without cheese and tomato, overcooked shrimp risotto, etc. One huge plus is the location of the hotel, the railway station is close to all excursions there. Well, let's start with the fact that this hotel is inhabited mainly by people who have come to play at the casino. They come in the morning after a successful or unsuccessful game and communicate in the room ... the audibility is excellent, you will hear everything- stomping down the corridor, conversations in the next room, love joys, baby crying, in short everything! The hotel once belonged to the Radisson chain, but now it has remained just a Renaissance and the level is rapidly falling… The co-workers at the reception are also in no hurry, if you asked them for something, then it's not a fact that they will remember it at all ... how many stars does the hotel have?! We were in Minsk for 7 days, during which time our room was not cleaned ONCE! We just changed the towels! Once, however, the maid showed up at the crack of dawn, shouting - "Cleaning!" but she was unlucky, listening to the screams, stomps and songs of the neighbors half the night, we can say we just fell asleep... as a result - never again, never set foot in this hotel!!'

Arriving at the hotel, we saw a beautiful building, facades and location, but the view from the window is completely different (parking, road, construction site). The sound insulation is disgusting, you could hear people walking, shouting, talking all night.
We were very surprised at breakfast, the stated 5* does not correspond to 5. Cucumbers were spoiled, cottage cheese, yogurt, juices were warm from the beginning of breakfast. The doughnuts and marshmallows were so hard you could break a glass with them. The cheeses and sausage looked very tired. There was no signature under the dish, because of this it was impossible to determine what was what. In this restaurant we ordered shrimp and brisket in the evening, it was very funny, you can 't eat that! The sausage was delicious only in appearance 🤨

The hotel has a SPA with a large swimming pool, where you can swim even in sports mode (if you go early, before people wake up). Good breakfasts. The staff is young and friendly. Convenient location (especially for those arriving at the railway station, a taxi cost 100 Russian rubles, 800 meters from the hotel along the direct line of the Minsk metro station ...) On my birthday, the hotel made a gift, a bottle of expensive champagne and a delicious cake (pictured). In my opinion, he justifies his five.

I expected to stay in a nice and decent hotel.
It turned out that he arrived at some Soviet hotel with a terrible attitude of the staff.
The rooms have ancient Soviet furniture. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, the trash can was taken out, and the carpet was not even vacuumed, the crumbs were still there.
There is a yellowed sealant with mold in the shower.
The breakfast buffet was very disappointing - the vegetables were cut very large, the meat cuts were in terrible condition. Almost all food is greasy in oil, or sausages, sausages. There is almost no healthy and healthy food.
If there was a misunderstanding with the staff, they immediately started accusing me of not thinking through what they wanted to say. They tried to absolve themselves of responsibility as much as possible and blame the guest for everything. They did not even try to call the manager and resolve the issue adequately.
The location is not convenient: taxis wait a very long time, they have to spin and wait at traffic lights, transport accessibility is questionable.
Obviously, this is not the level of the institution that they claim to be.

The beautiful Renaissance Hotel is located near Minsk Train Station. The taxi ride takes 5 minutes. The reception staff is attentive to any request of the residents, they will always help with the choice, recommend a cozy place for a snack. In general, they solve all issues very quickly. We went to meet them, checked in at 12 o'clock, changed the linen in the room at the request, brought bathrobes, water. The hotel has a spa area, massage and a gym. The SPA area is open from morning to 23 hours. I was very pleased that the SPA is very warm, the pool water is comfortable, the sun beds are clean and comfortable. Slippers, towels and a bathrobe are provided. There is herbal tea in a thermopot, not really hot, which somewhat spoils the impression. And one disadvantage is that the clock does not work. Although why look at the clock in such a pleasant relaxing place, right? It's better to enjoy it. The hotel has Wi-Fi. Sometimes it doesn't work stably, but it works. The accommodation includes a buffet breakfast, coffee from a coffee machine, everything is very fresh and delicious. And, of course, draniki, where without them.
