The rooms are nice, the hotel itself is quite beautiful. The service is very lame. The beds are good. For the 2 nights that we lived there: we did not have our room cleaned at all - only towels were changed, room cards were flashed 5 times a day - the second time they did not work, things left for cleaning were not taken away at all, and when we returned and asked why - they were taken away with the promise to return by 24 hours (to leave we need it at 6) - things were brought at one o'clock in the morning, we booked a sauna (it is reserved for a person or several individually) - the staff came to the sauna while we were without clothes - came to wash the windows, the masseuse was 30 minutes late. The restaurant is full for breakfast, you can take tables outside if the weather allows. The breakfast menu is pretty good, except for porridge - there is oatmeal on the water and milk in which semolina floats. The staff at the restaurant is unhurried in general. The service that is necessarily included in the bill is a big mistake.

A great hotel, everything is perfect and the restaurant is wonderful at the hotel, the food is very decent and delicious. The elevator is cool. The room is perfectly clean, more crystal white. The service is excellent. The staff is super nice. Everything is at the highest level.

The hotel has all the signs of a good one: I really like the mattress and pillows, the plumbing is decent.
Breakfast is quite good, a couple of porridges, scrambled eggs and an omelette. Fruits and vegetables.
What can be improved? There is a drip coffee machine for breakfast — so-so coffee.
It would be nice to have guest chargers for different phones at the reception, you can even sell them.
The outdoor veranda is good, I had dinner here a couple of times.
I read the early reviews about the lousy management — I didn't notice anything. I clean the room every day, towels are always fresh, the reception and staff are polite.
I've stayed in Cher before, this hotel is clearly better.

Nice and new hotel! Competent staff, very tasty food on the menu. Convenient location. They go to a meeting at any request and try to resolve the issue quickly. There is a sauna and a small gym. Price/quality it is the best in Almaty.

The hotel is of high level and quality. Clean, comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious and with a wide selection. The staff is polite. The rooms have large modern TVs. Free gym. We were upset that the restaurant on the top floor with a panoramic view of the city no longer works. I definitely recommend it!

Pleasant, courteous staff. The hotel staff is fluent in 3 languages. I would like to separately note that we arrived ahead of check-in time, we thought to leave our things in the luggage room, but the guy at the reception went to meet us and checked us in earlier for free, since our room was free. The check-in process itself took no more than 5 minutes. The hotel has an elevator (very important for travelers with heavy luggage). After checking out of the hotel, we had 6 hours left before the train, and we were allowed to leave our things in the luggage room. Convenient location: the train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, as well as nearby (10 minutes on foot) there is a Mega shopping center, and literally across the street there is a supermarket. A good breakfast (buffet) with a large selection of dishes for every taste. The rooms are clean, the room has everything you need for personal hygiene, a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The room has a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite YouTube channels. The design of the room and banquet hall combines loft and oriental style elements (in my opinion it looks interesting and modern). I boldly put the deserved 10 points out of 10. I recommend it to everyone.

The room is clean , but small. A pleasant atmosphere at breakfast , but the choice is very meager. A minimum of milk , no yoghurts, once there was cottage cheese .I don't eat eggs, I had to eat pancakes.
The location is convenient. They are very tasty in the evening in a methane restaurant , the prices are adequate . We went to the sauna - a nice bonus .

Nice hotel, located in the city center. The mountains are visible from the upper floors (beautiful view). The household is excellent, everything is washed, changed, supplemented. Breakfast is for five, the food is delicious, the food is almost for every taste.
Gym, sauna, banquet hall, everything is there. You can smoke on the roof.
The employees are friendly.
4* for 0.4 liters of beer in the Grill bar.

Great hotel. We spent 10,000 rubles in three days and we are very satisfied. The food for breakfast is just super, very tasty, although there is little choice. Cheap prices in the restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms are clean, only when we asked to clean the room, the cleaner did not clean it anyway, but came only in the evening when we were in the room. The hotel is new and the staff is polite.

I didn't like the breakfasts. Wishes to live on the top floor with a view of the mountains were not taken into account and did not even try to come up with something better. If you check in 4 hours before check-in, then 100% prepayment. Late check-out is only 1 hour later, otherwise 50%. There were no seats in the restaurant at lunch. The upper restaurant is closed.

We live in this hotel. The room is not cleaned!!!!! Things were put in the laundry, did not return in time.
We rented a sauna, a man came in from the terrace and just walked through the sauna to the exit. Although there were girls in the sauna.🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ after contacting the reception, they only smiled in response. We ordered a massage, the masseuse was half an hour late. And in the middle of the massage, she said that she had forgotten that she still had a client 🤦♀️
There is no half of the food in the restaurant...

Excellent hotel has parking. But there is a question about the work of the staff. Do not report shampoo or gel the next day. I asked to wash my shirt, but they didn't take it away. A great modern hotel. Quiet, cozy room, newly renovated. Nothing superfluous. Everything you need to eat. No foreign odors in the room. The bed is comfortable, the linen is excellent.
There is audibility from neighboring rooms, but this is not critical if they do not make much noise)
Very polite receptionists at the reception. I travel a lot, there is something to compare it with.

The room is CLEAN. I can't say this about all 4* kah. In many hotels, cleaning is very superficial.

Constant problems with water-it's just boiling water and the staff in need of education and politeness are weaknesses, but a very comfortable bed, a rich set of high-quality accessories in the shower and a hearty breakfast are strengths. But the damn boiling water in the shower is just infuriating!
