The service is excellent, clean, the place is quiet. There are some questions for the restaurant staff, but this is no longer a hotel as such, probably. I advise the guests not to forget the fitness things - the fit zone at the Kazakh cuisine is very appropriate 😀

The hotel is fresh, unkempt, and odorless.
friendly staff, ready to help.
Minuses:
Audibility is 10 out of 10. If you come across midnight guests on the floor, it will be difficult to fall asleep. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, in the rooms on the right, left and above. The door lock latches insanely loudly, a person can just bring the door, but this click will be heard throughout the entire floor.
Representatives of the hotel, please pay attention to the ventilation in the restrooms, unfortunately, I did not take a photo.

However, 1) there is zero sound insulation, as soon as your neighbors get up, you will have the feeling that they are walking right over your head 2) breakfast could have been better, the waiters do not replenish what is over on time, and the choice is meager

A good hotel. Neat rooms with large beds. Crisp white linen. The rooms have electronic buttons "Do not disturb" and "Please remove". Delicious and varied breakfasts from 7 to 10.30. During the day, you can have a delicious snack in the cafe on the 1st floor. The convenient location of the hotel in the center.

I was making a presentation at work.
Very spacious ball room, high ceilings, plenty of space, good acoustics. There is a convenient parking lot with a parking lot.
There is a nice restaurant on the 8th floor.
The kitchen is very tasty. They are fed and taken at home. The service is at a high level.
