The hotel lacks a manager, now they are pulling for 2-3 * stars. It is clear that the owner has invested money in the renovation, but no longer controls the hotel. I went to the room on the 7th floor, smoked, changed the room to 402 - there was a large stain on the bed linen, a stain on the sofa, napkins were missing for 2 days, until I asked. The maid does not wash the cups, adds hygiene kits at will, I had to ask again. There is no shoe set at all, only a shoe spoon was found. There are 2 hangers in the room, occupied by bathrobes and no more, I had to ask again. The breakfasts are modest, only sausages were hot for 4 days, the hostesses /waiters do not greet. For some reason, it was forbidden to take an apple with you, you can only eat it in a restaurant. They promised to make a lunchbox, because there was an early check-out, but, as expected, they forgot, the reminder did not help.
This all shows the low level of hotel management and guest care.
The cherry on the cake - for 4 days they could not make accounting documents about accommodation, every day they reminded me and the resectionist promised to do it exactly and forgot, and on the last day they provided me with an error in my last name.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are meager. The room was cleaned on the 3rd day at our request, although 3 stars should be cleaned every day. We will write off the reduction of staff due to the pandemic. The staff is helpful and polite. Requests like an iron, glasses in the room were fulfilled in a couple of minutes. We spent 5 nights with my wife, generally satisfied with the stay. Solid 4
