The hotel is good. The rooms are small but neat, everything you need was there. Floor-to-ceiling windows, pleasant colors in the interior. Not all rooms have a shoe spoon. Once they forgot to put the towels after cleaning, but they were brought immediately after treatment. I really liked the restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel is new, the furniture is good, the bed linen is three-piece (cheap hard, very elastic pillows) the reception does not willingly solve the issues, they gave a room with a view of the road, it was very noisy in the morning, asked to move, since they still live a week on a business trip, the issue was not resolved, they had to change the hotel, the windows did not open the noise and the air conditioner is buzzing like an airplane, otherwise everything is fine, the breakfasts are very decent

It is better not to order a transfer - an ordinary taxi car with broken handles on the doors will arrive, and this is for 7000 tenge. Just calling a taxi will be cheaper.
Overall, the hotel is decent. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning and a TV.
Disposable products, water and tea/coffee are replenished daily. Room cleaning is available on request, bed linen is changed once every 3 days.
The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is polite.
They do the accounting documents, but you need to repeatedly remind the staff at the reception about this.

The sofa in the room was killed. Hangers are uncomfortable. The night light is too bright. The main light is dim. If the windows are on the road, it's noisy. There are few TV channels.
I immediately broke my leg on the corner of the bed. You can hear everything from the hallway as if there is no door at all. A child is coughing in the next room, and lovers are swearing in the other. And this is at a price of more than a hundred dollars a day. The trash buckets are tiny and uncomfortable. I bought sugar and toilet paper myself, because they put sugar on the table, the paper is cheap and thin. At the entrance to breakfast, face control; they ask for the room number every day. The food is so-so. The samovar is also cold by the end of breakfast. The bed is soft in the junior suite. The neck already hurts in the standard, there are no napkins, shelves for things, the phone does not work, the light of the bedside sconces is blinding. I went for a massage on the second floor. I have never met such a rude masseuse. She needs to be treated.
