But... the description of the dish on the menu does not correspond to reality. An interesting serving of Caesar salad, but why is there bacon?! Roast beef with mushrooms is so-so. There are a lot of questions about the kitchen:
1. What kind of Caesar without crackers and parmesan?
2. Why is arugula in a salmon salad that completely interrupts all the taste of the other ingredients?
3. What about desserts on the menu? There are only three of them, of which two are available, far from the most interesting
4. Duck with sweet potato is cooked very tasty, but the portion is so small that it looks more like a pigeon than a duck
I was surprised that there was no salt, pepper, or oil on the tables.
On September 30, 2023, we came to rest in Minsk, by the evening after walking around the city, we decided to end a wonderful day by going to a restaurant. There were no seats in the restaurant we wanted to go to, and we decided to go to the so-called restaurant 101. There were quite a lot of empty seats, it was cozy and atmospheric inside. We decided to have dinner here. It all started with the fact that on Saturday evening, as it turned out, they had no steaks. Okay, but in general, we had to wait for our food for more than 1.5 hours, even the usual mashed potatoes were not served earlier. The food was served cool, the portions were small. The waiters were running back and forth, but to no avail... Everything is very slow, I think they and the kitchen should be interested in the number of visitors, in earning money in the end. Strive to make you want to visit!!!!!Otherwise, they spoiled the impression of our wonderful day by visiting your institution. Read the reviews on the Internet, they are mostly negative

We were in the evening, the girl sang, very beautifully. She basically saved the evening, thanks to her for the wonderful live sound accompaniment.

But I haven't eaten such delicious food at the restaurant level for a long time. Only the interior saves. The rest is all low in level. It doesn't reach the restaurant.

The set claims 1600g., even visually, the number of pieces of meat is actually 3 times less than in the declared one, zucchini (not zucchini) was served together with very hard seeds and very VERY hard peel, ribs 70% bone, 20% cartilage. The dessert arrived 2 hours after the order of "cheesecake with ice cream"-they brought a cake in a puddle of ice cream. Even the bill was waited for a long time and asked 2 times. At the next table, people wrote a complaint. Maybe the stars didn't meet in the restaurant that day, or maybe it's an Italian strike, but I don't really want to go there a second time.

Cons: Long serving of dishes, deep-fried dishes were fried in old oil and had an unpleasant taste.
Cocktails are generally OK, the tincture is average.
We won't come back next time, we can't recommend it to our loved ones.
I gave two points only for the idea and design! Otherwise, a complete failure. I have never tasted a Rib Eye steak worse in any restaurant in Minsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Of course, the boss may have been feeling unwell and in a bad mood, but the fact remains. Extremely unhurried service is only suitable for those who have nowhere to spend their time. We were very pleased with the waiters, who do not record the order anywhere, hinting at the highest class of service, but at the same time forget some items and bring them from the third reminder and are no longer in place. The borscht, which I forced without trying to finish eating the child, was oversaturated with vinegar so that it was not possible to eat it. I highly recommend not visiting this institution, so as not to spoil your mood.
Everything is fine, the interior is beautiful, prices are conservative, Fri- Sun live music in the evenings, the only minus is that they work until 23 pm

Especially if you want to have lunch in the center of Minsk. A balance in all respects, namely: quickly and deliciously cooked food, with an interesting combination of ingredients, a variety of dishes, serving and their styling, a good portion size and, most importantly, at reasonable prices (especially if for takeaway). Perhaps there are no alternatives from this point of view.
PS The interior is for an amateur, but definitely the atmosphere of the fire station has been preserved (as far as it is possible for a restaurant). In general, this is the "feature" of this place - identity as a fundamental criterion. It is expressed in a combination of unexpected solutions, approaches, elements, ingredients, etc., in everything, including dishes. The result is worthwhile and deserves at least attention and at least one visit to understand what the optimal solution for the restaurant business means without inadequate "distortions".
