We went to lunch, chose a set from the gastrofest festival. On the plus side: the table was not booked, there were a lot of empty seats on the summer terrace and we were seated without any problems. Friendly service. It is quite clean and cozy, pleasant background music. The dishes were brought to order quite quickly.
Among the disadvantages: lack of choice in alcoholic beverages. Apparently, during the festival period, the emphasis is on expensive items to increase the check. We ordered a set and a cold brew with poached egg. The kefir in the soup was clearly living out its last hours, sour and porous, the poached egg is just a boiled egg. As for the set, I was disappointed by the big discrepancy with the announced content on the site. By weight, it is good if it is 1000kg, out of 1600kg. And the presentation is different from the photo. I believe that it is not possible to give a high-quality product at a full landing in an institution. The ribs were also upset. There is little meat, more fat.
In general, it is delicious, but there are many nuances. There is something to work on.

I liked the interior and sea buckthorn tea, probably the most delicious thing we ordered in this institution.1) we ordered a salad for the Shrimp \ bacon company, the output is 1000 gr. the price is 72 r, but in this salad it is good if there were 4-5 shrimp and 3-4 pieces of bacon, the rest is lettuce leaves, it's okay to eat for 72 r leaves. 2) We also ordered two types of mussels: Mussels in French and Mussels in Belgian, the output seems to be large, but half of the mussels in each form are not disclosed. It feels like they do this on purpose, you pay for the air, in French it doesn't seem to taste bad, but in Belgian it's terribly tasteless. 3) now the most interesting thing is the hot one that 8 people waited for an hour and 1 person was brought after 1 hour and 30 minutes, despite the fact that he ordered a pork steak that is cooked quickly, but probably they ran to the market for pork, there is no other explanation, as for the taste, it is very not tasty, the ribs are fatty and unroasted, according to the rest hot dishes are also terrible. The restaurant is popular, you need to book places in advance. Not all the dishes were on the menu. For salad-dressing, for lamb-onion marmalade, for dessert-meringue roll... The hot dish was served beautifully, but the taste is so-so! They asked for two slices of bread, and brought a bread basket!!! The bread spread is not salty, I had to ask for salt! The choice of beer seemed to us very poor... The waiter Vladislav was polite and patient, there are no questions for him! But there were questions for the administration! In the middle of the day (15 hours) right in front of the entrance to the RESTAURANT(!) slowly, with a sense of dignity, a rat passed by. To my question to the administrator, how is this possible, the answer was: "this is not our rat"! Apparently the administrator knows his own people by sight!

!!! It all started with the fact that when ordering a table a week before the visit, I called all the numbers listed on the website, but did not receive an answer. I got through to the restaurant only a few hours later and heard from the receptionist that no cell phone calls had been received from me, as well as a request to call the client. Okay, I thought. - Communication error..."
But there was no normal communication with the staff on the day of the visit. I'll explain the points:
1. The couple was seated at a table for four. We knew that the reservation was for two, but no one removed the extra appliances (spoons, forks, glasses, glasses). And they got in the way during the meal.
2. but there were no napkins on the table — neither paper nor fabric. The paper ones were brought only after contacting the waiter. At the same time, the leftovers were taken from the next table, where after a while other customers were staying without napkins.
3. No one is in a hurry to serve dishes. Before the hot delivery, he asked to bring a glass of beer and a glass of wine — he waited for them for 20 minutes. And so it is with the rest of the additional orders during the evening. By the way, at the next table, the women waited for hotter for more than an hour and expressed their comments to the staff about this. At the same time, I note that despite the evening of March 8, the loading of the hall was very moderate.
4. the waiter could not really explain how "mussels in French" differ from "mussels in Italian" and tell about "duck hearts in oyster sauce".
5. Mussels and hearts are dishes from the menu for the company, with a total weight of about 1.5 kg. But for a couple of customers, they were brought along with pancakes at the same time, although it is simply impossible to eat hot dishes in one sitting in such a volume. Therefore, mussels and hearts were consumed cooled down in a thickened sauce for most of the evening.
6. Speaking of sauce. There is quite a lot of it in the saucepans in which the hot was served. I did not order the side dish, naively believing that the bread basket could be a compliment from the institution. There were no compliments. As well as suggestions from the waiter to order something for the sea and offal.
7. At the end of the evening, he expressed his comments to the waiter. And I got the answer that it wasn't her fault, but the kitchen and someone and something else. For the second time in my life, (and I'm over 50) I didn't leave a tip. And for the first time I sat down to write such a lengthy review.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Interior 5/5. The staff is young and friendly. Kitchen... 3/5. I went twice, ordered different dishes - and was DISAPPOINTED!!! The kitchen, or rather the staff in the kitchen, is the weakest link of this institution.
