Delicious, interesting dishes, but quite expensive. You can eat well during a business lunch, there are not bad portions for reasonable money. The Museum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is located in the same building, but it is not easy to get there. You can go on a guided tour, make an appointment in advance. We were not allowed to just buy a ticket and see the exhibition.

We visited the institution as part of gastrofest by, I highly recommend it, an interesting and unique place, delicious food, there is a museum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the staff is very caring, the atmosphere is good, live music 🎵

Something needs to be done with the kitchen, the prices are a little above average, but the kitchen is the bottom! Everything we ordered is not delicious. Borscht with lard, it's just salted water, tomatoes in a salad with duck that are not listed on the menu, pancakes are yellow in the truest sense, and they are not tasty at all, not hot, but heated)) The interior is not bad, the waiters are friendly, but otherwise the BOTTOM! OF COURSE, NOT A FOOT TO YOU ANYMORE.

How did it happen that by purchasing a certificate for a certain service on the Daroo website.by my parents brought completely different dishes????
Why, if your chef changed and the service changed, did you not update the information on Daroo.by ??? I chose according to the dishes, and as a result, the delicious dishes from the chef turned out to be standard dishes from the menu. Why is the quality of services so poor??

On August 30th we visited this interesting restaurant . The interior is original, in the style of a fire station. Delicious snacks, original presentation. But here is the service for 3 days! The table was booked in advance, but the first courses were served an hour and a half later! 😡 The pitch was not correct! The evening was ruined!

I went to the gaatroyest, I liked all the food for it 5) but it would be better to work with the staff, as if the students were practicing) there were half of the empty seats in the restarann and on the veranda, but they barely found a place for us, they said that everything was reserved, even though during the time that I was there no one took up the armor of the place, some an absurdity. But I liked everything about the food, I will need to come again)

We were in Minsk for 2 days, I wanted to eat local cuisine. But in the restaurant in the evening there was nothing from what was chosen on the menu - there was no soup (unfortunately I don't remember which one I wanted to order), there were no draniki (of any kind), and a few more dishes, and even a cocktail. I had to list items from the menu to be told what was available. As a result, we ordered ribs (hard, it was impossible to tear off the bone), chicken with zucchini and eggplant (there was no eggplant), marbled chicken fillet (just boiled breast). The steak was ordered deep-fried medium well - it was brought fully fried. Not tasty. I had to ask for the devices. We cooked for a very long time, despite the fact that there was only one table in the hall besides us. You won't wait for waiters. I do not advise categorically

A wonderful place!
Especially if you want to have lunch in the center of Minsk. A balance in all respects, namely: quickly and deliciously cooked food, with an interesting combination of ingredients, a variety of dishes, serving and their styling, a good portion size and, most importantly, at reasonable prices (especially if for takeaway). Perhaps there are no alternatives from this point of view.
PS The interior is for an amateur, but definitely the atmosphere of the fire station has been preserved (as far as it is possible for a restaurant). In general, this is the "feature" of this place - identity as a fundamental criterion. It is expressed in a combination of unexpected solutions, approaches, elements, ingredients, etc., in everything, including dishes. The result is worthwhile and deserves at least attention and at least one visit to understand what the optimal solution for the restaurant business means without inadequate "distortions".

If you are in the restaurant, be sure to order meat on volcanic rocks. It's amazing! Delicious, interesting!

I gave two points only for the idea and design! Otherwise, a complete failure. I have never tasted a Rib Eye steak worse in any restaurant in Minsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Of course, the boss may have been feeling unwell and in a bad mood, but the fact remains. Extremely unhurried service is only suitable for those who have nowhere to spend their time. We were very pleased with the waiters, who do not record the order anywhere, hinting at the highest class of service, but at the same time forget some items and bring them from the third reminder and are no longer in place. The borscht, which I forced without trying to finish eating the child, was oversaturated with vinegar so that it was not possible to eat it. I highly recommend not visiting this institution, so as not to spoil your mood.

Pros: Cool interior of the fire station
Cons: Long serving of dishes, deep-fried dishes were fried in old oil and had an unpleasant taste.
Cocktails are generally OK, the tincture is average.
We won't come back next time, we can't recommend it to our loved ones.

The entourage is 10 out of 5. But the menu is somehow modest. Standard borscht and draniki. If you somehow modify the menu, add a fire-fighting theme, it will get better. So, for example, we ordered ribs and they were set on fire and stewed with sauce, but it was not clear from the menu. Also standard for many places is a reserved table near the window, which was empty when we arrived and remained empty when we left.
Conclusion: it's definitely worth going for the interior.

I love this restaurant)))) excellent cuisine, beautiful serving of dishes, courteous staff. The atmosphere is wonderful, live music on weekends))) The interior is very cool. It will be interesting for children in such a restaurant. There is also a fire department museum in the same building. If you eat there during the day on weekdays, you can get to the museum. The prices are average. I don't think it's expensive there. Their tinctures are very tasty. In general, I recommend it to the post

We came to the gastrofest on September 05. This is not the first institution that we visited as part of this project. I am very disappointed with the deception of the guests. The stated weight of 1600g. does not correspond at all. It can be safely divided into two, because compared to the fact that there are exactly two times less in the pictures. The ribs are practically bare. Everything is cold. Instead of bacon, store-bought ham of the "kavalochek pa belaruska" type. The ice cream in the dessert is not a sundae. The biscuit looks like an old gingerbread.Etc...And all the dishes don't taste interesting. The only thing that pleased me was the serving of dishes. But the waiters there always work at a good level. And only for this I give two stars.

An interesting interior. I couldn't taste the food.
First they waited for the administrator, then they listened to the rudeness of the staff. It felt like we were very unwelcome.
The receptionist appeared on the spot just in time for our departure.
It's good that we managed to close the kitchen of another restaurant, where we were joyfully welcomed and deliciously fed.
