We had a rest from January 5 to January 13, 25.
1. The weather is warm in the afternoon, cool in the evening, sometimes windy. It is better to take more warm clothes.
2. The sea is gorgeous. The entrance is shallow, sandy, and even in January you can swim.
3. The hotel is, in my opinion, one of the best Rixos (before that, we were in 4 of them in different directions).
4. The room was lovely - pool villa;
5. Spa - an excellent massage is done by a woman from Thailand named Kantana (I would compare her technique to a professional piano playing by a pianist, only with your muscles). And it's better to get a Thai massage right away.
Also, we bought spa treatments at a nearby salon from a tour operator for $ 45 per person. I highly do not recommend it. There is no feeling of relaxation at all, some kind of race in the cycle of procedures. Well, a terrible skin reaction, I don't know what, apparently they overdid it with a washcloth.
6. And of course, people. The staff is all very friendly. From receptionists, waiters to maids.
7. Special thanks to Dr. Mohamed. It just so happened that the children got sick. We didn't bother with insurance, we used the services of a doctor from the hotel. And they didn't regret it! The hotel administrators were constantly calling, asking for the condition, and trying their best to help.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation. For people with English difficulties, all events are held in several languages, there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, in general, there are no language barriers.
Well, the food, in my opinion, is also excellent.
The only fly in the ointment is the Biblio Globe. The most important thing for the hotel guide was to sell us guided tours. He didn't help us with any questions. Riksos staff helped solve all the issues. We took a guided tour to Luxor. We had a wonderful guide, Jamal, who spoke very interestingly. Luxor is certainly worth a visit. It's not a close road, but it's worth it. The only thing is, the food on the tour is bad. They asked me to replace lunch at the restaurant with another place for an additional fee. We also had a private transfer and a fast track. You need to bargain or buy online for a fast track. Upon leaving the hotel, the guide, who came for us 45 minutes ahead of time, started calling the room, hurrying, talking emotionally, as a result, we were going to be in a stressful situation. The hotel guide, Said, apparently did not provide information about the transfer of an individual transfer. The accompanying guide spoke rudely at the meeting, even with the Riksos staff he had a conflict situation. This man, as if from a bazaar, screams and creates a fuss. It feels like he was trading at an Egyptian bazaar in Istanbul, and I think that's where he belongs, but definitely not in tourism. Next time, obviously, the choice will not be in favor of the Biblio Globus company.
We stayed at this hotel from 30.09-10.10, the impression was twofold. Among the advantages: a gorgeous sea, a good approach, a huge well-groomed territory, high-quality room cleaning. The food, especially the breakfasts, is very monotonous, there is a constant queue for scrambled eggs, (out of 10 days it stood only once) for such a number of tourists there is one cook for scrambled eggs, this is not enough. The lunches and dinners are generally not bad. Alcohol is almost all European. The waiters in the main restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Well done! But in the Panorama and in the Italian restaurant they did not like it at all (it was read in your face when you leave!) and mostly girls of Arab appearance. By the way, they don't understand Russian, from the word at all! Fortunately, the translator helped. At the reception in the evening, the same story, only with a translator) This is with 80% of the Russian-speaking hotel occupancy! The evening animation is just terrible, the group from Argentina is clearly not for such a level of hotel as Rixos positions itself. Daytime animation, all the guys are great! Positive, responsive people are always in a great mood! But if I ask myself the question: will I come back here again, then no. There is something to compare it with, this money is not worth it!
If you are traveling without children, then everything will be great! Great food, a huge great area, great service! You really feel like a human being in this hotel. Rixos well done, they don't eat their bread for nothing!
However, if you are traveling with children, then there is not a single slide for them, let alone a water park. There is no children's animation. The animators in the kids club are like sleepy flies. + they absolutely do not play with children. They're just being looked after. Most children stupidly play the console.
And since the children have nothing to do there, then accordingly they are forever with adults. And I would not like that on vacation.

I stayed at this hotel in November. I really enjoyed my vacation. In my opinion, it's worth the money.

- good nutrition. A good main restaurant, there is a barbecue area open for lunch and dinner (meat of various types, crabs, shrimps). There are several Ala-restaurant maps, we liked the barbecue and the Brazilian one the most, you can register yourself through the website.
- a great children's concept, the kids had fun at the club, they even hold a report concert with creative numbers

The entrance to the sea is gentle, sandy, the beach is fenced with a net from sharks and large fish. You can swim with a mask along the net or look at the fry in the bathing area, but of course it does not compare with the reef.
We lived in Laguna suit. Excellent location close to all activities. I recommend. The room is spacious, although there is only one bathroom, it is worth considering for guests with children.
A magnificent hotel in Hurghada. Excellent service, good room facilities. The mini-bar in the room was replenished daily. The territory of the hotel is large, very beautiful, well maintained. It's not a very big, clean beach. The beach staff is soooo attentive. The restaurant has a large and very diverse selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a stable on the territory, we went to feed the horses with apples - we had a lot of fun!
A great hotel for a family holiday.
It's a very large area, you can move around in golf carts, but we mostly walked. Very soon the greenery, the coastline is very slowly gaining depth, for children the most important thing is metal nets from sharks. The rooms are really huge, everything is fresh, no broken corners and dead furniture. The food is also excellent, even though the hotel is huge, we have never stood in queues for 2 weeks. Wonderful a la carte, especially Brazilian. I do not recommend going to Turkish, the food is for an amateur. This year, for the first time, we exchanged Turkey for Egypt and never regretted it. The level of service is higher, the price is 15-20 percent lower, there is no bias towards tourists from Russia.

We had a rest together, at the end of January, we really liked the service: in the main restaurant, they quickly fulfill the request, on the 2nd day they already know your preferences for drinks (try smoothies made from strawberries, guava, mango), they remove the dishes from the table without a crash and unobtrusively take 1 plate, it made me very happy, I don't want to quickly jump out and run away from the table, I was pleased with the music, classical music is playing everywhere.

We were on December 5, 2024 from Biblio globus, if in one word everything is super, the hotel is very large, all in greenery. The room is clean, the mini bar in the room is replenished every day. The food is varied, vegetables, fruits, meat in different variations, fish and Egyptian sweets, it's every day. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle. It is fenced off from fish with a net. The staff is friendly. I really liked everything.
We celebrated the new year 2025, rented a luxury villa with access to the pool and sea views, unlike ordinary villas, a very good location! The villa is located in close proximity to the sea and to all locations. For the first time in Egypt, there was decent food and high-quality alcohol.(after the last NG, we wanted to close this area for ourselves) The New Year's show was very impressive, you feel like in a fairy tale. All pools are heated in winter, which is also important. Attentive and helpful staff! We will definitely visit this hotel again!
We had a vacation with our daughter and granddaughter in December. The hotel made a very good impression. The territory is very large, clean and well maintained. The staff is smiling and always ready to help. The only drawback is that they are not very hasty. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the renovation is a bit tired. Oh, *Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas* is the standard of modesty and moderation! We had a family vacation in August 2024, and, of course, we chose a villa with a swimming pool — after all, what could be more pleasant than swimming in your own "private ocean" while it's +45°C outside? **The rooms are huge** — so much so that the children offered to hire a guide so as not to get lost between the bedroom and the mini-bar.
** The food is above all praise ** — apparently, the chef here secretly works for Michelin, but modestly keeps silent about it. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners... It seems that we ate as if we were preparing for the role of the main characters in the movie "Such a different gluttony."
**The beach is amazing** — white sand, turquoise water, and only one small "but": the reef, as it turned out, is not part of the all-inclusive package, but an exclusive ** additional surprise** on the spit. But how nice it is to remember that even nature can be rented here for some money!
**The service is excellent** — the staff is so helpful that they seem to read minds. Although, perhaps it's just the effect of the tips that we left every five minutes.
** We will definitely be back**! After all, who would turn down the chance to feel like a millionaire again, even for a week, and for an amount comparable to the budget of a small country? A wonderful hotel in Hurghada.
The service is closer to Turkish, quite at the level.
The food is not very diverse, but everything is decent and delicious. There is a grill - meat, poultry, fish - everything is cooked with you. We'll have to wait a bit, but it's quite decent. It was monotonous, but it was enough for us for a week.
There are a la carte restaurants on site. We were in Brazilian. The concept is very strange: you put the salad on yourself, everything is very limited, the meat comes and cuts you off, well, that's all. The red wine is so good.. We'd rather go to a shared restaurant. Friends were in Italian and fish (you can get into it 1 time during your vacation) - also without enthusiasm.
The sea is beautiful, the beach is not very big and not very clean. The children found some rusty nails in the sand, some kind of paper clip.. The sun beds are very close to each other. The service on the beach is excellent - a towel will be brought, all sorts of goodies will be distributed, an umbrella will be raised - well done.
Animation didn't really suit us. We did not go to the kids' club, the minidiscoe is standard, in the evening there is mostly live music. I can't even remember any shows.
There is an equestrian club on site. You can ride for money, you need to get consent at the reception and people went back and forth, because it is not mentioned anywhere. The ranch itself is a 15-minute walk, rabbits are running, roosters, dogs are hanging around, horses are in stalls, it smells nice)
We lived in a pool villa. Your own house is fine. Sometimes it was cool in the evening and we turned on the air conditioners for heating - the blocks on the roof were very noisy. I don't know why, we saved a lot on double-glazed windows and put aluminum. He was also worn out. Because of this, absolutely everything that was happening outside could be heard - who was talking where, who was swimming where, etc. We were lucky and families with small children lived next to us, we went to bed at 21-22 at the same time. And our friends with children had neighbors who were drinking and shouting obscenities for several days and no one could find justice for them. Then they sort of calmed down. Then the British came by, they met with a new force and began to have fun. In general, how lucky you are, and this aspect of luck is very sad, because everyone pays money and everyone wants to relax in different ways. PVC glazing would cover 80% of this problem.
The room cleaning is not bad. Sometimes they forgot to put something in the minibar. Well, God be with him.
The audience is diverse. There are a lot of children and many fewer couples. There were straight characters from a sketch show about rest - always drunk. It's not very pleasant. But everything is included.. Ultra is everything!
I would provide an 18+ living area for couples without children. Let them walk there as much as they want.
The panoramic bar and SPA are only 18+, would be done only with, for example, 7 years old and accompanied by adults - everyone would be pleased. And so it turns out child segregation. According to nationality, no one scares anyone, everyone is friendly.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience of the hotel. We want to go back there.
I really liked the organization of the celebration in the central restaurant on February 14th, everything was beautifully decorated and all the dishes were prepared in the shape of hearts and in pink and red tones, the women were given a rose and an unusual cocktail at the entrance to the restaurant.

The hotel, in terms of buildings and contents, as well as the interior, no longer pulls on 5 stars, the staff is diligent, but they are also tired and can afford to do something on their own.
The rooms need to be renovated, the bathroom on the first floor of building 44 smells like sewage, additional toothpaste if you run out of slippers and bathrobes need to be requested, cleaning the rooms will help get rid of dust and lint from peeling carpets. The food is good in the general restaurant Turkoise-varied and noticeably without the unnecessary chemistry of different flavor enhancers, but the a la carte restaurants disappointed with either small portions or tasteless dishes, in the Turkish restaurant the boorish waiters were either tired already, two dishes of different names differed only in the name and decoration (small fries and circles like chips on top they were made from potatoes).
The pools are small but heated, and the sand on the beach is dirty (they helped collect bottles, ice cream cups, and e-cigarette butts).
The wind in February is cold, the water in the sea is not allowed to enter.
You can come back again in a warmer season for the sake of the sea for sure, and I advise the hotel that you need updates.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of January 25. The territory is very well maintained, everything is cleaned, washed, cleaned everywhere. Flowers are growing everywhere. We lived in building 40, a very convenient location, close to restaurants, and to the spa area. The room is very spacious, 45 square meters. + balcony. Cleaning every day. Nice territory, not a dirty hotel, more or less good design, there is activity on site and a delicious restaurant. BUT even though the pools are filtered at night (by the way, it is forbidden to swim in the pools after 19:00), the child caught the rotovirus (well, just like on the Black Sea in August) and we had to be admitted to the hospital on an IV drip. Dr. Rixos brought medicines in dented boxes, which did not help at all, and he also did not provide receipts for these medicines, just a hundred dollars, there was no time to explain 🤣
The only person who really helped me there was Daniela from GestRelation, she followed us to the clinic, treated us like family, and gave the doctors there the most don't mess around (by the way, they couldn't get into the vein 8 times) I still remember her, in any hotel such an employee would be torn off with her hands. The service of the maids is very intrusive, it's worth tipping once and the staff knocks on the door several times a day, if you don't open it, they walk right into the already cleaned room, you're in the shower or they don't care. There is no $50 change at the front desk Well, that's ridiculous. There are shops on the territory where we bought something every day and were given dollars, as a result, when I used these dollars to pay for horseback riding on departure, one piece of paper was folded and I was told in a commanding tone that they would not accept such dollars, and that I should go and change..and we already have a transfer to the airport waiting at the door, you can be rude, the guests are leaving anyway 🤣

A wide sandy beach, a clean entrance to the sea (also sandy). Several large communal pools, including heated ones. If you book a bungalow, then you also have your own personal one) The hotel has its own bus stations) It is also worth noting safety - even at the entrance to the hotel, or rather to the chic entrance area, the bottoms of buses are examined with mirrors, security is located around the perimeter of the hotel, there are a lot of rescuers at the pools and at sea. There is also a spa complex, a tennis court, stables and a bunch of other things, but we didn't get there) For that, there is an incentive to come again. I highly recommend it, we were delighted!

Nice hotel. We were at 22 and 24 in July and August, it used to be better, now you can see that they save money, slightly patched up the room stock, bed linen, towels. Delicious and varied food, but compared to the year 22, there is no poached egg (there is almost no red fish, most likely the supplier's wine), there is no pickling in a Brazilian restaurant, the quality of raw grilled meat has deteriorated in the last days before our departure (delicious, but the wrong meat, probably the supplier has changed). From the advantages of the 22nd year, the ice cream was moved to the place where yoga took place, closer to the pool and the sea.
Well, buses also run not just in a circle, but with a stop at the houses inside the territory, so sometimes it is easier and faster to walk. There are no pool parties. A hedge maze has appeared, in general everything is fine, but poached eggs and pickles are not enough)

After Turkey, I was afraid to go to Hurghada, there were a lot of negative reviews about Egypt, I myself was in another hotel in 2022 - I was terribly upset.
But this hotel is different!
1. The food is above all praise, even better than in Turkey itself. Lamb, chicken, quail, shrimp, crabs, grilled fish every day. Desserts: just moderately sweet, as much as I don't like it, but I ate here, there is no abundance of cinnamon, as in Turkey, and thank God! Fruits according to the season: Agave in October is excellent, persimmon is a fairy tale, dates are divine. Alcohol is standard, I had enough.
2. There are no problems with money at all. I have a GRB Union Pay card, I withdrew money from an ATM at the airport, there is an ATM at the hotel. That's why I didn't spend a dollar, just on a visa. One disadvantage: the ATM gives out 3,000 pounds at a time, you will have to stand when withdrawing. And by the way, pounds are cheaper than people paid in dollars.
3. There are no sharks. There is a grid around the perimeter of the beach. I was worried about how I would swim if there was a net, I'm a depth lover. So, in the area of the grid, the depth of 7-8 meters was enough. There are fish, not plentifully, but there are.
4. Massages in the SPA are done by Thais and Thai people, we have come.
5. Minus: it's windy in Hurghada in October, so even if it's hot outside, this breeze spoils everything.
And yes, I forgot about the wild boars: these are such types of gazebos on the beach: you pay $ 300 (in pounds when you check out) and lie down for 4 days, they constantly carry fruits, sweets, carry alcohol, food and so on to order. It's great too!
For shopping lovers: we took a taxi for $ 25 (also included in the bill) to Senzo moll. Pharmacies, groceries, several Waikiki-type chain stores, several local shops. In general, it's great for Egypt. In the products they asked to pack mangoes in boxes, they took a dollar for a box. No one paid attention to the boxes at the airport, but we didn't show them at the check-in either))))

The hotel is on the level. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive to everything (both on the beach and in bars and restaurants). The beach is clean. Shark netting. There are 5 free a la carte restaurants on site. I will especially highlight the sea and Turkish (I advise kebabs, lamb pistols and pumpkin dessert yum-yum in it). Children's Club👍 (but lags behind the Rixy Club in Belek and Sangate). Sports events👍. 10 minutes drive from the airport. I would like, of course, a higher level of wine. In general, I recommend it.
Another special thanks for the well-trained horses and the stable at the hotel (rabbits and birds also walk there). Half an hour of horseback riding costs 30 euros, an hour - 40 euros. We took a photo session at the hotel (special thanks to photographer Lena) for shooting with a horse on the beach. Sooo aesthetically pleasing!!! Photos fly away👍👍👍
A great hotel, we had a rest 2 times, it only got better in 2 years. The service, staff, food, animation, cleanliness, and generally everything is at the top level. The best in Hurghada and operates according to the Turkish system, so the food is very tasty. The kids' club is great too

We vacationed together at this hotel in September 2024, the choice fell on this hotel based on its rating and laudatory reviews. After staying there for a week, you can sum up the results and that's what happens:
The first one! yes, the hotel is gorgeous: a well-groomed large territory, a beach with convenient access to the sea, there were always enough sunbeds on the beach (this is taking into account that we did not come to the beach before 10 a.m.), there are tides, but not critical, it was always possible to swim and swim at depth. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff: they do their job perfectly, quickly and clearly, and there are no constant requests for tips.
Secondly, as for nutrition, there are no complaints here, this is an excellent level for Egypt. You will never stay hungry, even if you are very picky about food. About premium imported alcohol....well, there are big doubts that there are only bottles from the premium, and local alcohol in them (well, it did not cause any particular complaints, in general it was expected by us).
Since the territory of the hotel is large, the most convenient buildings for living are the lagoon deluxe suite (we lived in it), everything is nearby and the beach and bars with restaurants and all the entertainment of the hotel.
The only thing we didn't know about (and we would like to know when booking) so this is what this hotel is very loved by families with young children. It seemed that there were three children per adult in the hotel. In general, there is no division in the hotel into zones for vacationers with and without children at all (in some places, of course, there were signs that the zone was 12+, but this was purely a formality and no one was looking at it). Therefore, we had to forget about a calm and quiet rest for all these 7 days that we spent there.
This is a chic hotel for a relaxing holiday in the circle of adequate (in most cases)) people. Excellent attentive service everywhere! On the beach. in the rooms. in restaurants. A wide range of locations for a snack. The show program (although sometimes monotonous, but you can entertain yourself and distract yourself). The children didn't bother. The hotel is good. The rooms, the service, the food are just great. But there are sooooo many small children. Endless screaming, crying. You come to take a break from the hustle and bustle, and then there's crying from all sides. There are practically no 18+ zones. It's not even about the children, but about the indifference of the parents. The child yells at the parents anyway, they are busy with their own affairs. In short, forget about a quiet, comfortable vacation. Cry everywhere on the beach, in the restaurant, in the alyakar, in electric cars and even in the sea. When checking into the room, pay attention to the TV, plumbing lamps, etc. otherwise, questions may arise at check-out, and your luggage will be taken hostage. That's what happened to us. We hardly watch TV, and there were problems with the TV in the room, which we drew the attention of the relevant hotel services. The main restaurant is large, there are many tables both in the hall and on the street, there is enough space for everyone. There is live music in the restaurant in the evenings. The food is varied: porridges in the morning, pancakes, waffles, omelets, yoghurts, cheeses, sausages, sweets; at lunch there are always soups, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Every day the restaurant has seafood, chicken, turkey, rolls (though not particularly tasty). Alcohol is not "burnt". And I would especially like to mention the rooms in the hotel. I don't know about the rest of the rooms, but they put us in a huge villa with pools. These are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and hallways with walk-in closets, and terraces overlooking the pools, a huge living room and dining room. It was a thrill. There is simply nothing to find fault with: clean, comfortable, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. No swans to make up for the flaws. There were simply no disadvantages. Clean new bed linen and snow-white towels that were changed every day. Beach towels are available at each pool on the sun beds, and by the sea the guys come up and hand them out. The hotel has its own botanical garden, tennis court and stable. In November, additional buildings were being built on the neighboring territory from Hurghada. This did not interfere with the vacationers in any way. It's just that there will be even more places for tourists soon. Although the territory is so huge that small buses run through it between villas, buildings and the beach. And it takes a couple of days to remember the way to the beach and the restaurant. The first we were settled on different floors, although they wrote that we should share everything nearby, the second, when checking in, I, as their colleague, and also asked one tourist, IF THERE ARE AVAILABLE ROOMS, we CAN UPGRADE the CATEGORY, the manager said there are rooms, but alas I cannot, but if you pay $ 100 per night from each family , it's like with a discount for a colleague, no problem, but the tourists who flew with us, they themselves offered an abgrade, they refused to pay and they just gave them that number, that is, they did not give us in principle because they decided that we are solvent and we can be beaten out of money. The third was given the farthest hull from the sea. Fourth, we checked in at 19 o'clock, that is, the rooms should have been ready, but there were no accessories for the child in our room, although everything was stated and should be, and even towels were laid out for two, after I asked to bring baby hygiene products, I waited almost a day, (pot,,slippers, shampoo, etc.). Fifth, some very nasty creatures are crawling in our room and they are all over the room and moreover, the floors have not been washed for a very long time, the child peed (there is no pot) I wiped the floors with napkins, they were black. Sixth, my brother had a doctor and until I came up, they did not even try to make any compliment, after my request they brought 6 balloons put on the bed and the inscription happy birthday, and made us a reserve in the barbecue restaurant, which is already free for us, well, we have been here for the third day and we still haven't been settled next to each other and everyone says yes, today at three o'clock in the afternoon, this is the most terrible management staff of this hotel chain that I have ever seen, horror!

I liked the hotel. Great food, live music at restaurants, dancing by the pool, yoga, a huge beach. The downside was a sooo long check-in, after a long flight with children, I didn't have the strength at all, and I had to wait 2.5 hours for the keys on the respawn. Moreover, not only we waited, some Russian guys who arrived on the morning flight waited twice as long. Europeans, unlike Russians, were settled as they arrived, and it was disgusting.
