The rooms are somewhere between a Radisson and a Hilton. It requires cosmetic repairs. Delicious breakfasts, an extensive selection. There is a pleasant atmosphere inside. Parking is not very convenient. There are many attractions nearby

Terrible hotel. The staff is changing, there is almost no permanent team. Two scoops and two brooms for such a hotel. There is no dysenfection. The administration is irresponsible, everything is done with one rag and the toilet is washed and immediately the doors are full of tables.

The hotel lives up to its name. The service is on the level. The staff is trained and friendly, which is not strange for Astana, but also responsive. I was at an event in a restaurant - the cuisine is super, the waiters are like on roller skates, they serve quickly. Respect and respect

Very nice hotel, quiet rooms. There is not enough ventilation, you have to open the window to ventilate. SPA with a swimming pool and three types of saunas – great! The food is delicious, but very expensive.

I didn't live in the hotel, but I had VIP guests. Everything is on the level. Great lobby, cool Irish bar (the musicians are the best in town!). And I would like to note separately perhaps the best and only summer venue of its kind in Astana!

Now we stop only here! The staff is very helpful. all issues are resolved instantly. I haven't seen many such breakfasts anywhere! The SPA center is simply amazing! Well, an Irish pub with the opportunity to smoke a cigarette with coffee is worth a lot!
