Nice beach and there is a bar nearby,
Everything you need for the beach is there,
The disadvantages are:
1) the sea is knee-deep
2) there is no sand or stones in the sea, but just some kind of clay
3) the beach is not noticeable and is being cleaned, mud and crab remains are everywhere

Great place!!! We did not live in the hotel itself, we came to the water park and amusement park. You pay for the entrance and voila... Slides, carousels, Ferris wheel and much more are available without additional charges, even if you roll up to 🤢 food prices are affordable, clean, well maintained. We are delighted and definitely recommend you to visit!

We queued at the reception for 40 minutes to check in! 40 minutes! A deposit of 50,000 tenge is not a good idea. Few people carry cash with them. The room smelled unpleasant and stank of sewage. The robes are small. There are no children's robes. There is no shaving kit. There is only one toothbrush in the room, although the room is double, two adults and two children were checked in. Paper cups in the room are somehow not very serious. The rooms are really not very well cleaned, the balconies have dusty railings. The food is monotonous, not particularly tasty. There is practically no seafood. Fish is the cheapest, mackerel. There is no other one! Of the other food, only chicken and turkey. It seems to be a lot, but in fact it is the same, it is difficult to find a delicious dish, especially no salads. There were children with us, they didn't want to eat what was in the restaurant. We wanted to take the fruit with us to the room - the guards took it away, threatened with fines. It is unclear for what?

Great hotel, just amazing.
Everything is at the highest level, especially I would like to mention the SPA, a masseur named Nazim the magician, after his massage I want to breathe deeply. Just a magical hotel, everything is clean everywhere , the food is delicious , I recommend it .

We have been vacationing as a family for 2 weeks since the beginning of July, to say that we really liked everything is to say nothing! Starting from the meeting of the guests and ending with the send-off-everything is fine! The staff is polite, responsive, the choice of food is excellent, even for picky children and adults there is something to eat! The animation for children is wonderful, the aquacenter and the theme park deserve special attention! The room is cleaned daily! We will be happy to come to you again, but please think about direct flights from Siberia😀

All that was missing was the sea - cold, smelly with hydrogen sulfide, with a muddy bottom, slightly salted water - this is not the sea. Only this clouded and did not let you relax.

We are currently resting at the hotel. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. Everything is just perfect, from food, drinks and ending with children's entertainment. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I have not seen a better place to relax with children, although I have been to many places. I definitely recommend it.

Overall, everything is fine. The waiters are excellent, they clean the room well, they solve problems at the reception, the kids' club is wonderful. But there are comments for the Rixos level: the lawn is dried up, there are periodically no necessary drinks at the pool bar - they run out, the same with lemonades in the bar on the 1st floor.

The rest is great. The system is ultra-exclusive, friendly staff, an amusement park, a children's club, a super pool with sea water and heating. But there is no sea as such - the water is cold. If you are not confused by the replacement of the sea with an Infinity pool - here you are!

Great vacation. The rooms are gorgeous. There were bathrobes for children, slippers, a washcloth, shampoos, gels, and even brought my husband a razor with shaving cream. A chic water park theme park. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. There are porridges for children and soups. I recommend 100%

We stayed at the hotel from August 1 to August 7.
I'll probably start with the cons:
The room has a fairly small assortment of mini-bars. There are water bottles that cannot be opened without a bottle opener, but there is none(. There is a kettle, but no mugs. Our room was on the 5th floor and perhaps because of this, the hot water pressure was minimal. The hotel's entertainment program is also minimal.
Now the positive points:
A large saltwater pool where there are always free sun loungers. Relax heated swimming pool. One of the very pleasant things is unlimited access to the water park and amusement park + a quick pass. For 18+, only good alcohol. Friendly staff. Everyone speaks Russian.
