I am currently staying at this hotel! Have you seen anywhere in any 5-star hotel, in any riksos, so that there is no beer in the minibar, for example? No? I didn't see it either! In the minibar, for example, there is only water, cola and iced tea. That's it!!! Nothing more! There are more in any four in Turkey. There is only one bar, which has a very poor selection of drinks.
From the food in the restaurant. Very few fruits. There is not enough meat. There is no mutton at all. There are few fish and then only mackerel. There has never been a red fish, but I would like some salted salmon or trout for breakfast.
The animation works very poorly. Boring!
I don't advise anyone.

The room has a heat of 28°. Complaints to the reception do not help, they refuse to turn it on in plain text. We came to Kazakhstan and Aktau for the first time. Flight across the Caspian Sea, wonderful mountains. The transfer met us at the airport and quickly boarded a comfortable double-decker bus with air conditioning and darkened windows in 40 minutes. We arrived at the hotel admiring the picturesque semi-desert and looking at the camels walking freely everywhere. From the very first minute, the hotel captivated us with a fountain that looked like a huge staircase with flowing water. All the staff met us at the entrance, the saxophone was playing, fresh juice was poured into glasses, the fragrance of roses standing in vases was fragrant, the first impression will forever be remembered in my heart.
