Dialogues with the manager who accepts the order are a separate topic. The person is absolutely not interested, does not understand what is wanted from him. 3. On March 8, they sent a bouquet of a completely different color in a completely different package. They wanted a bouquet in a white and pink hum, they sent a burgundy-gray one, it looked gloomy. They said it was a florist's mistake. They didn't even apologize, they didn't try to solve the issue in any way. When they asked for at least a discount on the next order, they agreed, as a result, the discount turned out to be 10p for delivery. 4. The quality of the colors leaves much to be desired. Bouquets cost a maximum of 4 days, no matter what you do with them. On day 2, the stems are already rotting.

The bouquet was brought to the restaurant 20 minutes earlier than the stated time, which I should pay attention to. We weren't supposed to be there yet, and the organizers understood that. I had to take my word for it and pay for the bouquet through erip. I was able to check the exact amount only in the morning, which shocked me!!!! There were no more than 80 roses INSTEAD OF 171. I did this because I expected a bouquet of the appropriate size for 225 rubles. When contacting the group to exchange a bouquet or refund money, the buddies behaved disinterestedly and tried to expose the culprit from me, guided by the fact that it was necessary to check the bouquet in advance (for which I already understood the reason) and 171 roses they meant it TURNS OUT to BE an APPROXIMATE NUMBER!!! I'm shocked guys! I don't recommend this store to anyone, although there is only one guy from the staff who is adequate and ready to enter into a dialogue. Don't make my mistake - check the bouquets!

To my question, "how can you treat your work like this?" The answer was "you can come and we will arrange for you on the spot" Is this bullying? Where to come? At night?
