It was with great pleasure that I visited this wonderful Japanese restaurant, and my expectations were more than met.
From the very entrance, we were greeted by an atmosphere of Asian comfort and warmth. The interior of the restaurant is thought out to the smallest detail – every detail creates the feeling that you are in Japan.
The menu is a real work of art! I tried the ramen, and it was just incredible: fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared rice, and amazing sauces. The takoyaki was impeccable- delicious and tender.
The service is top–notch - the smiling waiters know their business and are always ready to help with the choice.
I recommend this place to all lovers of Japanese cuisine. If you want to enjoy the authentic flavors of Japan, this is the place for you!
Don't miss the chance to try "ramen" – this dish will leave you absolutely delighted!
I will definitely come back again!
😊👍
It's great that there is a Japanese restaurant in Minsk. We visited and were satisfied. One of the advantages is that there are normal Japanese dishes (without sushi and sashimi, which is usually associated with Japan). Everything was delicious and served quickly. There is a stylization of tables in Japanese and European styles (everyone chooses what he likes best). In general, a pleasant place.
It's a great place, it's not the first time we've had a rest.
The staff is always polite and attentive.
The atmosphere is wonderful. Everything is clean and cozy.
All the dishes taste amazing. The pitch is simple but beautiful
I recommend visiting this place, to plunge into the atmosphere of Japan, and the design and cuisine of the restaurant
I really liked the place. We tried many dishes: everything is very tasty. Tender, juicy tempura shrimp, I especially liked the Ramen, although I ate it in a childish version, but the broth itself is great. The interior is pleasant, unusual, Japanese, the low tables are especially atmospheric.
We took standard ramen and kara-aga,
we liked everything very much, the food was juicy, the combination of flavors, everything was super pleasant!!
The staff is pleasant, friendly, a girl served us, told us everything, was attentive!)
I highly recommend it!
It's a nice place, my young man liked the food, even though he doesn't like Asian cuisine) He praised the ramen the most, those who like the taste of smoked meat will definitely come in. I advise you to try the local cider, sweet and rich taste. As for the menu, there's not much choice yet, but everything is fresh and delicious. It was nice to see personal hygiene products in the bathroom (cotton swabs, pads, cotton pads), small things, but such attentiveness pleases. Of course, they didn't calculate the price, they spent more than they thought (they hadn't looked at the prices before). They don't have enough suitable music for a full atmosphere and it's possible to redesign the menu, otherwise everything was great, the evening was successful
The food is delicious enough, not all of it! But overall it's delicious. The staff is friendly, which is very cool. The service flows from there, everything is fine. The atmosphere is pleasant. Special thanks for the umbrellas on the ceiling. In general, it's a good place that I would recommend going to.
It's a very curious place. Japanese music and traditional tables create an atmosphere) Ramen is really the best of those that we tried in Minsk. We are also pleased with the periodic activities (meetings, tastings) in this institution. You can always find a reason to stop by.
An interesting place, we went specifically to taste their cuisine. The interior is atmospheric, clean, fast service. We ordered an interesting tasting place, went according to reviews specifically to taste their version of Yaron cuisine. The interior is atmospheric, clean, fast service. We ordered a tasting set to try the main dishes.
The ramen was very rich, thick, it had never been tasted anywhere, you couldn't eat a lot of it. Cucumber salad is very sour to my taste, we tried it tastier. Deep-fried chicken fillet - it doesn't look like chicken at all, like pork trimmings, I didn't like it. Takoyaki is not my dish at all, it smells strongly of fish and has a sharp unpleasant taste from tuna chips. The geuza were delicious, especially with chicken and cheese. Kakuni is a soft stewed pork in a sweet sauce, we really liked it. The dessert is magical - a delicate pudding. Delicious lemonades.
In general, a good place to explore Japanese cuisine, you need to try everything to choose your dish.
A cozy restaurant with its own twist. I am not a particular fan of Asian cuisine myself, but I was satisfied with the visit, the dishes are delicious and satisfying. The restaurant has two table options, European and Japanese.
Excellent ramen, gorgeous broth, onigiri with tuna are also excellent. The waiters are 10,000 out of 100, the staff is as pleasant as possible. The interior is very beautiful, the music is perfectly matched.
Of the minuses, the prices bite a little (tempura shrimp with vegetables 28 rubles for 2 shrimp and 6 pieces of vegetables in tempura), but ramen is definitely worth the money
A very atmospheric place with friendly staff. The ramen is very tasty and satisfying. Geuse, something like fried dumplings, is delicious, but generally ordinary dumplings. Takoyaki are balls of dough with mussels, for an amateur, but it was interesting to try. A nice bonus was to find out that the chef himself, the owner of the establishment, prepared them for us.
There is no sushi here, we recommend this place for those who want to taste something new from Japanese cuisine.
Insanely beautiful and atmospheric cafe
The staff deserves special attention: polite, friendly and insanely pleasant service
The food is at the highest level, the word has been to Japan
Our friends told us about this restaurant for the first time, and they highly recommended it. Upon arrival, we received a pleasant atmosphere, very friendly service, and excellent food.
I recommend it to everyone, the authenticity of Japanese traditions is preserved here!
It's a very unusual place. If you've been dreaming of visiting Japan for a long time, then you don't have to buy an expensive plane ticket. Not far from the national library, you can taste the unique flavor of this amazing country.
An amazing restaurant!!! Very tasty food, interesting cocktails. Polite waiters will tell you everything. Beautiful setting, very atmospheric! The ramen has a delicious thick broth.
an incredibly pleasant authentic place. It's quiet, like in a library, despite the large number of visitors, they communicate in low voices here. against the background of lofi with Japanese motifs. sitting on the floor without shoes is more comfortable than it seems at first glance. suitable for a delicious dinner and meditation.
A pleasant cafe. Polite and helpful staff. I liked the atmosphere and the music, one complements the other.
The food is delicious, I especially liked the ramen, not the first ramen that I ate, but the first one that I wanted to order more.
I've been a regular guest here for a couple of years now. I love Daria's place very much, but I have to be objective. It is necessary to competently get to the days when her Japanese husband cooks, because Belarusians, to put it mildly, do not know how to cook Japanese dishes. I always take Ramen and Takoyaki here 90% of the time. It's hard to spoil ramen because the recipe is strict, so when there's no Japanese in the kitchen, I only take it. But when he's in the kitchen, I always advise you to take Takoyaki! They turn out just like in Japan, one-on-one! I highly recommend it!
A wonderful place! This is the second time we have come here. The last time was a year ago for a birthday. This time they came for a seasonal dessert, but unfortunately, it was not available (it is better to check the availability in the restaurant in advance). We tried the pudding dessert with machcha. I highly recommend it! Delicate, airy, very easy to eat. There is just a wonderful machcha in the dessert itself.
They also took Japanese curry. The vegetables are not softened at all, and the sauce just conquered. The spices gave a slightly burning effect. Portions are just the thing!
I strongly advise you to visit this place! I'm sure it won't disappoint.
The food is authentic. Literally. Everything is cooked properly. The entourage is appropriate. Very friendly and welcoming. Great. Special thanks to Angelina. I recommend it!
Excellent Japanese cuisine, no sushi. Ramen, takoyaki and geuza are especially good. They are definitely worth a try.
The place is becoming more popular, so I recommend calling ahead and booking a table. You can also choose a Japanese or European gym.
Nothing special. The expectation was not fulfilled. It seems that all those who speak with enthusiasm about this institution have never been anywhere else! The service is below average, again there is something to compare it with. The menu looks like a decoration from a children's magazine, it's interesting but nothing is clear. You can ask the waiter, but you will not find a more boring description of the dishes from him anywhere else. Well, about the kitchen itself! Is the cook definitely from Japan?? Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. I've been to Japan, tried the local cuisine. Where did he cook? Where did he learn to cook? I think the questions will remain unanswered! I've never tasted worse than ramen! The rest of the dishes are about the same. There are places in Minsk where the oriental cuisine is really excellent and the staff is well trained! But this is definitely not about sakaguchi!
A strange place that positions itself as a restaurant, but in fact it is Saigon zhdanovichi with the price tag of the restaurant) I ordered ramen and pork, the ramen was carried for 30 minutes, when the whole company brought two hot ones (each!) for 15-20 minutes, I waited for my unfortunate soup for half an hour. Then everyone was waiting for me.Ramen is very loudly said, the noodles tasted like spaghetti, the egg was cold, the broth was slightly warm. The question is what could be cooked for 30 minutes.? There were only two people in the hall besides us, who came much later. I had to ask for hot pork with me, because they carried it for 50 minutes. To taste, three pieces of pork for 30 rubles.... The waiter is as uncommunicative as possible, amused by the picture of hugging the administrator with the cook in the hall and their further discussion of some business in the hall, right in front of the guests (us).I sincerely hope that the cook has washed his hands. As a result, I wanted to leave the institution as quickly as possible, which was hotter to take with me. I hope my review will save someone from false expectations about this place, because today, going to a Japanese restaurant, there were many plans and hopes. Separately, I would like to advise the owners of the establishment to go to restaurants in Minsk (the same Dialogues or O'da in the next building) and borrow work experience from meeting guests to serving dishes. About tips.... they were not left because of zero service, the service in the dining room is even better.
One of the most delicious ramen in Minsk! 🔥Friendly staff, excellent location and themed interior allow you to get the most vivid emotions and impressions from visiting this place! ✨🙌
It's not a bad place. In the kitchen, the code was there, not all positions were there and not everything went to taste, but on the whole it was not bad. The place is interesting and pleasant. The staff is friendly. Tips can be left on the card, which I consider a big plus, because I rarely carry cash with me
It was terrible. It's the worst place I've ever seen.
The food is mediocre, the service is the same, the poor waiters walk around in shabby T-shirts, they looked very untidy, and sleepy as flies they confuse orders. Some tables were cleaned up in a good way, but apparently they didn't do it for the sake of money, and dirty boxes and men with bare legs were carried through us.
And when they asked for a transfer, they told us that the hall was full when it was half empty. We stayed there for two hours and the hall was still not full. That is, in fact, it was possible to transfer, but who is interested in the inconvenience of the visitor. One dish was refused because the garbage from the box fell there, but it was put on the bill for us.
And the fact that this is real Japanese food, as my Japanese friends said, is a bad copy of Japanese cuisine. And we were very surprised that this food is prepared by a Japanese man himself.
But the cherry on the cake is the hostess of the establishment. I have never met such an unstable owner.
Honestly, we remember our trip with horror. Don't go there anymore, and I don't advise you to.
After reading good reviews and an online article about this institution, my wife and I decided to visit Sakaguchi. We definitely won't go there a second time and I don't recommend it to others. Anyone can cook in the kitchen there, but not this Japanese. The atmosphere there is certainly interesting, but the service is very long, and the cuisine is extremely mediocre with a very high price tag. Ramen is asked for 34 rubles for a small plate, the taste of the broth is so-so, but instead of noodles (preferably handmade for this money) they put spaghetti and call it a worthy alternative!!! Takoyaki are not crispy from the outside and instead of being stringy inside, they are generally raw. There are simply no Japanese drinks (made in Japan, such as beer, etc.).
A good place, very tasty, but the staff can not cope, the order must be waited for. Interesting design: there is an area with low tables for those who want to sit on their knees or in a lotus for more immersion. I would love to go to such an institution in St. Petersburg.
A good place for connoisseurs of Asian culture and dishes. I managed to go here for the company, I really liked the interior and the fact that the staff immediately noticed my lost appearance because I was looking for a table with a friend :They can also tell you a little bit about the dishes. In general, it is interesting, tasty, satisfying and cozy.
This is the first time I am writing a review about the place we visited. I never thought that I would do something like this. But reading the reviews, you realize that those who wrote them have never been to this restaurant. Or it's basically their first restaurant.
In order:
1) we have pre-booked a table in the "Japanese Hall". According to the photos on Instagram, it looked like there were really two different halls, but in fact there were two small sections, one of which was located next to the entrance. And it gave the impression of a passing yard.
2) There are too many tables in a relatively small area, and, accordingly, a lot of people. Sometimes it seemed as if we were not in a Japanese restaurant, but on a food court in one of the malls.
3) We looked at the menu on Instagram in advance. And it would be fine, even if only slightly, the price tags have already risen in comparison with the publication on Instagram (although the information could already be updated). We arrive, the menu is already on the tables, and no one warns that you cannot order from the menu. There is no information either on social networks or from the waiters, who later simply put us in front of the fact. And this is despite the fact that the menu itself is meager.
4) We waited for the order for about 40 minutes, while those who came not much earlier or later than us are brought earlier.
5) The order (dishes) is taken out within 5 minutes - I came with my girlfriend, and in theory, it is wrong to take out one earlier than the other.
6) I liked the food, but as for me, it should have been at least a little more in quantity, given the price tag and waiting time. And I think it's not about trying to follow the aesthetics of the restaurant at all.
7) Cocktails were prepared for us quickly, but this, to put it mildly, is absolutely not what was in the description: akatsuki (red wine and cola) tasted like watered-down wine and sakura - also watered-down rose wine with incomprehensible tasteless spices on the rim of the glass.
8) Saturday evening is a "rush hour" for the restaurant, when the chef and the owner of the restaurant must be present, who, in my understanding, would have to solve problems as they arrive. But they were not there, Instagram was "dead" at that time, and the waiters themselves have to explain why the working time on the Internet is written "before 22", but in fact - at 21, and the kitchen does not accept orders after 20.10.
I treat the Japanese with great love and respect, knowing, among other things, about their hard work, perfectionism towards the business they are engaged in. But in fact, a beautiful picture on Instagram and Online has little to do with the reality that we saw last night. I'm afraid such a place wouldn't last long in Japan itself. I really hope that everything described above will be taken into account, and not as before, responding to negative reviews in a rude tone, or ignoring them altogether.
An interesting place, you need to visit it. An interesting concept, cute design, the atmosphere of Japan ...
But, unfortunately, for me, this place is for one time, because I like to eat more than design)
I can't say that the dishes delighted me - 5 out of 10. I admit, I expected a little more. But again, it tastes of color.
The food is very tasty and beautifully served. But there are questions about the booking service. We booked a table in advance to celebrate a birthday with the condition that it was near the window and not on the aisle. Unfortunately, the table turned out to be at the front door when there were free tables in another hall.
Very bad. They are served very quickly, that is, they do not cook anything to order, but heat it (I would not be surprised if it is in the microwave). Of the five dishes, only one is really tasty - salmon with avocado. Chicken wings in a puddle of sauce poured on a plate. Ramen is like pea soup. The worst of all was beef with rice - a very ugly and tasteless dish that we tried, but did not eat. He was shamelessly included in the bill. There was no apology, no offer to compensate in any way. Utter disappointment.
Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks. Pleasant communication with the staff, always ready to prompt and help. The most delicious ramen and the most delicious geusa
Autumn is delicious. She recently returned from Japan, but it was as if she had never returned. The food tastes the same. It's cozy and pleasant.
But the waiter service leaves much to be desired
I was
very upset by the food itself — the broth in the ramen is rich, you can't say anything, but pasta instead of noodles said it all)) in addition to the pile of pasta, the ramen seemed to be unfinished: one piece of pork, half a egg, some chopped mushrooms and green onions. Xs who comes there to try this ramen from all over the world, in Minsk you can find it much more interesting and for a more pleasant price.
the service left an unpleasant aftertaste, in a part of the hall with Japanese tables
, such things are very blowing out of the windows!
A very interesting, atmospheric place with very tasty cuisine. I love the local ramen and yucca salmon. You can also not only eat here, but also get to the evenings about Japan
The place looks very cozy, the staff is extremely pleasant. The dishes are very unusual and arouse interest. A friend's favorite place, he recommended it, the impressions from the entrance are excellent)
I've wanted to go to this cafe for a long time, but I live in Vitebsk, I don't visit Minsk so often, but I decided to come for my birthday
The place is very beautiful and atmospheric, the food is delicious, most of all I liked the ramen and machcha pudding
Thank you Anastasia for the courtesy and friendly service)
A wonderful restaurant for sweet spiritual gatherings with family and friends! Everything is homemade, delicious and unusual! First we went in with a friend, and then we celebrated a family celebration for 10 people. And we will come back again!))
The place is fire!!! Everything is very beautifully decorated, the songs are very sweet and pleasant) The cook cooks very tasty, the food itself is unusual 😲
The waiter was a very nice girl)
If it were 10 stars, I would put it!!!
We came to try ramen. I liked the service and the atmosphere. Everything is on the level. The dish is not bad, I liked the quality and taste. A very thick, rich version with pork. I would rate it at 8/10, but unfortunately it absolutely does not match the price. Therefore, it will be an extremely rare entertainment to try this recipe. Very expensive. The most expensive ramen that I ate out of all the options in Minsk.
Very tasty food and an interesting idea
Atmospheric facilities and friendly staff
We came with a friend to try Japanese cuisine, ordered a tasting set
The sweet waitress showed and told everything
I liked that I was also joking, and not only waiting tables :)
Everything was very tasty and satisfying
I will definitely come on a date with my husband)
The staff and the atmosphere are super: beautiful, polite, friendly.
There are questions about food: quite a small selection, in subjective opinion - not very tasty.
I ordered tempura (pictured). The menu says a set with vegetables and shrimp. As a result, 2 shrimp "in batter", the rest is vegetables. It would seem that it is not so. But like... more was expected.
The biggest fried vegetable is onion, which falls apart too much.
In general, for food 2, for service 100 out of 10.
A wonderful restaurant with a very beautiful design and a cozy atmosphere. The food is very beautiful, and the taste of the dishes is unique. I advise everyone!
The most delicious rasen in Minsk and mb in Belarus. We went to a festive set in honor of the other restaurant - it was disappointing, only the mochi were delicious. If you want to eat delicious ramen, come here. For the rest, no
