They position themselves as a cool restaurant. In fact, an ordinary clean cafe. The staff tries to be friendly, they were greeted, but they did not say goodbye and did not give out clothes. The food is quite tasty, but the sauce in the salad and pike cutlets were too salty. The cook must have fallen in love. I was very surprised by the toilet! A roll of paper towels hung on a nail by the door. Excuse me, but you're not a train station diner!!! Please play the role of the restaurant to the end.
I was also in Brest at the cafe "Night, lantern", where the waiters are much more friendly and delicious, and in the bathroom there is aromatization, music, an automatic garbage bucket and dispensers. I hope the restaurant management will correct the shortcomings.

They were on August 4, 2023, on the advice of the locals. We ordered two filet mignon. They brought meat cut out for fillets from incomprehensible parts of a cow, one piece also stank. After my remark, the waiter Ruslan disappeared for five minutes, after which he brought free ice cream (so-so in appearance), apologized and removed the dishes from the bill. I regret that I did not call the cook to find out how I was smart enough to do this. I highly recommend it, we ruined the whole impression of the city.

It is quite a decent restaurant for Brest. Good menu, everything is delicious. Of the cons:
- lack of private parking
- they do not go to the meeting and even at 13.45 they will not accept an order for the main menu of the shopping center until 14.00 they have a breakfast menu.
- they cook for a long time.

It was before the new Year. Beautiful atmosphere. Borscht in which sour cream is already mixed disappointed(either they save money, or the chef decided so, but this idea was not pleasant to me), the saddest thing was that the second was served at the same time, and it cooled down while I was eating the first. I probably should have warned the waiter right away that I don't eat cold, but if I knew... I was pleased with the dessert charlotte with a pear- the most delicate cupcake, it was a success.

The service and interior are excellent. You can put the car there without any problems. Very tasty dishes. I will especially highlight the salad with chicken breast, avocado and nut dressing, as well as spicy Thai soup. I made a mistake in my choice only once - risotto with chum tartare, mint and mashed edamame, for an amateur. Take the white wine safely, I haven't tried the red one.

The interior is very beautiful, the background music matches. The waiters are on top. Very tasty cocktails. Kitchen.. There are interesting dishes. The chicken salad with nut sauce would be five if the lettuce leaves were replaced with a crisper salad and tomatoes with cherries.

I didn't like the food. A piece of severely undercooked meat (no, no one warned, no, no one asked) and 4 small pieces of potatoes (seriously?) with a piece of leek, apparently, with a sauce whose name I can't remember.
The meat is tasteless. No spices. But I ate, yes, because I've been without food all day.
By the way, why do you have such blunt knives?
Spicy Thai soup is nothing special.
From the good, only the location (and this is exactly the same, that's why we came in) and the service - the waiter guys are working, it's noticeable.

I will not comment on the cuisine and the quality of the dishes of this institution in my review. On August 4, 2022, the family left Minsk after lunch, on the recommendations of friends of Brest residents, immediately booked a table by phone, it was hot, asked if there was a terrace in the restaurant, we were 3 adults and 2 children, the girl said that there was a table on the terrace, while not saying that it was for smokers. We found out about this fact when we went up into a smoky room, there was nothing to breathe. Turning around, we went downstairs. The waiter guy showed us an empty table. We finally sat down, but it was too early to be happy. The second waiter came, the one who led us to the terrace, without a badge, nevertheless, after our question, he introduced himself as Alexey, the administrator, and refused us service, because of our shorts. To be honest, this was the first time we encountered such an attitude towards the guests, it was very unpleasant. In the end, I want to ask one question, why does one waiter put us at an empty table, and the other throws us out?

Traditions, classics, thank God without burgers. Perfect for a date or a business lunch. Coffee, as in the entire Santa Rest chain, is terrible, and it's sad. It is a pity that impenetrable amateurs and French lovers are involved in solving such issues/Italian roast (read:overcooked garbage).
But still 5 stars, you don't have to drink coffee here)

We were in a restaurant with a large company, ordered half the menu, no dish is delicious, borscht is disgusting, alcohol is generally a separate horror ... we sat near the entrance to the kitchen and watched the staff disassembly ... it would be better to learn to cook and serve ... dessert did not even try. There was also an interesting moment, they wanted to order soup in bread, they said it was not available, after 20 minutes several such soups were carried past us. Is it for the elite? In general, a solid 1.

I was upset by the dress code, it was cool outside, we were frozen, we wanted to leave the vests (the jackets were handed over to the wardrobe), but they forced us to take off the vests too.

When we arrived, everything was fine, clean, and the waiters looked very neat.The portions were small and the dishes tasteless.We ordered pancakes and asked not to put venison.We were told that regular pancakes with sour cream are only for CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD.What if I'm allergic to venison???Then they brought us the medallions, it's a separate song altogether.There were splintered bones in the medallions, it was possible to choke.There were a lot of onions.
I do not recommend it, the rating is unfairly overestimated.
