This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel.Cozy, clean, courteous staff.This year, the improvement in nutrition and the improvement of the hotel's territory are very noticeable.We had a rest from January 11 to January 21.The food was delicious and varied.There were bars on the beach, beer and cocktails were quite decent and of high quality. The beach is clean, the weather was good, but after sunset it's cool to swim.The sea is magnificent and clean.We dived with masks, we couldn't take our eyes off the fish, the corals, the beauties.There is a pool with slides, heated for children.There is an outdoor tennis court, billiards and table tennis.Live music and entertainment programs in the evenings.I would like to note that there is no plastic in the rooms, everything is made of stone and wood, and you sleep well.The only thing is that Wi-Fi is paid))), but you don't really need it all day at sea, it's only free in the reception lobby.In general, we were satisfied this time too.

I really liked the hotel - in 2013, all the things for a full-fledged resort were collected in this place. One of the best reefs of Sharm al Sheikh, many well-equipped pools, lots of greenery of palm trees and bushes of southern plants with bright flowers, conveniently located hotel buildings stylized in Moorish style, spacious, quiet, clean rooms with large beds. Delicious and varied food in the comfortable dining rooms. And all this wealth is within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel in October for 6 nights, I liked it.

Beautiful architecture, spacious territory, there are water slides, "tired" rooms. The food is not very diverse and yet you will not be hungry. There are meat, fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables, cakes and drinks. All meals are included. The sea is beautiful, very salty, there are many different fish. There is no large beach, the entrance is from a pontoon, but it is short - this is a plus, because the depth is immediately. Technically, there are two 4 and 5 star hotels on the territory, respectively, but the only difference is in the rooms that are worse on the edge, better in the center. I rested for 7 days in October 2024. An old tired room stock. The room was cleaned only if you tell the reception a couple of times. The chairs in the restaurant are almost all sagging. The food is delicious and varied. But there were absolutely no olives, it was even strange. Lots of delicious sweets. Of the fruits, there were always only grapefruits, oranges, bananas a couple of times, melon, grapes and pomegranate once each. Drinking water is provided in unlimited quantities. Friendly staff. But I was completely disappointed with the pontoon bridge in order to get into the sea and swim. The bridge is all shaken up. unstable, it was very difficult to climb back onto the bridge from the water. As a result, out of 7 days, I swam only 2 times at depth, and only floundered near the shore in the "frog house". Of course, the most important thing was the sun and the sea!!!But I can't recommend this hotel to my friends.

I rested for the first time in this Hotel from July 14 to July 21, 2024. I really LIKED the location and the ENTIRE infrastructure of the Hotel!!! It felt like I was already here.The territory is large and very Beautiful, green. They put me in room 2120. Very cozy apartment, Cleaned every other day, I asked myself not to clean every day. The biggest impression is the Sea, just 100m away. I liked the beach, the sand, sun beds with mattresses, a towel is provided ... There is a swimming pool near the beach. If the Red Sea is boring, the pool is nearby., The sea is clean, the sandy shore, It felt like I was in Paradise!!! I had Everything Turned On! Therefore, the rest was 5+!!! I really liked the food. They didn't leave me hungry.... Fish, meat, fruits, etc ... everything was in stock. You can sign up for 3 restaurants and visit it in the evening. The Atmosphere and Aura of the Hotel is Very Favorable! I went on an excursion to the City of Charlemagne el Sheikh. I really liked it! If you need excursions, everything is discussed with a Guide and a ticket is bought. I liked the staff, they are good-natured, smiling. Of course, you also need to have a person to yourself, behave appropriately. Although I read negative reviews about this Hotel, but when I arrived here I was in a Great Mood Every day! We stayed at this hotel from October 28 to November 5 with a family of 2 adults, a child of 9 years old. Booked on booking.com . The cost is 68,000 rubles, all inclusive. Paid in cash upon arrival. A driver met us at the airport. The transfer was paid for additionally.
The first coastline, a beautiful coral reef with fish, a small sandy beach. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there are several swimming pools. A pool with slides on a trip to the hotel, went with my daughter a couple of times, were almost alone.
The staff is very friendly, the Russian-speaking girl Oksana was always ready to help us at the reception. The food is decent-beef fish and chicken have always been in different versions. Lots of vegetables, baking salads. From fruits - melons, bananas, oranges, grapefruits, etc. The juices are powdered, there are no fresh ones. Lemonades, beer, wine, spirits to choose from. The bar makes great cocktails. Bottled water was taken as much as needed. There were no restrictions.
The hotel is not new, the furniture in the room is restored, the sun beds on the beach are already tired. But everything worked. This did not affect the wonderful experience of our stay in any way. We enjoyed the beautiful weather, the clear sea with bright fish, beautiful sunsets and the friendly cozy atmosphere at the hotel.

The hotel is quite old, but it will do for its price.
We had a vacation in March 2024.
The rooms are clean, but there is not always hot water (mostly in the morning). The rest of the time it just goes a little warm. You can go to the reception to change the room. But it suited us anyway.
In terms of food, the choice is very poor. There is a visible variety of salads, although in fact it is just a different combination of the same vegetables. Of meat, mostly beef, but not much. Sometimes there is a chicken. There are fish, but apparently river fish, because it smells like mud. But there is a wide variety of desserts. Fruits are mainly citrus fruits.
Drinks include juices (but it looks like they come from bags), coffee (instant), tea (mostly cheap black in bags), milk. The all-inclusive bar has a small list of cocktails (generally delicious).
The beach is its own, clean. There were always free places on the sun beds.
There is animation in the evenings, sports games, exercise, yoga. The animators are pleasant and good.
To sum up, I would not recommend this holiday for families with children. For a holiday where a permanent stay in a hotel is not implied, this is a very good and budget option.

A very important thing to understand is that there are two sharm plaza hotels (this hotel) - the old name is Red Sea sharm plaza and there is also a sharm GRAND plaza, so even the locals confuse them - hence such opposite reviews, I suspect that all the positive ones relate specifically to the grand plaza
Summary, if you are too lazy to read - if you have a baby stroller, sore legs, you like to eat delicious food or good alcohol - you are definitely not here.
So in order, two adults and a child of 8 months rested from October 4 to October 16, 2023 on a burning ticket.
1. The sea is the only plus of the hotel, it is impeccable, the coral is very lively, there are a lot of fish. From other hotels they bring diving to this part of the coast. Locals say "this is the worst hotel with the best piece of sea"
2. The territory is really big, moderately green, but an insane number of steps. A whole quest can be reached from the restaurant to the sea (it is better to go on the road to the left or right)
3. The rooms are old and have not seen good cleaning for a long time. We got a room in building 5 (near the main restaurant, but further from the sea) - it seems like it's a deluxe room. I got it for free, but due to certain circumstances (many were bred for money). Cleaning is purely for show, sometimes not even every day.
4. Food is really a huge disadvantage of the hotel. It seems to be there (they did not stay hungry), but there is nothing delicious, maybe only cakes - standard biscuits of different colors. You can't interrogate meat, fruits: apples, not ripe melon and pear, chopped and something like an orange. Mango is only for $5. There is NO ice cream in the hotel, in general, only in the store. Snacking during the day is a problem - only two hours are given burgers with fries on the beach and you can still get one pizza at the restaurant, though at lunchtime.
5. Restaurants - there are several restaurants, all scattered throughout the territory, where it is difficult to understand what is being given. Mostly breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4 Ala restaurant maps - you can walk at least every day, there is a menu where it is indicated that everything is on the all-inclusive system, and what is for the money, but really, whatever you order from the free one, they will say that this is not there, only one or two dishes, the rest is paid (very expensive).
6. Alcohol - just take it with you if you want. Drinking what is poured according to the all-inclusive system is not realistic. Diluted by 50-60%. After the scandal at the reception, they start pouring beer straight from bottles, but it lasts for an hour, then again from cans. For connoisseurs of whiskey and rum, what is poured here is a complete mockery.

We had a great rest in this hotel, we are not picky people, someone did not like the food, someone liked the cleaning, everything was fine for us, towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned, and if you leave a tip, then there were swans with petals. If you choose the cheapest five-star hotel, what did you expect? All previous reviews are fair. The hotel is old, but once it was probably luxurious, judging by the size of the territory, pools, gardens and a water park.
My wife and I were here during the low season, in early March. The temperature was ideal for Russians: the air was 27 degrees, the water was 22 degrees, the sun was shining constantly. The staff was numerous, and there were very few guests — only 10% of the maximum load.
The food was healthy, like in a detox center. In Rixos, you would have to pay extra for such food. You won't get fat and stop drinking. On the plus side, you will even have an aversion to beer (due to dilution with water). That's sarcasm. To get the perfect bed and cleaning, leave a dollar. I checked — it works perfectly.
And most importantly, the sea, corals and fish here are amazing! Take underwater cameras and other devices to observe the underwater world of the Red Sea.

Up to the dining room 10 minutes by stairs, and down to the sea as well. They serve everywhere with a smile, nice guys. Food -there is no special variety. The fruits were melons, grapes, and sometimes bananas. I did not like that the descent to the sea, panton, was always packed with people, they sat on the edges, preventing them from descending, and when the divers appeared, and they appeared every day, they also occupied the entire panton, and the boats moored right among the floating to the same panton. We stayed at the hotel from April 25th to May 2nd. There are strong doubts about the star quality of the hotel. Maximum of 3 stars. I'll start with the pros: a gorgeous reef, large and soft beach cloths. That's where the advantages end. Now about the cons: the hotel is tired of the word at all. The former luxury, lost over the decades, is visible. The extreme economy mode is very noticeable in everything. Nutrition - if you are coming here to lose weight, then this is the very thing, because everything is very sad with food. The Swede consists of vegetables of different cooking methods, paper sausages. The portion distribution is as if pieces of meat or chicken are being torn from the heart. We are completely unpretentious in food, but the body had to be stuffed with pasta in order to somehow satisfy the feeling of hunger. Alcoholic: strong alcohol is diluted to the state of beer, and beer to the state of water. The staff is generally friendly, if you warm up the friendliness with a life-giving dollar. The show programs are dead. Then the animators themselves dance, then "live music" arrived, where a half-dead chansonnier whispered something into the microphone under the plywood from a laptop. There were tricks, too rotten. One evening, Egyptian dancers really danced - it was beautiful, but not for long. В Египте 15-й раз и Sharm Plaza - это самый поганый, грязный и убогий отель, в каком я была!!! Отель позиционируется как 4*, а при въезде - гордая вывеска 5*,что абсолютно не соответствует действительности. Кроме красивых видов на море и коралового рифа здесь нет ничего позитивного!!!
1. Еда. Грязь на столах, вечный дефицит салфеток и приборов. Очереди в любое время завтрака, обеда и ужина!!! Скудный выбор блюд (поверьте, я была в 3* и выбор блюд там был гораздо больше, чем здесь). Алкоголь - это отдельная тема. Смесь воды с ромом, джином и прочими крепкими напитками наполовину, вино не разбавленное, но на вкус отстой. Еда постоянно остывшая, подогрева на шведской линии нет. 31 декабря в ночь я отравилась и провела в местной больнице под капельницей, после чего ещё неделю лечилась от интоксикации в Москве.
2. Номера. Старые, грязные, разваливавшиеся. У нас ломался душ, протекал шланг унитаза, постоянно капала вода из раковины на пол. У наших знакомых вообще сломался слив в туалете и они смывали водой из ведра!!! Как в деревне.
3. Анимация. Её просто нет. Один раз были танцы папуасов и всё, и это накануне Нового Года. В остальное время убогая зарядка на пляже, мини-диско, караоке и конкурсы типа мисс отель, где вас развлекают сами отдыхающие. Заявленного детского клуба нет, он просто закрыт. Бильярда не видели. Есть только настольный теннис на пляже, куда опять же бесконечные очереди.
4. Все бассейны БЕЗ ПОДОГРЕВА, хотя на сайте туроператора указано, что с подогревом. Водные горки не работают (за 7 дней мы ни разу не смогли угадать время включения воды на горках, хотя кто-то говорил, что успевали покататься). Но вода в бассейнах настолько грязная, что страшно туда опускать даже ноги.
5. Контингент: украинцы, таджики, киргизы, арабы и немного русских. В общем, вы поняли, что брать с собой красивые наряды и искать знакомств там не стоит.
6. Пляж 3-х уровневый. Я занимала лежаки в 7 утра. Пирс старый, пластиковый, некоторые ячейки просто сломаны, наступаешь ногой и проваливаешься. Пирс постоянно качает, лестница под углом 45 градусов. В общем, спуститься к морю- квест.
Я оптимист, но даже я была в шоке от отеля, от его разрухи, от безысходности. Многие пишут, что персонал старается. Да, это прекрасно, но ехать в этот отель ради слоников из полотенец на кровати и разбросанных лепестков - не нужно!!! Обходите стороной этот отель-призрак. В дополнение просто красивые фоточки из номера, с пляжа. Но эти фото не могут исправить ужасное впечатление от Sharm Plaza.

If you want to spoil your vacation, then you are definitely here!
The rooms are filthy to the point of horror, everything is broken, the water in the toilet does not go away in the shower, there is dirt everywhere on the street! I cried when we stopped at this hotel, I've never seen anything like this before. There are sofas in the reception , while we were sitting on them , we were bitten by some kind of bedbugs or ticks . Then I treated the bites for several days .
Nutrition : poisoning is guaranteed
There's dirt everywhere
There are never any devices . You will wait half an hour to be given a fork . Dirty plates with leftovers, constant queues for food. It's just terrible
This hotel clearly needs to change the staff who is responsible for the quality of guest service.

The impressions are mixed. The rooms are very dirty. The first number that was given (photo from there) it was dirty, there was a crack in the bathroom, from which a stinking vein oozes when you press on it, and there were 2 more rooms that were shown to us when we were asked to replace the room. The curtains are dirty everywhere, as if they were used to wash the floors. The sofas are stained and broken. You don't have to mention the floors.
The food seemed a little meager. It's not enough meat that people catch pieces of stew. During our stay, there was one good day with fish, and one with meat (but they say that the owner of the hotel came). Vegetables, cucumbers and tomatoes, as from pyaterochka, pepper should be used, it was given little and it was quickly disassembled. Melons, oranges, and sometimes dates, which are not always ripe, are made from fruits. There were 3 cafes where you could eat once on a coupon for free, of which only the Libyan one was somehow interesting.
There was little animation, it seems that there are not enough staff there, or people are not interested. The dances that were scheduled for 3 o'clock were periodically canceled.
The beach is normal, there is sand, though with garbage, and it is not sifted.
Access to the sea on a floating pantheon, which is all cracked and in the heat it falls through and you can well cling to your leg like that.
The sea itself is very good, warm, fish, corals.
In general, if you go swimming, then you can, if you want a normal hotel experience, then you are clearly not here.

The rest was a success!!! A good budget hotel. Very attentive staff, all wishes are fulfilled immediately. We rested from October 10 to 20, 2023 .the sea is a fairy tale, the underwater world, the fish fascinate with their beauty. A short pontoon, went in and jumped into the sea, and a good ladder for descending into the sea. And a big plus, there is shallow water where you can swim and splash with children or who is afraid of the depth. All 11 days were full. There were no frills, but goodies appeared every day meat and pastries. One minus for me is the dishes, there is not enough of them. But even here, in order not to be nervous, you need to come either immediately to the beginning of the meal, or like us in an hour and beauty. If something is over, you need to ask and the guys bring it too. Check-out is at 12 o'clock, departure is at 20.15. They will pick us up at 17.15. and what's great is that you can enjoy all the benefits until the end - eat, drink, walk. So, if you have a cheap ticket, feel free to go, you will not regret it. In expensive hotels, mostly in Egypt, the food is the same. Take with you "Alenka" and a good mood. Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality, it was very nice!

We got into this hotel by fortune. It immediately became clear that staying here would ruin your vacation. As a result, we stayed for 2 days while the process of approving the change of the hotel was underway.
The rooms are dead, endless stairs. Half of the hotel is closed for renovation, but no work is underway.
Upon check-in, they ask for money for room improvements.
There is simply no food - people are trying to get at least something, what they give is almost impossible to eat.
The reef is beautiful - the only good thing in the hotel.
Bottled water is not given out at bars - you have to knock it out at the reception. There is no animation from the word at all.

I do not recommend it, it has loosened from old age and the joints are diverging, after riding on it you will experience incredible pain on your back and then you will heal your back scratched to blood, pools without a slide are good, cleaned daily. - the rooms dream of general cleaning, dust, poorly washed floors, on some towels traces are not washed from use
- diluted alcohol (you can drink normally in a bar in the lobby, in other bars badyazhat from the words of her husband more than 50/50)

Of course, the sea is awesome, divers were brought to our reef on a yacht (this is saying something). The sun beds are free, the sea is azure.
