We were at the resort on 02/13.24. the highest slope was closed due to snowfall. I had to go down a difficult route for beginners.
Having fallen awkwardly, I sprained a ligament. Literally immediately, a policeman Armand appeared next to me, who called the rescuers on the radio. Valery, the rescuer, arrived in a matter of minutes, carefully loaded me into a sledge and carefully delivered me to the medical center. Only Valery knows how he managed to descend so quickly and smoothly from the mountainside with a load. Apparently, dexterity, skill and experience had an effect. At the medical center, they took him by the arms and escorted him to the office, where real first aid was provided. I don't remember the name of the orderly - let him forgive me-I was shocked by the fall and the pain- but the guy is just a good girl,!
I was in the Ambulance from my shift and then I examined it very carefully, first applied ice, then bandaged my leg according to all the rules and instructed in detail.
Thank you very much to all the staff of the medical center, to the rescuers separately-low bow- for the professionalism, speed and responsible attitude to work and to us mountain skiers.

The low rating is only for the ski resort in the season, the rest does not apply. The service is very low. Consultants do not know what is included in the subscriptions, they confuse, or offer to buy an additional one (to buy an additional one for the "full day" option). Also, it is not possible to book group classes if they are not available in fact - remove this option, why mislead. It also didn't bother that the children had nowhere to ride, "the school took over the track for the whole weekend," which is recognized in fact.

07.07.2024, a disaster occurred at this resort and the management was inactive.
For some reason, during dangerous weather, the cable cars not only did not stop lifting people, but even with great zeal they sold tickets to people (also with infants), thereby creating an unreal pandemonium at the topmost station. About 500 people gathered there and hail began, with thunderstorms and rain. But ticket sales were not suspended, as a result of which there were fights, scuffles and queues at 2 o'clock in dangerous weather at the resort.
Then the entire cable car stopped and people were having fun for about 40 minutes, including people in poor condition after being bullied at the upper stations. The staff laughed at the phrase "that I'm going to have to call rescuers now," and the response was that there were already a lot of calls and no one was coming.
What kind of fascist attitude is this towards people, including the citizens of their country?

In short, we really liked the resort. The trails are mainly for advanced skiing, I do not recommend going to the red slopes without preparation, but there are also blue zones for beginners, at the very top is Talgar. All the infrastructure is present, the prices are adequate! I recommend downloading the resort's mobile app in advance, and already there you can apply for ski passes, insurance, and bonuses.
When buying a skipass, it is possible to pay only for the current day. The only drawback is the huge number of visitors during the holidays, among whom there are many newcomers on the boards, be careful, this is a direct attack of some kind.

A gorgeous place, three lifts climbed to the highest point, the amazing beauty of nature, hiking is very developed, everything is at altitude, polite staff, the weather is 10-11 degrees at the highest point, you either need to dress warmly or you can rent a plaid in equipment - it costs 1000 tenge, going back and forth per person costs 5000 tenge.
I recommend this place, the beauty is breathtaking
I would also like to return to the ski resort in winter.

It is very crowded, although we were in September in bad weather, there are few places for such a large number of tourists. Maybe you should think about additional entertainment to disperse the visitors.. Thanks to the cafes at the intermediate station, which save the day a little.

There is 1 bus, it rarely runs, its route is not direct to the city, and therefore it takes a long time.
