Good night, everyone!!! We were in Sierra in September for 13/14 days, everything was great!!! Otel was very pleased with the hospitality, responsiveness and comfort!!! The room was nice, spacious, for two the most important thing, cleaning every day!!! There are a lot of greenery, plants and flowers on the territory! Everything is well maintained and everything is being watched!!! I really liked the varied cuisine, there were soups similar to ours, even once there was borscht!!! After every 2-3 days, they gave a very tasty mango for dinner!!! There were sushi, grilled chicken, all kinds of fish, shrimp, squid, crabs, various kebabs, a chocolate fountain, a lot of cakes and pies, and much, much more!!! We took a bunch of pills with us, but thank God nothing came in handy, everything was fine with the stomach!!! The bartender in the lobby is very memorable, thank him very much, his name is Mustafa, the guy knows his business, works with a spark and pours from the heart!!! It does everything quickly, cheers up and makes great cocktails! In general, I liked the service in the lobby!!! Tafik takes you to the beach every 10 minutes! The beach is good, there are enough sun beds and the bar works great, and after lunch, everyone gets ice cream!!! After leaving the hotel, you go out to Soho Square, there is a lot of everything, there is a stage with live music, a dancing fountain, a fair, souvenir shops, an ice bar, an ice rink and much more!!! There are vouchers from the hotel, you can use them once to visit the restaurant, "Akuna Marata", ice rink, sauna, lawn tennis, billiards, bowling!!! The hotel is located near the airport!!! In general, it's been 2 weeks since we were there, and the hotel is out of my mind!!! In general, I recommend it, God willing, if it works out, we'll go there again!!!

Pros - close to the airport, good rooms (the very condition of the rooms), many different entertainment options from morning to evening, excellent food and alcohol, well-groomed territory
The disadvantages are the average level of service. The pizzeria next to Building 6 is a mess. The only people who were happy were the bartenders at the nearby bar. In the room that we were given at first, it was possible to sleep only after two o'clock in the morning, until that time the music is screaming right in our ear, in some rooms there are problems with the water (pressure or not too hot). Separately, we can say about the New Year - the announced program was not presented at all, there was just a huge buffet with lots of food and a limited amount of alcohol, especially champagne. At 00:30, on January 01, everyone was asked to leave. It's never been a holiday.
In general, the top three, to a greater extent, and for a poorly organized new year. I don't know if I recommend it or not, but I'm not going here anymore.

The hotel is really nice. Cleanliness, comfortable beds and delicious food. Reefs are alive, fishy) stingrays sailed - stunningly beautiful. Some rooms overlook the Soho Arena with night performances. But on demand, the number is changed to the other end of the territory. Quiet and comfortable. There is an open tuk-tuk to the beach. The hotel is excellent, the staff is very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, not shabby, cleaned every day. The staff is polite, everything is clean, but the hotel is old, rather 4 than 5, but the food service is a solid 5.You can go to Soho Square directly from the hotel. Great hotel! The best in Sharks Bay! No questions about the service, restaurants, bars! Some rooms (garden view) are not very good! The animation is weak! The hotel doesn't have enough movement (disco, dancing)! The beach is just great (there are enough sun beds, the reef is great, the bar and the bartenders are just great!) A very cozy hotel.
The food is of high quality and varied. No shipments or even discomfort in 10 days. Drinks from bottles and bags, fresh lemonade in the morning, chocolate fountain in the evening.
The bars on the pools and the beach make cocktails in large glasses. Beer and wine can be drunk, there is always ice.
Gorgeous Wi-Fi is everywhere in the hotel and on the beach. You can forget about roaming and not buy a SIM card
It opens directly onto Soho Square. One of the three main walking spots of Sharm el Sheikh. There are many shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy with good provisions and prices three times cheaper than Russian ones.
I arranged the filling of the rooms and their cleaning. Smart TV and three Russian channels. Three bottles of water per person per day, replenished regularly.
Sierra is the second line of the Savoy Hotel - this is a big plus, and the minus is, of course, the distance from the sea. But a cozy bead always goes to the beach.
I didn't find any other disadvantages. Perhaps it will seem small to someone.
I don't know about animation, we're not amateurs.
Another big plus of the hotel is cats. There are many of them, they are sociable and friendly. They come to visit, they sit at the reception. Their muzzles are non-Russian, but they also do not look like ordinary Egyptian cats, which rather resemble mummies. Well-fed and well-groomed. Cool!
I definitely recommend the hotel.

We were in early October. Nice hotel. There are not many Russians. Friendly staff. There are not many people, but it is better to come to the beach before 10.00. Then it's hard to find a place under an umbrella.
Breakfast didn't disappoint much. Very monotonous products. Lunch and dinner are better.
Go to the beach with an electric car. A big minus is that there is no queue for it and when it arrives people jump into it at the speed of light. It is understandable that everything depends on education ... it is better to make a track / queue.
The animation is on 3, but the guys are trying very hard.

A very cool hotel. I will write like this:
advantages:
- Very tasty cuisine. You can safely become a vegetarian, you have never seen such a large number of delicious vegetables of different types. The menu is very diverse, we haven't been able to try everything in a week
-Clean: rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed (minus- they forgot to put drinking water, they had to ask))
- The hotel is located on Soho. A great place to walk. You can buy anything there, concerts are held, magicians perform
- A large number of pools, you can easily find a place to your liking (either with music and children or a calm quiet one).Towels the staff will take you to the place where you want to lie down
- we celebrated a birthday there. Beautifully decorated the room, presented a cake (nice))
Cons:
-there is no animation at all, what they spend is not interesting at all. The guys are trying, they communicate with everyone, but apparently there is no person who can organize normally. If anyone wants to play basketball, volleyball, or dance, then it's not to this hotel. Perhaps the reason is that SOHo is close, they don't bother. We visited other hotels in the same area, it was much more interesting there
-jacuzzi and sauna... very strange. A Jacuzzi with warm water where other people's hair floats, I started having allergies after visiting the complex (I'm not allergic at all, to put it mildly, I was surprised)
And so a really beautiful hotel, with excellent service, excellent location. For a trip without children, that's the best thing (children will be very bored there).

We stayed in hotels from May 09 to May 16, 2024. A wonderful hotel. Quiet, comfortable, calm, beautiful. The staff is very attentive. The room was cleaned every day. The linen is snow-white. The food is varied and delicious. Towels are provided by the pool and on the beach. You can get to the sea by bus, but you can also walk in 10 minutes. The beach and sun beds are clean. After 10 o'clock, they turn on the music. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

To be honest, we did not expect the hotel to be so good, we were pleasantly surprised 👍 The food is delicious and varied, the staff is friendly and caring, the rooms are clean and modern, the territory is very beautiful. The bus to the beach every 20 minutes, gets to the beach very quickly, in 3 minutes. The reef is beautiful, lots of fish! Next to the hotel there is a very beautiful square for evening walks with lots of shops. The child liked that there is a kids club with a Sony Playstation game console)) All in all, a great hotel!

We were in Siera from December 25th to January 2nd. I definitely wouldn't give this hotel 5 stars. 4 maximum :(
The food is very poor. 3 times a day. Breakfast ends at 10:00, lunch starts at 13:00, and you can't eat anywhere before that time. The dinners are all the same, always the same. Meat and fish are fried outside, and pasta is served before going out. Every single day for lunch and dinner, these pasta with minced meat are in the same place. The bowls of food and salads are also the same every day. The desserts are dried out. I've been bored for so many days. If you come here for 4 days, it will work.
What was most disappointing was that they didn't pay any attention to my birthday. They didn't do anything, not a cake, not a bottle of champagne, not congratulations, not anything
Upon check-in, they immediately give the most terrible rooms, with separate beds and without a balcony. Until you call the administrator, no one will change anything, they will send you away until tomorrow.
There are only Italians in the hotel, so all the attention is for them. Not a single Russian song was played anywhere, either on the beach or in the pool. The staff speaks very bad Russian.
There is no evening entertainment or animation in this hotel, but you need to go to Soho Square.
You also don't have to leave a dollar for the cleaners. We didn't get any towel shapes.

Russian russians, moreover, look at them as unexpected guests, although I completely do not understand the difference between Russian and German tourists. The rooms are average, the shower room is relatively fresh, but the furniture is old, which is also not a plus or minus, but rather a given.
The mosquitoes on the territory were very upset. We took a walk one evening and ended up with bitten feet for the whole vacation. Mosquitoes were poisoned, but apparently the crisis affected this area as well
Internet: excellent Wi-Fi not only throughout the hotel, but also on the beach. We bought a SIM card, it was practically not needed, Wi-Fi in many places was better than mobile.

A wonderful place for a lazy holiday. The location is the most convenient in my opinion. You leave the hotel immediately at Soho Square. The staff is friendly, the service is at the level of 4;4+ , the food is varied and delicious. Who got what numbers. If you want silence, do not settle around the central pool and building 2 (corner rooms with a view of the neighboring hotel), the air conditioners are buzzing, it is impossible to sleep, but they change without problems. Separately, I must say about the cleanliness in the restaurant.

Blooming, beautiful.
The hotel was chosen to explore Egypt and did not lose.
The service is great, the cleaning is done cleanly, the bed linen was changed every day, we left $ 1. The food was delicious, the Ala Kart restaurant is excellent. The beach is gorgeous, so many fish have never been seen anywhere in my life. We took diving, a wonderful miracle. We saw Napoleon fish right on our beach. The reef is magnificent.

A great hotel for its price category!
I can safely call it youth, because there are no couples with children and there is no children's animation. The alcohol is only local, but the bartenders make a very tasty mahito. I didn't find anything for myself at breakfast except fried eggs and vegetables, there is more choice for lunch and dinner, delicious beef, fish, shrimp. But the measure and repairs are new, but the furniture is tired. The bed linen and towels are clean and new. In general, the hotel is good for its price!

We had a rest in Siera from August 1 to August 9. I really liked the hotel. Spacious room, cleaning every day. The biggest plus is the food. Grilled, seafood, fruits - everything is insanely delicious. You know how it happens - for breakfast you take a couple of buns or fruit to the beach to have a snack. They never took it, because they were always full. The beach is a 3-minute bus ride from the hotel. It runs according to the schedule. The beach and the reef are gorgeous, it's worth the trip.
The staff is excellent, everyone is very kind and helpful. Many tourists have heard that this is not the first time they come to Sierra. And this is a great sign of quality.
I will be glad to come back again!

The food is excellent, everything is in abundance, no queues. At lunch, you can eat pizza, order from the menu. In the evening at the Akunamatata restaurant. You can take a walk to the beach. The hotel has its own private beach. There is a bar with drinks beer, juices, coffee,tea, ice cream and towels, which is very convenient. In the evening, you can stroll around Soho Square. There is also a bar near the stage from the hotel.From the hotel, by appointment, you can visit NaamaBey and the Old Town for free. I had a written greeting and a cake as a token of attention. Vacationed with my husband at this hotel in early March. I liked the hotel. We would even come here 2 times, which is rare. The beach is excellent: clean, there are enough sunbeds, the bar is good, corals for 4, 2 pantones. The food is good for 4. Since I think 5 is still a high level, Luxury hotels. The territory is 4+. Service for a solid 5, well done - surprised! Location 5! The room stock is 3, but the plumbing is good. See the price ratio, and so in general, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I have been to 4-5 star hotels in different countries, there is something to compare it with, so I recommend it. Service, food, infrastructure, recreation-everything is on the level. The animation is not particularly strong and the drinks are only local for free, you have to pay for imported ones. But the local rum is better than the local whiskey, and vodka is not hard either. The bartenders, waiters, and all the staff are very friendly. We did not regret it, next time if we choose Egypt again, then most likely here)

A very nice hotel.
Located on Soho Square, it is, like Soho Square itself, a hotel of the Savoy chain.
The second line. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach through Soho and the Savoy territory. An open shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes.
The beach of the hotel is very well maintained, the staff keeps it clean. There are good changing rooms, a very basic bathroom, a towel dispenser, a fresh water shower and a bar. Umbrellas on the beach do not move, tables are built into them, sun beds without mattresses are made of woven artificial matting, it is a little uncomfortable to lie down, but there are interesting visors that you can cover your face with to create a shadow. The hotel has a beautiful wooden pontoon. The reef is very cool. There are a lot of fish and corals to swim in and there is no sense of jostling. The beach bar has very helpful guys, bartenders and chefs. Drinks and food are brought to the sunbed, and there is also a small table area near the bar. Sandwiches and burgers are prepared for lunch. I really liked the "shawarma" (actually a sandwich with chicken and fried vegetables). They make nice cocktails. We usually didn't come back for lunch-we ate on the beach. About the wind: there were 6 days at the end of February. Of these, there were strong and cold winds and clouds for 3 days, the other 3 days were sunny, light breeze or calm. So out of season: If you're lucky.
About the hotel itself: a very pleasant area. A cool large heated central pool with a recessed bar. There are also many other pools and interesting areas. Our room was in building 6. The room has old furniture, but a good mattress and new plumbing. A balcony overlooking the courtyard and a fountain with a dolphin. There is a table, armchairs and a convenient clothes dryer on the balcony.
Nutrition: above all praise. From meat and fish on different days there were: tuna, salmon, squid, large shrimp, white fish and whole fish such as mackerel, chicken, beef, turkey, quail, lamb of various types of cooking. Really delicious climbing and caneloni. A very large selection of fruits, vegetables and desserts. Interesting and delicious snacks. Juices from the bag. Soda from plastic bottles. The coffee is more or less decent.
WiFi is available throughout the territory and on the beach. The signal is very good.
There is a sphere bar near the stage in Soho, where you can get any drink for free and sit at a table near the stage.
I really liked the hotel. I'll be happy to come back.

we didn't like it at all: the hum from the equipment, the view from the window to the pool, the smell is specific. From the side of the door there is an exit to a blank wall. The mood for a vacation somehow did not set at all (((, they did not grieve, had dinner at the "Hakuna Matata" - this is a food court (a one-time visit is more than enough), and went to the reception to replace the room. The classic of the genre of the admin, who has already posted on the counter, is not there, another shift, wait until the morning, but noooo… Let's go to the reception and a miracle happened!!! Alfred was lucky, he was on shift, told about the dissatisfaction with the accommodation; he turned out to be very indifferent to the questions of the guests - he chose several accommodation options and went to personally demonstrate them, there was no limit to happiness: he immediately liked the first proposed option, building 3 corner room, second floor - they stayed there))) when we woke up in the morning, a picture pleasing to the eyes - palm trees, a huge beautiful pool with waterfalls, flowers along the sidewalk, to the food-nearby, to the bus stop-nearby, the mood was wonderful!!!

The food is very, very good!there is a choice, the first courses are in two versions: transparent soup and blended; the second courses are more than enough! fish, meat, poultry; side dishes - various; salads - a lot of really unnecessary mess, it is necessary to reconsider, since these salads are not in demand ; for confectionery products - there is an assortment; fruits and vegetables, greens-there are; drinks - everything is available - teas in assortment, coffee machines, milk, packaged juices, cola, sprite, fanta, schweppes, etc.; alcohol- beer, wine and all locally produced stronger.
The service and cleanliness are very good, such an impression was formed everywhere: the pool bar, the sea bar, the waiters in the restaurant; the guys from the cleaning are well done, special thanks to them for the cleanliness of both the room stock and the hotel as a whole, the service responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the pools is well done! By the way, the stairs to the bus stop are minimal in terms of the number of steps; it takes 5-7 minutes to get to the sea from the hotel by bus, I appreciated this as a big plus, since I had the experience of walking through the frying pan when large areas in hotels (((for us it was very important to swim not only from pontoons, but also from the shore! So, it was possible for both adults and children to do this, a wonderful approach and sand. The pontoon is also very well equipped and better equipped than in comparison with the Savoy Hotel!!! The pontoon is well secured with a wooden deck, the legs are comfortable! The descents into the sea are also excellent and there are 3 of them. On the beach they offer all kinds of marine entertainment, there is a diving club. There were no annoying workers offering all kinds of services. Water aerobics is carried out on the beach, there is volleyball - everything is in the "light" mode.
By the way, a huge plus when choosing a hotel was that there is a free transfer by appointment to Naama Bay and the Old Town!

We rested from January 2 to January 13. The hotel is located on line 2, there is a bus to the beach every 20 minutes.Large area with swimming pools, green,beautiful. I really liked the food. Everything is delicious and varied. We lived in building 6 - I do not recommend it. It is very noisy, in the evening the concert in Soho thunders until night, the planes are also very audible.

A great hotel, a good five. The guys are great, the animators and the dancers are great. Food, cleanliness, everything is fine. A little unlucky with the room, the switch did not work in the shower, well, I had to clean the drain myself)) a beautiful bay, there is something to see with a mask, although not a PDA in charm, but there the pier and piles are overgrown with corals and you can stick for a long time (I attached a few photos, everything was shot in the pyramid bay). I will be happy to recommend it to my friends. I recommend taking an electric car and riding along the beautiful embankment in the evenings. Well, or walk on foot, it's cool there, I even found a shop there where I can buy guava juice (on the embankment). In general, super!

I definitely recommend it. The hotel is just wonderful. Starting from the food, ending with excellent service. There are several swimming pools on the territory, a minibus to the sea every 15 minutes (so as not to bother and not go down by yourself), there is a fitness room. The necessary minimum is available. They entertain every day in different ways: the dancers come, then the singers. In general, the rest is wonderful in this place!)

At the moment 02.07.2024 we are vacationing at Sierra Resort 5*,in 2023 we also rested with my wife at this hotel, we liked it, decided to return with friends and were terribly sorry, it even became uncomfortable in front of friends!
Do not be fooled by the "Ultra all inclusive", it does not work in this hotel, you will not wait for imported alcohol and there are absolutely no additional options and differences from the "All Inclusive", except for a huge surcharge on the tour for this "Ultra" prefix.
If we compare 2 holidays with each other, then 2023 wins in all aspects!
1. The food in 2023 was better than it is now!
2. The attitude of the staff in 2023 was better than in 2024.
3. Animation at the time of rest in 2024, there is no word at all, no entertainment and variety.The only thing they have to offer is SOHO Street.
4. The staff brazenly asks for tips, this is just beyond arrogance!
Bathrobes, slippers, and a fruit plate were brought to our room with my wife the next day after check-in, but NOT to friends who have the same tour.
When the staff asked what the reason was, the answer was simple: They left a tip when cleaning, although they left the same as us!
