A great place for good relaxation and relaxation!
It is not necessary to single out something separately - everything is wonderful - staff, services, cleanliness, food, attitude, etc.
Personally, at first I treated this place with a certain degree of skepticism - there was an expectation of a "pretentious" and "posh" place. I didn't want to visit for a long time, but they gave me a certificate, and my doubts were dispelled.

A great place to relax body and soul.
A variety of baths and steam rooms, from Russian to Japanese, a swimming pool. Events are held every hour under the guidance of vaping professionals.
A swimming pool with various types of hydromassage areas.
There is a cafe inside, where you can go up right after the pool and buy tea, coffee, and eat.
I recommend it!

03/9/2024 I bought my wife a VIP certificate, when I came to the reception I was offered a standard + at the end to pay, my wife said that she had a VIP, but they did not hear her and pushed the bracelet of the standard certificate, well, and said at the end to pay for the floating, because we signed up for it. As a result, my wife never managed to relax and unwind from family life due to the lack of attention of the staff. And I couldn't get through to her during her entire stay, only at the end before leaving (but that's understandable, there were a lot of people), where they found out everything later. They offered to pay for the standard in order not to lose VIP, but this option did not suit us, they did not offer anything else. For which I give a well-deserved assessment.
We called back, apologized and corrected the situation, which changed our impression for the better about this complex. So don't worry, if something went wrong, everything will be fixed)

Excellent spa, definitely recommend it. You can safely purchase a standard for the whole day, so that there is enough time for each sauna and splash in the pool. Tea and water are free on site. Bathrobe and peshtemal are included. I don't know how crowded it is here on weekends, but it was quite comfortable on a weekday. The center is big and beautiful

The Riviera SPA is a wonderful place for leisure and relaxation. A large 3-storey complex, there are massage services, SPA programs and physiotherapy. Hammam, sauna, sleep room, salt cave, Japanese complex with baths with different water temperatures. The Riviera SPA has a bar and a cafe with delicious food and various drinks. The quality of the services provided is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. The premises of this complex brought a lot of unforgettable impressions. I took the SPA care of a Chocolatier. The masseuse is just a miracle, she works calmly, attentively and professionally, with an individual approach. The delight is complete. I definitely recommend it for the room.

I really liked it, we were there on a weekday with a girlfriend, in the spring at the beginning of April, there were few people, so it was very comfortable.
The steam rooms are cool, for every taste, there are many wellness treatments available.
I was pleasantly congratulated on my birthday and presented with dessert🫶🏽
The only thing is, we didn't wait for the Jacuzzi outside, didn't have time to warm up, we had to go home 🥹

Just one free towel for the entire visit.
The quality of services meets expectations.
Due to its popularity, the institution is visited by many guests of the capital, who behave not as guests, but as hosts of life (= complex). This greatly spoils the mood and atmosphere of rest.

I am writing a review about the coated manicure (pedicure) service. I did a coated manicure and pedicure today. Disgusting! The coating is terrible! The master was redoing his work and apologized for a long time. The feeling that she was holding a brush in her hands for the first time, the pedicure was just "stuck". I only saw a pedicure at home, I was just in a hurry. As a result, these procedures took 5 hours of my time! The room itself is beautiful, newly renovated, pleasant aromas! The price of the nail salon does not match the quality! I do not recommend it.

Cool communal baths, there are hotter ones, there are weaker ones. But some of the doubles are available only when ordering a steam room with a steam master. There are sun loungers, relaxation areas, and general vaping sessions. Towels and bathrobes are provided, cozy changing rooms. In general, entrance tickets are worth the money.
But the spa program is for an additional fee.I didn't like the fee 100%: a flopting session for two in a pool clearly designed for one, I couldn't relax because we constantly bumped into each other, plus the bright illumination of the pool itself interfered. The staff who did the massage and wrapping were as professional and polite as possible, but it would be great if they were interested in the massage therapist's preferences when recording, I was not comfortable with a man.

The Riviera, the Riviera... I hear it so often, I decided to try it. And I didn't regret it. Half a day of pleasure. I tried the bread - it's incredibly delicious. I went for a massage - everything was thought out. The only thing is, it was my first time and I didn't know that I had to go for a massage right away. Not after the pool, like I did. Because then you take off your wet swimsuit, pull on a cold wet swimsuit again. I didn't take this point into account. But after the massage I was incredibly relaxed, so I immediately went to the Roman steam room. And, of course, a huge plus is hot tea, which is included in the price, as well as the presence of a bar and restaurant. There is no need to go out. To sum up: convenient, beautiful, delicious. I made a birthday present for my friend - visiting this place is an unlimited visit. The complex is clean, the hostess girls are friendly. Alexander, the master of vaping, conquered us, he read a whole lecture about the types of baths and how to steam properly.
But I took off 2 stars for a non-client-oriented approach. A friend had to get out and move the car from the parking lot, but she was denied the opportunity to return and continue her vacation at the complex. Provided that the entire day of rest was paid for.
I will allow myself a parting word - Change the rules of visiting and you will be happy in the form of happy returning customers.
P.S. I add a review after feedback from the administration of the institution - these are their rules and they can't do anything. I did not quite understand the meaning of the connection with me, as I indicated the parting words above - Change the rules and you will have 5 stars!

Cons: it's cold in the main room, the entrance to the pool is cold, the Jacuzzi on the balcony (outside), the cold water trickles, the bathrobe is wet after 1 hour of stay - it's cold, the exit from the bathhouse is cold, because the sheet is also all wet and cold.
Please take into account the fact that the material for the robe is unsuitable, terry is more suitable.
Your towels are not bad, but they don't pull on bath towels either, they are small in size. The bathrobes and sheets are old.
Everything else is fine!

And collective hovering is generally a sticky thing. A bath attendant with fans poured water on the coals and fanned the audience, showing off his gorgeous abs. For a while it seemed to me that I was watching a ballet))) Then everyone jumped into the ice font together. Massage is on the floor above. It's just great!!!!
