Oh, the Riviera! Three floors of fun! Three floors of high😍This is a place where you can and should spend the whole day. I will be happy to come to Minsk just for the sake of the Riviera❤ Collective soaring is fire! But individual ones... this is generally pure delight. On 02/16/2023, my mother was sent BY APPOINTMENT AT 11:30 with two certificates for two procedures worth 275 byn.
At 10:50 she had already arrived, at 11:00 she came in and was asked to wait.
She sat for a long time, came up and asked what was the matter. They apologized for no clear reason.
At 11:30, they ran up to her with the words running. She went up to the third floor and a girl with a crooked face told her that YOU WERE ACTUALLY LATE.
Well , that 's it .
They promised a sweet birthday present on the phone - THIS IS A LIE, DO NOT HOPE.
Several times, two receptionists were asked to pay. I had to get these certificates several times, although no matter how much we would like to announce the cost, it's a birthday after all.

THE PLACE IS INTERESTING, BUT DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE AND TACTFUL COMMUNICATION
It's a really interesting idea to gather so many baths from all over the world in one place. It's nice that everything is clean and the water does not smell of chlorine. A huge plus for coolers with water on every corner and tea. Well, that's probably all of the advantages.
But the cons:
1) we came with a gift certificate, but unfortunately the original of this certificate was 300km away. We only had photos from all sides of it. From the threshold, in a demanding tone, we were asked for the original or a hard copy. We tried to find out, then why do we need to cash out its number on each certificate and that's it? But the girl did not even want to listen: at first she demanded only the original, then she could not figure out the months and clearly formulate her thoughts. We tried to explain the situation politely, because the certificate was valid for 2 days. What were we told: "What if you stole it?" mmm.. How can customers hear such a greeting from the best spa in Europe from the doorstep? But then a polite girl intervened in the conversation, who, on her own responsibility, asked to send a photo or video of the torn certificate. One of the 3 admins was able to solve the situation
2) washed bathrobes, slippers for my husband with size 46 were given the same as for me at 37, shampoos diluted with water belita (okay, there's nothing to spoil with slippers and shampoos for admission from the amount of 105 rubles)
3) we were there for 2.5 hours, and never got to the cedar and Russian steam rooms. As we understood, you can't get there when there are a lot of people. We only saw how steamed-up employees rested there. And for us, as lovers of the Belarusian bathhouse, it was not enough. In general, if you decide to steam well, then pay 150 rubles on top for the steamer so that he hangs a sign "the procedure is underway".
4) The spa is open until 23.00, I went to change clothes 15 minutes before closing. How, at about 22.55, men fly into the locker room without knocking and politeness and begin to clean up (thank you that I managed to get dressed). I realized that it was better to hurry up. I packed my things, emptied the locker and went to dry my hair. As at 23.03, the administrator also flies in and starts threatening me that I will pay 10 rubles for every minute of delay ... it is worth noting that I am 5 months pregnant and it is physically difficult for me to do everything faster, and I did not interfere with the male cleaners a bit. So I was kicked out into the street pregnant with a wet head at 23.04 for 4 whole minutes, and so much hatred for customers
To come and see at all and never come back.

We were with a friend on 22 12 2021 , a good place but not ideal , in fact only 70 percent of the baths are available for standard visits , while the Russian bath is only for an additional fee , the bath coach said so to the cashier and I will let you see . The staff is friendly, except for the restaurant where the girls have faces as if they were beaten with a stick. The pool is not serious for such a place, it is very comfortable blowing in the ear near the bar with the door constantly open to access the Jacuzzi. In the slippers that they give out, you can immediately break your head (it's your own fault that you forgot your own), in places near the toilet and shower that stinks near the bar sewer, font 10 and 10, I advise everyone to go through the Japanese ritual "healthy heart" my rating is 3.5

My achievement is the experience of a Japanese sauna (there are three baths, in the first 38 °, you lie for 7-10 minutes, go to the second, there 9-12 ° for 30-40 seconds, then into the hot 42 ° for 3-5 minutes. Then switch from cold to hot up to five times. This is a great workout for blood vessels, as well as for raising morale). You can write a whole review article, but it's better to see, visit, feel, enjoy, relax and dissolve your thoughts at least once, for example, in the Pontic sauna, where herbs are suspended that smell so much that such aromatherapy slows down thoughts and really makes you feel refreshed. I also note that it is necessary to set aside a whole day and visit the spa with your loved ones. You don't have to worry about the food, there is a wonderful restaurant there, the aesthetic presentation of the dishes alone already saturates decently, and you can eat right in your dressing gowns.
