We rested at the Sural resort in August 2022, a good hotel for a relaxing four-night stay with a minus.
Of the cons:
- There is a lot of food, but 80% of the dishes are not delicious, in 10 days only a couple of times I came across a sweet watermelon, sweet melon was never found. Cucumbers were often cherished, there were no desserts. The grilled chicken at the beach bar was delicious, there were two trout that were disassembled instantly.
- Lack of animation, I don't even know what animators look like, but they seem to be there. Once there was a foam pool party and once a show with dancing girls in the amphitheater.
- There is nowhere to walk in the evenings, there are two options - either through the markets in front of the hotel, or along the deserted promenade along the sea. Well, or take a taxi for $ 20 one way and go to the center. After dinner, most of the guests lined up at the bar for cocktails and sat on their phones, as only there was a good Wi-Fi.
- There are rocks in the sea, be careful, it's better to swim in front of the volleyball net, the bottom is better there.
Of the advantages:
- A normal room in the 4th block on the second floor, the furniture is fresh, the plumbing is normal. the 4th block is probably the most successful in terms of location, everything is nearby.
- The beach is generally good, soft clean sand, normal sun beds, next to a bar where you can take bottled water, ayran, draft drinks.
- A good spa center, we took a course of massages, there is a positive effect.
- The audience is decent, mostly Russians, but this is hardly the merit of the hotel :)

We rested with our daughter and child for 1-2 months in late October- early November 2022.
THE weather was gorgeous, +30 in the afternoon, in the evening +24-+19 . There was no rain.
hotel. Beautiful, green and clean territory. A huge lawn with a soft lawn. Lots of kitties. Along the beach there is a walking path connecting the hotels, along which we walked with a stroller while the child was sleeping. Friendly and helpful staff, many speak Russian.
Number. We were settled in the 7th building on the 2nd floor (elevator). At first we thought it was a bit far, but the passage along the long corridor did not bother us, but it was quiet. I was catching WI-FI on the balcony. The room itself has good furniture, plumbing. The shower worked fine, it didn't leak. Cleaning is done daily with a change of towels and the addition of hygiene supplies.
The BEACH is good, there are enough sunbeds. You can sunbathe both under an umbrella and under palm trees. The sand is clean, it was leveled with a tractor every evening. The sandy strip from the sunbeds to the sea is wide, in places the sand was knee-deep for a small child. There are showers and changing rooms on the left and right. The toilet is behind the cafe that is nearby.
The sea is always calm, the approach is smooth, which is very good for children. There are large rocks about 7 meters from the shore, but when you swim you can see them underwater, so take a closer look.
meal. This is basically what prompted me to write a review, as they wrote that there was nothing to feed a three-year-old child. We fed the one-year-old in a variety of ways. Food is everywhere and always for every taste and preference. For breakfast, eggs in any form (scrambled eggs, omelette, hard-boiled and crumpled), cheeses, pancakes, hot milk for porridge (we took a children's box with us from home). The child ate yogurt with pleasure. There is a diet table with boiled vegetables. For lunch, soups and cream soups are not spicy or salty. There are a lot of stewed vegetable dishes. A variety of side dishes, meat and fish, liver. 2 times there was a tender calf's tongue. Grilled fish for dinner every day, often trout. There were fish days with an abundance of fish dishes and seafood (shrimp, squid). The dishes are constantly replenished. There were always fruits: plums, apples and grapes, white, black, pomegranate and a lot of melons. Bananas. In the cafe on the beach you can also have a full snack from 10.00 to 16.00
entertainments. In the evenings, there are children's discos in the amphitheater. For adults, there are discos near the stage. Once there was a foam disco and a mesmerizing performance in the pool on a flyboard with a foam party. In the evenings, there were performances in the amphitheater by dance groups.
In the end, I want to say that we really liked the hotel! I advise
P.S. And yes, we were extended the room for free on the day of departure until 19.00 (maybe because we were with a child?)

We were in early August.
The hotel is an average five of good quality, price-quality ratio. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there.
We flew from Anekstur by Turkish airlines there at 4:35 a.m., back 4 hours (credit - the food on the plane is good enough, there is even a selection of hot dishes, coffee, tea, drinks, beer, wine). Everything is on schedule. Transfer 1-1.5 hours with arrival at the store. They are picked up at departure last 4 hours before departure.

We got a room in the 2nd building on the 4th last floor, overlooking the main pool and the stage. It is noisy in the evening only on Saturday, when the disco is held until 00:00. And so in the evening the music plays, but not very loud. You can sleep with the door closed. The room was cooled in the evening with the help of a conditioner. They fell asleep with the balcony door closed, the air conditioner was turned off. At night, when everything was quiet, they opened the balcony. But it didn't save much - it was very hot and humid. There are 2 chairs and a dryer on the balcony. If you sit on a chair, you can only see the sky. But there is a plus in this, you can go out naked, and no one will see you.
The 2nd building is conveniently located, closer to the sea and restaurants than the 5,6,7,8 buildings, they are far from everything. These buildings have only a second pool with slides and an amphitheater next to them, where evening animation takes place.
We got a room with three full beds. There are rooms with a pull-out sofa.
Everything worked. The furniture is decent and unpainted. The mattresses are comfortable, the pillows are small, but there are additionally 2 pillows in the closet, and 3 blankets we had in the closet. Of course there are no duvet covers. There is a type of dense waffle sheet.
There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. It does not leak. The shower head is attached to the wall, which is not very convenient at certain points. There is a shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner (I don't know about the quality, I washed my own), small lump soap, shower caps, cotton pads and cotton swabs. They report periodically. A hair dryer is pain, it's torture. There is a switch on it 1/2, but apparently it did not work. It blows only with boiling water. It's like you're being tortured. Everything is new enough in the bathroom. Nothing leaks or falls off.
Towels are changed every day, even if you don't have time to use them. The bed is changed less often. The floors, by the way, are being wiped. This is a plus.
There were three 1.5L bottles of water for three people in the room. Then you can take water from any restaurant and bar. There are no problems with water. She's everywhere...
Sea and beach:
The beach itself is a big plus of the hotel. A beautiful path leads to the beach. There is a lawn with palm trees on the way to the sea. Suitable for photo shoots. There is a wide beach strip with sun beds by the sea, then a strip with grass and sun beds, then a bar on the beach. The sun beds are new and comfortable. Palm trees grow between the sun beds. Very beautiful. The entrance is sand. The only thing is, if you swim a little deeper and dangle your legs in an upright position, you can hit your feet on big rocks and get hurt. You can stand on them, and the water will be below the waist. If you go in and swim on the left by the buoys, there is no such strip of stones.
Some tourists take sun beds from 6:15, but if you come to the beach at 8-9 o'clock, you can find free sun beds. It's already a bit difficult at 10-11, but it's also possible. After lunch at 15-16 there are also free sun beds. The beach bar has beer, drinks, tea, coffee from a coffee machine, and you can also have lunch here: burgers, French fries, fresh vegetables, rice, meat, maybe something else... They also bake gozleme here. Beach towels are good, not torn, you can take them at the spa from 8 am and hand them over until 19:00 (down the stairs near the lobby bar).
Restaurants, bars:
The main Mimosa restaurant starts working at 7 a.m., but you can come earlier, everything is ready there. A standard set of food for the average five, everything is there, but without frills. Breakfast: tea, coffee, delicious pancakes, pancakes, eggs, omelette, rolls, varied cheese (I really liked cheese like chechel) sausage cuts, porridges, potatoes, vegetables, yoghurts, cereals, sweets and much more.
Lunch and dinner: quite varied, different meats (chicken, turkey, lamb, beef), different fish, fresh vegetables, stewed, baked, rice, French fries, mashed potatoes. There is a diet table: boiled turkey, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots (by the way, delicious - I did not expect that I would like boiled carrots).
Outside the restaurant, something is always cooked on the grill for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is closer to 8 o'clock in the morning.
It is better to come to the beginning for dinner and lunch. If you come a little later, then you need to look for a table. And if some dish is over, it is also not replenished immediately, you will have to wait, and it is not a fact that the same thing will be brought. Drinks were mostly taken by ourselves, only once the waitress brought us.
I really liked the Turkish coffee in the lobby bar, and of course the Turkish tea. See photos.

Catches only in the area of the lobby bar, reception, restaurant, main pool and on the beach (not very good). He didn't catch it in our room. Only if you go out on the balcony and point the phone towards the lobby bar, and then with difficulty.

It is very hot in the corridors of the hotel and the transitions from one building to another, more or less the air conditioner works only at the reception, in the lobby bar, in the main restaurant and in the spa center.
There is a promenade between the hotels and the beach. You can take a walk in the evening.
If you leave the hotel and go in the opposite direction from the sea and to the left, there is a shop, bazaars (you can buy souvenirs) and a pharmacy. The location can be viewed on the Google map.
We didn't go on excursions. We took a taxi ourselves to the old town of Side. Without an excursion, you can at least take a walk wherever you want and as much as you want. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive. You can arrange for $17 for a taxi. It is better to go early in the morning, at 8 o'clock, and it is better to choose cloudy weather. Otherwise it's sooo hot.
There is also a Waikiki shop near the old town of Side. Recommend. Prices are lower than in Russia. You can pay with a Mir card.

We stayed at the hotel from 30,09,2022 to 11,10,2022. We were satisfied with the rest.I would especially like to mention the friendly and friendly staff. Many of them speak Russian and were always greeted with a smile and, if there were questions, helped.The territory of the hotel is green and well maintained. The room is ordinary. however, I was surprised that the safe is for an additional fee. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. The food is delicious, but there was no choice that Turkey had accustomed us to.Now the time is difficult everywhere, I have not been to this hotel before, perhaps these are temporary difficulties.But, nevertheless, no one was hungry. Most of all, I liked the entrance to the sea: gentle, sandy.A beautiful beach with sun beds and umbrellas.It is sandy closer to the sea, farther away with grass. We lived in the seventh building and we had a decent distance to the sea, but this was a plus; we had to move. In general, I liked the hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Anyone can come to the hotel. And another disadvantage is that the beach is 500 meters away. Now the pros:delicious food, chefs arrange themed evenings, there are fish and gorgeous cakes and seafood and mutton, well, in general, everything that our compatriots love, then there is a nice and clean beach, 20 meters to the water from umbrellas, throughout Cholakly this is the most well-groomed beach, and we walked the whole village along the shore. Another plus is the recent renovation of the hotel, everything is relatively well maintained and clean. In general, you can go soon. Animation, by the way, is quite interesting, we were not bored)

Yesterday, on September 10, 2023, I arrived from vacation . I want to leave my opinion about the Sural Resort 5* hotel. I flew with Sheremetyevo Turkish airline Korendon. Everything is paid in flight, even water. And now about the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 9.50, and was immediately sent for breakfast. After breakfast, I waited for the room until 12 o'clock. They settled in the annex. housing 7207. The farthest from the sea. It is about 1.5 km to the sea. Surprisingly, almost only Russians lived in these buildings. About the room : the room is clean, the bed consists of two single beds, there are no bathrobes, slippers are available, the door to the bathroom did not close, it was skewed (it did not enter the doorway). For 12 nights, only the pillowcases were changed twice. The towels could have been folded off the floor and put back on the shelf. I left chocolates every day. It didn't help. An iron is not provided at the hotel. From the word at all!!! Just take it to the laundry. On food: the food is bad for a 5* hotel! Everything on the grill outside is always burnt, in the hall all the food is very, very peppery, pasta of the same kind every day and always bland. Sweets are impossible to eat. One chemistry. One day I came to dinner 20 minutes before closing time, so at most 5 pies were taken from the entire sweet table. The whole sweet table was untouched. And most importantly, there are FLIES in the restaurant!!! Everywhere: on food, on dishes!!! Complete unsanitary conditions!!! I talked to many people - everyone didn't like the food!!! They wash the paths that lead to the beach, it would be better to clean up the restaurant. About the beach: although this is the first line, it's a long way to the beach. The territory of the hotel is large, you walk along the alley, but with sore joints it is difficult. The contingent is mainly over 50 and there are few families with children. The beach is sandy, the sand is loosened every day, there were enough sun loungers for everyone. The entrance to the sea is flat. It's great for kids. There are huge rocks in the sea!!! A lot of people got hurt about them. There is a bar on the beach. You can have lunch there. There are two swimming pools on site. They also have bars. There are slides for adults and children. An ice cream parlor that is open until 5 p.m. Take as much as you want. Animation for children and adults. 3 Ala carte restaurants: fish, Italian and Turkish. I do not recommend fish and Italian! You can go to Turkish. The evening animation is good. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. And I will never come back here!!!

I put 4* only because of my immense love for the sea, the sun and palm trees)). So, "Sural Resort: -one of the Sural hotel chain. We arrived on August 16, 2022. The driver delivered from the airport quite quickly, despite 30 minutes.a rest stop. The reception staff (there are Russian speakers, I will not voice the names) are not particularly happy with Russian tourists, unlike, for example, German ones. Personally, we waited for the room for several hours, although NON-Russian speakers received the keys almost immediately. They really asked for a room not in distant buildings, because one of us had a broken leg. Hooray, we waited!!! Building 5, 3rd floor. Everything works, nothing is broken or stripped, there are slippers, a very comfortable mattress (for us personally)).The bathroom has a large sink, toilet-bidet, shower.a cabin with a shower head absolutely inconveniently nailed to the wall. But, this is for an amateur. The food is not bad, sometimes a little bland. Salt and pepper on the tables). To go to the beach through the alley, where plants and grass are constantly irrigated (along with you), 5 minutes. We got excited about the first line.
The beach is good!!! The sea was really hot (very warm). Sand, there are rocks and stone slabs further out to sea. There are a lot of sun beds, other tourists wrote about beach towels. Room cleaning: a charming lady of 60+ cleaned our room. It may or may not be removed. How the stars come together. The territory is large, 2 swimming pools, slides, there is a "paddling pool". For some reason, bars don't make Mojitos and cocktail recipes aren't quite right.These are small things, of course, but not for a 5* hotel. If you have any questions, I will answer them. , P.S: I can't help but add to the review, because Russian speakers are frankly treated worse than other guests (for example, Germans), although everyone pays a lot of money. There was a case that a Russian family was swimming in the pool, and their belongings were removed from the deck chairs and the deck chairs were given to a German family. What was the explanation? They did not see slippers at the sun loungers, so people left, taking places against the rules of the hotel. Interestingly, the Russians' request to provide them with sun beds was refused (everything is occupied). Another unpleasant nuance: in many places (Mimosa restaurant, main building) VERY SLIPPERY TILES. When taking dishes in restaurants, check for chips, stains and, alas, half-washed leftovers (this also applies to cutlery that is placed on a not very clean table). We rested in August 2022, for the second time in the Sural network. The hotel is for 4+ or 5-.
Quite close to the airport, group transfer takes a little over an hour (up to 1.5 hours), individual transfer takes 40 minutes.
Check-in starts at 14:00, but rooms are given out upon their readiness, we were given at 11:30. Later they noticed that the cleaners first clean the vacant rooms, and only then go through the occupied ones. We had a 2-room family room in the 7th building on the ground floor (it was specially offered to us so that it would not be noisy because we were with children.
The room is not cleaned, it is quite fresh, it can be seen that it is maintained in good condition, the bathroom and shower are as new.
Towels were changed every day, and more than the number of people were put in, cleaning every day, bed linen every other day or every three days (when and how).
There is always 3 pieces of 1.5 liters of water in the room, gels, shampoos, soap, paper in large quantities, there was no shortage.
There are 2 swimming pools+1 children's pool, 2 complexes of water slides (children and adults).
A large green area, very well maintained, the road to the sea is quite beautiful.
Even from the far building with small children, it is not stressful to walk to the sea.
The beach is large, clean, sandy, there are many sun beds, there are large stones in the sea (this is one of the disadvantages), but on the second or third day, already knowing about them, there are no inconveniences.
You can take bottled water everywhere without restrictions. Bars on both pools, lobby and beach. They even make shots (for example, B-52 and tequila), the beer is quite weak, the cocktails are typically Turkish, a big plus for us personally is the presence of coffee machines everywhere.
The restaurant is full of food for every taste. There is a diet menu, porridges in the morning for children, two types of soups for lunch, very tasty grilled dishes. There is a slight difficulty with the tables only at the opening dinner (while the amount of food is not reduced by the end of lunches, dinners, you can safely come later). There are a lot of high chairs for children. There is an evening animation, first a children's show, then an adult one. Unfortunately, there are not many animators, but there was still volleyball, darts, shooting range, aqua aerobics, yoga, and a kids' club.

We lived in it for a month in February 2023. Amazing attitude of the staff, wonderful cuisine. The only thing is that all the nearby markets are closed, it's not the season.the beach is sandy. We were in the middle of May for 23 years, worried that there would be a cold sea, so we went with your children, the sea did not disappoint, the water was somewhere 20, 22 degrees, the beach was good, but poorly protected from the sun, at the end of the rest the hotel load was 95% there were not enough waiters, food for every taste, the child ate from a common table for 14 months, the staff is friendly, but not everyone speaks English, there is no need to talk about Russian, I liked the animation, but it is mainly aimed at adults, there is a children's room, cleanliness and repair for 3+, but not critical, the pools are super, water without chlorine, so one of the advantages is the presence of a water park..
In general, I liked everything very much, we would go again...

Because of the "crown", all the dishes are served by the waiters -this did not bother us at all, they served large portions from the bottom of their hearts...They joked and smiled...Everyone is wearing masks...Great job!

There's no way I'm coming back here! Otherwise, no complaints, but it takes 5 minutes to walk from the 7th building to the restaurant at a brisk pace, and 7 minutes to the sea. But it doesn't matter! Corals are unexpectedly huge and sharp, it doesn't matter! And to stay hungry or eat like pigs what 5-7 flies are sitting on at the same time, this is the bottom!

We checked in two hours earlier only for an additional fee, then the advantages are the beach and the cook in the restaurant, the food is varied, a lot of meat and fish. Now the main disadvantages are the first is the lack of Wi-Fi, sitting in a crowded lobby under the screams of children and a description of the diseases of old women is not very convenient, the age of vacationers is 55+, the second is the sound and smell, you will not be able to sleep, dancing by the pool until 24-00 and smoke and fumes from the grills all rise into the rooms and fill the lobby, very dubious pleasure, there is no animation, massage services are higher than in other hotels in price and very modest in quality, smoky hands of the masseur and fungus on the nails of the staff raises a lot of questions. Now there are cleaning and towels, there should be at least three in the top five, I was cleaned twice in 11 days, there were always two polyeleins, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We rested from August 15, 2022 for 10 days , family room ( 3+1(10)) . We flew by Turkish airlines (I want to note the departures from Vnukovo, this is not a low-cost airline that flies from Sharik and Zhukovsky), drinks on board, including alcohol ( wine, beer), lunch / breakfast. the low-cost airline, as the tourists said, did not even offer water ... people were flying from Zhukovsky. The advantage of Turkish airlines, the duration of the flight there is 4:20 and back is 3:50. At first, in my opinion, they settled in the farthest 7th building, on the 3rd floor. Who needs silence Well, only the neighboring hotel entertains)), and tourists staggering in the morning, because the children's room (Windows) overlooks the courtyard. The numbers look bigger in the photo.. the room stock is not new, the doors are slightly tired)) . The balcony is very small. There is a refrigerator in the room that does not work))) although it is included)) the water was put on as they say, but it is everywhere on the territory and to be honest, we didn't even need it, because large bottles are not convenient))). There is no kettle in the room either, in the end we agreed and we were moved a couple of days later to the 2nd building, immediately the doors were not so tired, but the shower was flowing all the time)) . The advantage was that close to the pool, restaurant, lobby and from the balcony it was convenient to watch the children + occasionally caught Wi-Fi on the balcony)). There were no smells from the restaurant . The shows I understand are mostly ( big ) in a day . Wednesday /Saturday foam party!! Wednesday afternoon at the pool, Saturday evening :)!! Unfortunately, cocktails are just disgusting ... according to nutrition : a lot , different , a lot of fruits! But I would also like to work in the kitchen....you won't be hungry. Desserts, like everywhere else, oriental sweets are what you should take :). By the places by the pools and the beach : yes, this is a problem.... People - you are tired of borrowing and leaving for half a day .. the staff needs to think about this issue..! Dear employees, owners, thank you for the rest!! The territory is well maintained , very beautiful , the beach is clean , this is why we came! Everything else is nonsense . And yes, you need to work with animation a little bit))) children , there is nothing to do there ( . And that's probably the only reason it's so good there)))))) 😂! The sea is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🇹🇷❤️! And yes, I was in Turkey in 2005.. and after so many years, I say thank you, I really liked everything, on the downsides. I just closed my eyes !!!!

There are flies in the hotel. Plus, the hotel was robbed and suitcases were broken into. The hotel has not apologized. They could not help in any way. It's just beastly. I do not recommend it. I think that such communication with guests is not excusable. Everyone will smile, but there will be no real help, you will be without money, without suitcases, without mood, but with flies in your plate.

I liked the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We were with my family in early August. The staff is polite. A room with a view of the pool in the 4th building. You can see the sea, the mountains. At least 5 minutes to the sea. The beach is clean, there are many sunbeds. There is a restaurant on the beach, and if you don't want to go to the main restaurant, you can have a snack here. The food is good and varied. The only drawback was that they didn't put the food on themselves, the waiters did it. The territory is beautiful. I went for a walk, there are a lot of fruit trees. Overall, I am very satisfied.

In principle, the food was not bad, it was definitely impossible to stay hungry. But a lot was missing.
For example, grilled or red fish or some kind of side dish. It felt like they were cooking a little less than there were people in the hotel. Plus endless queues for half an hour, it's exhausting and of course it's for the most delicious and appetizing, personally I couldn't always stand it and took other dishes, there was always something to replace and no worse. Most of all, I got into a big flow of arrivals, because there were days when everything was good! The waiters worked masterfully, as soon as the table was vacated, they were already here, everything was cleaned up to a shine. And on time, the empty plates were taken away, so that you could carry food endlessly 😋
The hotel itself has a large, green area with two large swimming pools, which are equipped with bars, which is very convenient, because from 12 to 17 they were fed various goodies (snacks, pizza, fruits, vegetables, etc.+ a variety of drinks, ice cream).Also on the territory there are mini water slides for children and adults and of course a gorgeous beach (sand).
The entire hotel staff is friendly and ready to help with any issue.
The room was cleaned daily.
Entertainment, there were shows, up to 23.00 pm at most. For both adults and children. The disco is only on-site. The animation is unobtrusive.
The SPA has a Russian-speaking Eric, who understands his business and can explain the wishes of tourists to massage therapists so as not to harm their health. Sauna is free, hammam is paid.
I really liked the hotel, and its large territory played into my favor. I ate everything and as much as I wanted and did not gain a single gram. I had to walk a lot. From my room to the beach, the average pace of the step took 15-20 minutes, if in a straight line, I had 6 buildings. If it's hard for someone, then you need to ask from 1 to 3 buildings, it will be a little closer)
There was always a place to find on the beach. I left my things, a phone in my bag and could easily go swimming, to the bar or shoot 🤪
No one touched or took anything.
For a good rest, this hotel has everything, the rest depends on you!

A very nice hotel. We checked in immediately, although we arrived at the hotel before two o'clock. The staff is attentive. The room is cleaned every day. The food is excellent, for every taste. Entertainment program every day. The sea is a five-minute walk from the hotel. There are a lot of sun beds, there are always places. Just a five-point break.

This is a horror, not a vacation, we rested in the month of January, there is no disco at all, at 23:30 a children's disco starts and at 00;00 it is already over, lunch is only 2 hours, then it works until 4 o'clock , burgers , fries, everything. if you and your child have nothing to do here, the child will go hungry, and the next dinner will be only at 19:00 , there is nothing to do here in winter !!! The bar closes at 00:00 and there is no place to drink at all, this is a terrible hotel that we got to in winter, there is a disco everywhere until 01:00, and here just the sand closes at 00:00!!! I went around swearing, to which they did not give me an answer!!!! For that kind of money, it 's better to go to another hotel , you can 't eat here , you can 't eat , the night MENU doesn 't work on weekends !!! It 's just a horror, not a hotel!!!!! In summer, you can still drive, but in winter, not in any case!!!
