I was at the hotel for the third time.
The hotel has changed for the worse since 2015. The service has become worse. There have been many Germans all year, we met with one married couple twice, now there are many Russians.
There are no Germans. I recommend it for your first trip to Turkey. But the hotel is not 5, four c+.
Russians do not know how to behave, they row food from trays with their hands))).
The Turks laugh, and the attitude towards the Russians is the same

We rested for the May holidays from 3.05.-12.05, we do not take into account the weather, unfortunately nothing depends on us here, we were unlucky ((( there was a past experience in May - it was wonderful, hot. But apparently, with this calculation , this year was not the season , the feeling that the Hotel was not ready for tourists on these dates , half-strength work, even at 1/3, lunch outside , not in the main restaurant , the wind , everyone was always sitting in sweatshirts , while it was not clear why it cannot be moved to the main restaurant, where breakfast and dinner took place . Food...Unfortunately , this is the biggest disappointment !!!!!!! There is no need for reasons and explanations, it is not the season, they are not ready, etc., but since this is a large grid with Status 5, then it seems like they should orient themselves and provide food..without exaggeration: there was no Meat, Fish, literally in the last few days we were already pleased, and frankly, there is nothing to write about pasta , hamburgers, several types of salad and greens. Modest animation , modest numbers . The bar is open until 00/30, if you like to sit longer, you will not succeed. One huge plus is the wonderful coast , wide coastline , sand , shallow water , bay , approach of 50-80 meters knee-high / waist-high

The hotel is definitely not worth 5 stars. the rooms are simple. cleaning is daily, but partial. as they say, it's good that the sand was removed. And thanks for that. there is no replacement of hygiene products in principle. The air conditioner is working, but strangely. alcohol is not delicious. from the word at all. There is almost nothing to drink. the only thing that pleased me was the kitchen and the staff. they cook very tasty, but not enough. There's not enough for everyone. the staff is mostly helpful and polite.
I also liked the pool for children. in general, there is more than enough for a week's rest.
The adult entertainment room is cheap.
We definitely won't be coming here anymore.
as for me, a good 3ka or 4ka.

There are zero animations! We went to the German beach to swim with stones in the water from the left! Room cleaning is so-so! The food is good, the alcohol and beer are good! The rooms are good, but without noise isolation! We were with the family from 04.10.19 to 11.1019, for a total of four!

In my opinion, the real 5 stars. Good staff, including chefs. Champagne is offered upon arrival. We arrived around 8 a.m., and checked in at 11 a.m. Every evening they cook for vogue, take what you like, say (or finger) what sauce and go ahead! Delicious! A worthwhile hotel.

Generally not bad. BUT... The hotel is old. The furniture is shabby. The refrigerator in the room is dirty and does not work well. One of the two hair dryers did not work. The beach towels are dirty.
The food is varied. Basically everything is delicious, but there are spicy dishes. Juices, of course, are powdered.
The pools are good. The child liked the slides.
The sea is clear. The entrance to the sea is sand. The sea is shallow, but there are large rocks at a distance of 20 m.

This hotel does not pull in 5*. Alcohol is terrible. In the evening, they will only pour you a drink at the bar, there are no snacks in sight! The cocktails are creepy, the wine is still drinkable. At lunch, there is only 1 type of soup in 2 pots for the entire hotel. I didn't have time for some meal, that's it... Wait for the next one. The fish is super! The meat is mostly chicken. Beer is poured, there are no snacks. There is only soap and shampoo in the bathroom. There are no toothbrushes, pastes, shower gel. Instead of a duvet cover, there are some bedspreads. The air conditioner does not understand how it works at all - it cannot be adjusted. To have Internet in the room, it is better to take the 3rd and 4th buildings - closer to the lobby. Delicious coffee, which is brewed in the lobby bar.
In general, I will not recommend this hotel! The place is great! The hotel is 4* maximum.

I did not like the hotel, there is no question of 5 stars in general. There is nowhere to walk, the territory seems to be large, but stupid, not for those who breathe. Just a beautiful lawn. Everything in the rooms is very simple, the shower is a disaster, bolted to the ceiling. There is not even a shower gel!!! The table is so-so, as well as the interior of everything, from the rooms to the restaurant.. It's simple... I do not recommend it to anyone.

Not a bad hotel, an average five. One of the disadvantages is poor room cleaning. Otherwise, it's not bad. The hotel is Russian-German. I was in early November 2019. We were lucky with the weather, it was from 25 and above. The focus is on children. But every day, towards the end of the season, the food at the hotel became poorer. It was a bit upsetting. In general, a good hotel, I recommend it in season.

Overall, the hotel is not very bad. Big, cozy, well fed. But it's not 5*, it's a decent 4. The room stock is shabby, in some places some little things start to annoy, such as a sticky flush in the toilet or a missing sealant in the bathroom.

The food, the service-it's just terrible. The food is not full, there is no choice at all, there is a queue in the recioran. Cleaning and towels are normal for the first 2 days, then for some reason they did not change the towels and did not add soap and there is no other intensive care. The sea, sand and green area are the only advantages of the hotel.
