You have to go to the basement for towels and they are not always there! 80% of the territory is not used, not like fields and palm trees! The hotel recommends itself as a uall, but there are only Turkish drinks that cause heartburn! For 12 days of rest, 11 of them sat on the toilet like half of the hotel! The child in the room stained the curtain with frosted, we were billed $ 180 because they said they were coming and the curtains would sit down and they would not be able to use them, I understood they did not wash them at all, as a result, the fine was lifted because we ourselves removed the stain, but this German (gastrleshen) I tried to get to the towels, but it didn't work out! Of the advantages, a good sandy beach is everything! When choosing this hotel, think 1000 times whether it is worth it!
We arrived at the hotel on 06/01/2022 with 3 children for 14 days, thanks to the tour operator for coming to meet us and we spent only 2 days in this toshnilovka! We moved to another hotel. The hotel does not pull at the budget five in any way, this is a maximum of 3 with a stretch! I don't understand where the rave reviews come from, they probably write it themselves. Among the advantages: friendly staff, the road from the pool to the sea (green, well-groomed), which takes about 3 minutes, and of course the beach and the sea!!! That's where the pros end (the CONS are everything else. Rooms: cardboard walls, everything is falling apart (though they run to fix it on the first call), a shower from the ceiling, the bathroom stinks of old sewage. The children ran to the children's slides (by the way, it immediately became strange why no one was riding) rolled down once, did not want to anymore, piles of smelly garbage lie on the stairs to the slides (the children almost threw up)! The dining room (the language does not dare to call it a restaurant) this is generally trash! Starting with chairs, ending with appliances - dirty, greasy, the first plate was immediately taken by a fragment, it's not tasty, there are still dirty dogs with us, one licked something off the table, then put the appliances on this table - without napkins! They put it right on the tables. Everything is reminiscent of Soviet holiday homes (only there in the canteens it was probably better). I did not think that such hotels could be found in Turkey at all. They brought a crib for a children's playpen - dirty, dusty, stained.
Excellent hotel , staff, food, service. My wife lost an earring, the price is certainly decent, the bills changed with the loss. Two days later, the manager called and gave it back! I advise everyone!
This hotel was recommended by the tour operator's managers as the most suitable for a holiday with a small child (under 1 year old). Based on the fact that the hotel has its own large territory with many plants and trees, as well as a close beach line (up to 300 m). That's what bribed me …
In fact, it turned out like this:
- the journey from the airport to the hotel, taking into account the "technical stop", is almost 2 hours. And this is provided that our hotel was the first in the queue of disembarkation of tourists;
- the room stock is old, there is no smell of renovation. All furniture with visible defects. The plumbing is all old, far from serviceable;
- the bed linen was changed 1 time in 14 days, and the fact that the replacement set of linen looked like it was a tablecloth after a stormy feast, everything was stained and worn;
- polushki type "medusa";
- very hard mattresses, with noticeably protruding springs. Sleeping is very uncomfortable;
- there were no blankets, thin waffle blankets were used instead. For each of them, 1 pc. The size is about 1*2 m;
- there were 3 towels, one of them for the legs;
- there were no robes;
- single beds, composite. They were constantly moving apart;
- the refrigerator in the room was barely working. Just cooling the water a little;
- the "mini-bar" with drinks was missing. They brought only water in small bottles;
- noise insulation between the rooms, a separate song ... in general, everything is audible!
- the mode of operation of restaurants and bars, daytime shows, evening animation is not thought out at all;
- very loud, and absolutely monotonous, the same music and animation every day;
- the evening animation for children began before the end of dinner, respectively, loud music began from 20:30 and until 21:30. We had to shout over each other;
- adult animation and night disco, until 24:00. To fall asleep earlier, it will not work!
- the air conditioner in the room is terribly noisy, it is impossible to sleep with it;
- they smoke everywhere, including on the neighboring balconies. After 12 at night, you open the window, and instead of fresh air and silence, you listen to conversations and snort nicotine;
- there was no separate restaurant, or a quiet corner without loud music. All about the common rooms. Inside, there is a din like in a dining room, and the sound of dishes hitting. Outside, there is a lot of burning from open stoves and a grill, and very loud music;
- the work of the service staff is not organized, at breakfasts, lunches and dinners – the queues are terrible;
- there is not a single place on the entire territory of the hotel where you can stay in silence, calm down and put the child to bed, and even more so, you are guaranteed to have a quiet dinner, provided that the child has already fallen asleep. Well, you can't bring food to the room …
- the constant rudeness of the distribution staff, the language barrier in all dialects, with rare exceptions. In English, and that's the problem …
- at the distribution in restaurants, everything is hidden behind glass screens. Bottom line, they don't hear you, or pretend they don't hear you. I had to point my finger at the dishes, as in the prehistoric period;
- the interior decoration of the hotel, and the bathrooms, are not presentable, everything looks like that, shabby and not fresh. Broken faucets and so on;
- the food is normal, monotonous. There was no seafood. But, there was chicken, turkey, lamb, beef. Vegetables are not tasty. Fruits at a minimum, and not every day: watermelons, melons, tangerines, plums (every other day), apples (every other day), grapes – not washed (every other day), pomegranate (1 time in 14 days);
- local sweets (baklava, Turkish delight), shortage. Mostly cupcakes, cakes, pastries;
- often, undercooked pancakes, fried eggs, omelets;
- dishes and appliances, as from a garbage dump (chipped, dirt, bent);
- the beach, its sandy part, was very poorly cleaned (cigarette butts, bags, etc.);
- delivery of beach towels, one time without the possibility of exchanging for fresh ones, from 9:00 to 12:00, return strictly before 19:00;
- in the "spa complex", terrible unsanitary conditions ... cannot be expressed in words… And the employees of the complex, I assume, are from Kazakhstan, like the habalki from the vegetable market. And the prices for services, every day, and for everyone, are different. As if from the ceiling. Estimating who can pay how much … It's a shame, of course!
- the Ala Kart restaurant, it's generally a joke. We chose a "fish" restaurant. There were 4 of us adults, the children were very small and did not eat anything from adult food. As a result, 3 appetizers were served for the aperitif: beans or beans in tomato, 3 pieces of goat cheese (and we are 4 people), and a plate of yogurt sauce with herbs. Let me remind you, the rybny restaurant. Next, a soup of some kind of white fish and very small frozen shrimp. Tasteless and insipid. Next, 1 tortilla with cheese. Next, a plate of salad. No cucumbers or tomatoes, just some leaves. Next, 1 dorado-type fish cooked on fire (burned the fish, turned out to be a sole). No bread was offered. No water was offered. For dessert, 1 piece of some kind of cake, tea or coffee. White and red wine, that's exactly on this day, they drank a sip each. It's impossible to drink, some kind of drought. And they didn't bring a set of appliances, 1 spoon, 1 fork, 1 knife, and one dessert fork. During the course of serving dishes, the appliances were not changed. Serving dishes on time, really restaurant – in 20-30 minutes)
- special thanks to the manager of the meeting party ("PEGASUS") and the bus driver for the transfer to the hotel:
1) The manager. A boorish person who put everyone on the bus, and that's it! Because, "why should I go with you, the driver already knows everything, who and in what order to drop off at the hotels." Mentioning the upcoming technical stop at the "toilet";
2) The driver. After a hard flight, also with young children, who by that time had to be changed, fed and put to bed (transfer from the airport, at 19:30), they took us to the "technical stop" of tourist buses, to local merchants. Where, instead of the designated 15 minutes, we stood for 45 minutes! Although none of the tourists on our bus bought or left anything, everyone wanted to get to the hotels as soon as possible and start their vacation. While we were standing, the air conditioner was not working! The driver did not respond to the comments.

We had a rest in July 2022. This is a good hotel. We had a vacation with my husband and son in February 2020. The hotel is 20 km away. From the city of manavgat. The hotel has a large territory, cozy rooms, clean. The food is generally very varied, although it is not in season. The quality of alcohol is much higher than in other hotels. They make coffee in Turkey. Free pomegranate, grapefruit, orange fresh juices. Several types of grilled fish (dorado and mackerel), chicken and lamb kebab, shish kebab. I don't eat meat myself, but there were a lot of vegetable dishes (spinach, broccoli casserole, eggplant saute). Animator Rico entertained the guests with a game of darts and karaoke. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. There is an indoor swimming pool, a working gym, a hammam and two saunas. Your own beach.
They are very biased against Russian tourists.

We rested in 2020 in September and in 2021 in August. 2 adults and a child of 7 years old. We liked the hotel for its privacy, silence and remoteness from parties. The second time they were given an improved family room upon check-in, we came to them for the second time. Cleaned daily, everything was changed. Normal food/ pancakes, eggs, fruits, cereals for breakfast. For lunch, soups, vegetables, fruits, meat. Meat and Fish for dinner. In general, you will not stay hungry. Excellent sea, perfect sand and entry into the water. Lots of fish. In the evening, you can walk along the path around the neighborhood. Yes, this is not a luxury hotel. Well, it was clear before the departure.
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the sea is perfect-a gentle entrance, sand, cleaned in the morning with a rake and hands- ideally. there are a few stones, but they don't bother you-you can go around or remember exactly where.The food that we ate is delicious, BUT we eat much less in the queue! the queues are insane, the guests have no masks, the food is served by the chefs, because of this everything is very slow.Drinks -it is clear that it is not even worth trying.But bottled water is always available.There is a Migros nearby. It's not big, but everything is there - cherries, apricots, etc. Rooms- we got in the 3rd building, everything is clean, it works fine.Vacationers are Ukraine with tattoos and chains, music from the phone glorifying Ukraine, hard workers from all over Russia with their families, in general, simple, cheap 5 and an appropriate contingent. In general, there is nothing so terrible, you can adjust to the dining room, avoid crowds of people, but it was probably worth paying extra:)

The hotel is absolutely not designed for families with children. Take this into account. There is no food, there is no children's menu, everything is salty, everything is peppery, there are no soups and porridges IN GENERAL.
Only the sandy beach is the only plus for children.
Rest in the period from 19.10 to 29.10. For the first time in this hotel. It became clear from the very threshold that nothing good would happen here. At the reception, they immediately announced that the safe was paid 1 euro per day. The room in which we were settled was surprised from the threshold by the fact that the beds are immediately in the hallway. The room is a family room. The furniture is simple, the furnishings are shabby, shabby, the tiles in the bathroom are of the simplest gray ones. Someone's feces were waiting for us in the toilet, a cloth with streaks, apparently the room was not cleaned. The ground floor overlooks the pool. It was evening. The entertainment program has just begun. The music could be heard in the room as if we were lying down at the speakers. Naturally, there could be no question of any peaceful sleep for children. I asked the reception to change the room. They threw up their hands for a long time and wondered what I didn't like. For a fee, the girl at the reception promised to move us the next day to a quieter room, but as it turned out there were no more comfortable rooms. They're all the same. The girl assured us that tomorrow we will definitely have a new number, she made a note in the magazine. But in the morning, naturally, the new staff looked at me with surprise. And the log entry, as it turned out, does not mean anything. We were offered a room on the same floor with a view of the garbage dump, and a room in the far building with a view of the construction site. After long conversations, we were all given a room on the third floor with a good view of the sea and mountains. And more or less quiet. However, it turned out to be near kitchen hoods, with corresponding odors. A separate topic is room cleaning. Yes, every day. This is a 5* hotel. But the cleaning only includes changing towels, replacing sheets and wiping floors in visible areas, taking out garbage. The bathroom is not cleaned at all. Hygiene products are not replenished. Just toilet paper. At least they've got her. And the baklashki brought more and more water. However, the glasses are paper, if you did not think to stretch for the whole vacation, then you will drink from the throat. Well, okay, we're not proud to bring it from the dining room. There are no obstacles to the beach and the sea. That was the only thing that made me happy. The entertainment program is only in the evening. Monotonous. So it doesn't get interesting the second time when you realize that we've already seen it. The animation is minimal for children. One room where they only draw with children. The kitchen is weak. Although it's a matter of taste. Someone likes it. Seafood is missing. Melons, watermelons, grapes, apples, bananas, rarely pomegranates are made from fruits. Restart "a la kart" once. They praised fishy from the doorstep. But all the joy of anticipation was shattered by the fact that a beach bar turns into a restaurant in the evening. There is no menu. I'd say it's like a business lunch. What was cooked in the general menu was served. Moreover, the same thing happened in the common dining room on the same day. The only difference is that you were served food on a set table, and you are completely deprived of the right to choose. Of the drinks, everything is the same as what was offered in the beach bar during the day: white and red table wine. And like the cherry on the cake: I fell down the stairs. As a result, a sprain in the ankle joint. The bar didn't want to give me ice to put on my leg! I think it's even immoral and cruel. They helped me with the insurance. We organized a trip to the hospital and back. But the seat for further movement is only paid. Naturally, there is no question of any room service. So if it wasn't for the husband who brought the food. I would starve to death in their 5* hotel. Complete indifference on the part of the staff. In general, good gentlemen, draw conclusions.

But for those who like to swim with a mask, it's paradise, there are a lot of fish, you can see it in calm weather. Every evening there is an entertainment program until 12 at night, so ask for rooms not in the 1st and 2nd blocks overlooking the pool. Once there was a foam party on the beach, the second by the pool. The food is varied, fruits, sweets, fish menu and seafood, ice cream after lunch. One minus is the girl at the reception, a boor, talks to everyone on you, asked me to buy her sneakers for my help in connecting to the Internet ...

I even felt sorry for her, then the main one went after her and the cleaner cleaned the room with her (and when I came to the room, it seemed to me that things were wrong both in the suitcase and in the closet, I think they were quietly looking for them. In general, the manager just brought me to a nervous tic, apparently they specially select such people so that they can turn me down in any situation.... he says the safe doesn't open, only you can, I say well you didn't take it, we didn't take it then where are they. He says I don't know.
How can I help you??? I want to help you, he barely speaks Russian. Then he said your husband probably put them in his pockets and lost them somewhere... Can you imagine that? We took a safe for $15 and carry $800 with us. He mocked me for 3 hours. He introduced himself to the Alps if he didn't cheat. We wanted to call the police, they said you would only waste time, you would be dragged around the police for 2 days, but there would be no point.

And on the last day, a vacationer told us that another woman in our hotel had $ 1000 pulled out, why I hadn't met her before, by that time she had left. I was told that on the eve she changed 1000 rubles and took the safe, and accordingly, like ours, the money magically disappeared.
Remember, always be careful if they pull out money from you, and they do it only by the end of the rest, so that there is less time for disassembly, you will not prove anything. There are no cameras, the staff manager pretends to be the director. At the reception they pretend that they are a fool themselves....

Well, the ending is eviction and the safe is blocked, because the check-in period is over. We called the reception and a guy came to us, inserted the device and the safe opened in a second. The moral is that their safe does not open, and the money disappears somewhere.
The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen
Great hotel. The beach is sandy. There are rocks in the sea- carefully! The food is excellent! Orange, pomegranate, grapefruit fresh fruit! The staff is attentive. There is an indoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna. It's a little stressful with the massage. One of the disadvantages is the sound insulation in the rooms.
There is a large park nearby - there is a place to walk. In the old town, I recommend visiting the ruins of ancient Side.
Not a bad hotel. But I was right after the opening, since April 3, 2021, the institution has not yet started working normally. Not all the products were available until the end of the meals. At 14 o'clock lunch ended, and at 13:37 there were no tomatoes (!!), at the end of lunch / dinner the number of desserts decreased, etc. Ice cream sometimes did not remain until the end of the hour- ice cream. But it's not really that scary. We didn't starve. But the fact that the cleaners allowed themselves to view the contents of the bedside tables in a drawer, I think, does not fit into any concept of the hotel. Unfortunately, the person responsible for working with the guests did not react to our outrage. All our comments were recorded by him, but not implemented. And also about the hotel. The territory is huge, two large pools, slides, an indoor pool, a spa area with a sauna, hammam, massage rooms, gym, bars, a beach with umbrellas and sun beds. A large park where you can walk on cloudy days, there is a place to hide from the heat. Of course, this is not 5 stars, not the full volume of "all inclusive", but there are advantages.

We had a rest from October 8 to October 18, 2019. We really liked the hotel itself. Well-maintained green area. Close to the sea. The room is tidy, there is a playground, a playground for children.
Various events are held on site. I think everyone will find something to their liking here - yoga, Pilates, dance courses, darts, beach volleyball, marine gymnastics, zoom, aqua aerobics. Yoga and pilates fire trainer. Gives both theory and practice. And in general, a very pleasant woman.
The cons are the kitchen. It is not adapted for children. The food is a little varied: a bowl of tomatoes, a bowl of cucumbers, a bowl of tomatoes + cucumbers, a bowl of tomatoes + cucumbers + grass))). And so it is in everything else. But that's half the trouble. The dishes are washed very badly. Sometimes they don't even seem to wash at all. More than once, the glasses had lipstick prints on them. Yes, and if you haven't come to the opening, you'll be left without sweets. ))) You will finish eating the leftovers.
