A repeat call, a promise that they will be delivered in five minutes and the manager will contact you to resolve the situation. The result: 1. delivery with a delay of 36 minutes from the deadline; 2. the sushi had an absolutely unpresentable appearance, as if they were cooked by a self-taught student; 3. the rice in the sushi was undercooked, well, just full of "aldente", the taste is appropriate; 4. no manager contacted me. Oh, yes! they gave a coupon (after a reminder) for a free sweet roll for the next order, which will definitely not be. Thanks, we've had enough.
