I was not impressed with the complex, I put 5 stars only out of respect for the hard work in creating such a recreation center. Half of the territory is in disrepair, it seems that there are no funds for restoration or there is no desire. The spa is full on weekends, there are many baths, but apart from Scandinavian, Russian and Alpine, there is nothing else to highlight. As it has been written many times, there is no shower after the baths, everyone swims in the pools after the baths. Paying for drinks right away, which forces you to carry your phone or cards with you. And weekend visits are a lottery, there may be so many people that you will not get to the sauna right away. The place is very interesting. I haven't seen this format anywhere else yet. Baths, saunas, jacuzzis, swimming pools. Indoor and outdoor. Heated water in the pools. Everything is great! Of the minuses, only the non-working Scandinavian sauna (under repair), but this is temporary, and there is too much chlorine concentration in pools, Jacuzzis and even in salty ones, previously so much chlorine was not poured into them...

I really liked the opportunity of fishing, you catch trout and they cook it for you. It's a wonderful place for a weekend. The only thing is that the issue of SPA towels has not been resolved. There is no separate one. They changed it for me, but the guests say there are difficulties. Either in the shower or in the SPA. The standard room is very simple, but clean and has a normal shower. There is a kettle and accessories. Slippers, a bathrobe and a bottle of water. It is convenient for families with children, there is a separate swimming pool and small slides.

We were at Tau Spa on Tuesday. A complete disappointment. Before, everything was great, for recreation and people. But now, apparently, the institution has decided that there is not enough money and people need to be run to the eyeballs. There are a lot of people, it's a weekday. It's a mess, people snap seeds, bring their own food, eggs, etc., there are a lot of children, jump into pools, spit in the water, no one makes remarks to them, you can't get into the shower, there's no place to get up in the locker room, we couldn't even take a shower or dry our hair. On this day, there were media people in the pool, radio presenters, they looked at this mess and were shocked, men jumped into the pool, sprayed the woman, she already screamed and asked not to splash. That year, our slate was stolen altogether and I asked the girl at the reception what the cameras were for, she said there was nothing to take responsibility for and the whole answer. It became like on a cheap Kapchagai beach. The administration of Tau Spa, please take measures to launch a certain number of people, we come to you to relax and keep order.
